Negative experience: We had a 'video conference' appointment with advisor Louis Boucher. We were ready 5 minutes before the appointment. Mr. Boucher arrived at the meeting 10 minutes late. The meeting only lasted 10 minutes, he seemed disorganized in the information he was giving us. At the end of the meeting, Mr. Boucher informed us that he would submit a quote for our trip within the next 3 weeks. One month later, we had not received any news from Mr. Boucher. So, we followed up with Mr. Boucher by sending him an email. A week later, we were still without any response from him. We then called Voyages-CAA directly. We spoke to another advisor and explained the situation to him. The advisor confirmed that Mr. Boucher was currently working at the branch and that he would definitely ask him to get in touch with us. To this day, we still have not heard from him. We had to go to another travel agency. We regret the lack of professionalism from him. He should have at least explained to us the reason for his unavailability. It's still strange to want to pay an agency to organize a trip and not receive any follow-up from them. We thought that was the very idea of a business, to do business with people... Very poor service, in fact no service at all.

Arriving in a panic at 10:01 a.m. on a Saturday morning while a ton of people were in line and there were more than 3 weeks wait to get an appointment with an advisor, Nathalie took me under her wing and introduced me to Louis. In less than 30 minutes, I had a car reserved and paid in my name for my upcoming trip to Europe. At a ridiculously low price. And the liability insurance included - with explanations. Impeccable service, with a joy of life and a solid team spirit. Thank you, CAA Brossard. We will meet again <3

Positive experience: We went to this branch because it was open on Saturday. We received a warm welcome and relatively quick service for the international permit. We also made a purchase, but the checkout service was very slow. We waited at the checkout, and there was no one to serve us. When a cashier arrived, she let a couple go ahead of us. We had been waiting for a long time. I found the service at the checkout very slow and quite unpleasant.

Negative experience: If this is your first trip and you have questions — it's the worst place to address your uncertainties and calm your stress. First of all, I finally succeeded in getting an appointment after contacting several agencies. The wait time is reasonable, I must admit. Especially since I wanted to book a flight during the students' spring break. In short, I managed to be contacted by an agent and have my appointment in person because I found it easier to see and talk rather than over the phone. My mother and I arrived there. The appointment wasn't confirmed, the receptionist couldn't find my appointment (it's not her fault, obviously). Then I ended up meeting the agent. I explained the situation: it was my first flight alone, I was stressed, I had a lot of questions and the agent I had spoken to at another CAA travel center was really not clear. As soon as she saw that I wasn't quite sure what I wanted, and that I didn't plan to book my flight tickets during the appointment, she started to be really rude. My mother asked questions, and she answered us as if we were the worst fools in the world. After 20 minutes of questions, my mother and I got our answers and the flight tickets were cheaper online… the lady told us: 'You didn't have many questions after all, and you already had most of the answers' (as if I was wasting her time). Yes, there is information on the internet but it's not always clear and we might prefer information when it comes from someone qualified! Hello?! If you are insecure, stressed, and need reassurance from a travel agency that really takes you seriously and not just as a sale, do not go there. Especially for young people — they really don't take us seriously at all!

Negative experience: The general CAA number does not communicate the same information as the Brossard branch regarding lapinière. I made the trip to retrieve a certificate for my son, who had previously requested by phone if another person could pick it up. The receptionist was very unpleasant and took her call, leaving me hanging while communicating with a colleague, explaining my case, and she started laughing. Really very unpleasant this one.

Negative experience: My partner and I made an appointment with an agent for our first romantic trip to the south. Obviously, with COVID, we had questions (insurance/cancellation, etc.) and we prefer to book with an agent rather than online. After 2 minutes of explaining what we wanted, the agent seemed completely uninterested in our project and started to 'tap' on his computer without saying a word, creating an enormous cold atmosphere. My partner and I are relatively sociable in life, but this caught us off guard. You're the agent, you're the 'specialist', and all you're doing is repeating what we've already done at home (that is to say, looking at the destinations offered on your website according to our budget). After 10 minutes, we decided to cut it short because we found the service (if we can even call it that) really useless and 'weird'. In short, I hope other agents are more energetic and competent than him because for us, this has shaped our opinion of CAA Travel and unfortunately, we certainly won't be returning.

Negative experience: Quite pathetic, absolutely no service due to lack of staff. There is a receptionist and a seller of underwear. No service agent present to assist customers who have to wait for hours to hope to get an international driving permit. I am a CAA member and I am very disappointed with the poor customer service at the 'boutique 10x30'. I advise you to go to the agency in Montreal or Laval. The one in Brossard is pathetic.

Negative experience: I've been trying to plan a trip, and I've received a feedback from a customer today. CAA suggested a vacation hotel in Riviera Maya as a 5 star hotel. My friend just send me the pictures of the cleanness, maintenance, internet access, and.... NO WAY .... I will not use this agency for any reason. By the way the hotel this agency suggested Grand Sunset Princess Riviera Maya. A customer deserves respect!!!

Positive experience: We went there for passport photos (babies) and we had impeccable service during our first visit. However, the photos were rejected at the Passport Canada office. So we went back and, despite this hiccup and our small dissatisfaction, Isabelle helped us and resolved the issue. Thank you for the solutions provided and your professionalism.

Negative experience: Very bad service at the store; no consideration for the customer. Can't try on the beach shoes except with socks. Find the error. Store to avoid and lacks staff to serve customers. Would give 0 stars if possible. Seriously considering not renewing my membership next year.
