Negative experience: Inquired about booking a flight for two and was concerned about having any arrival covid issues at my destination. I was informed that Preston Travel does not have, nor would they inquire what restrictions are in place... I guess Preston Travel are just seat sellers now... I've traveled the world and have worked with Preston Travel in past without a hitch. These days, any travel restrictions should be up to date info that a Travel agency can supply to would be travelers. Or is that asking too much...? Regardless, the " figure it out for yourself " phone conversation lost my booking and any future travel. You guys are supposed to offer a service, if I just wanted tickets, I would just book on line.

Negative experience: in their website it says send a query. i did but did not get any response at all. too bad, they could have gotten some business from me and my family.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful folks to work with. Made travel arrangements with ease pre-pandemic and worked with us to revise travel plans during the pandemic. Good folks who look out for their customers!
