Fantastic experience: the agents were very kind and helpful, Dana was so honest with us about other peoples experiences and trying to find the best place for our vacation. Easy booking and very informative. We got the flex insurance just incase for any reason we had to cancel and it came in handy. We were told our money wont be refunded but credited for another use up to one year. It was so easy to cancel through the phone, and credit was sent within 5 minutes. The price compared to other agencies was cheaper. overall if you want a stress free vacation with flights, hotels, airport transfers, etc this is the way too go. I would highly reccomened.

We booked for Mexico and can't wait to go for our vow renewal and my birthday. I must of asked millions of questions but she never made me feel like I was a nuisance. We love her!!! Next: My cousin Emerson also booked a trip through Anna on short notice but unfortunately his mom passed away when he was just 2 days into the trip. We stayed at the Iberostar Rose Hall Beaches resort...great place all around. They even have a cat sanctuary...for the cat lover in me... Our 7 day trip turned into 10 days...there was no crew for our trip home so, we had to stay a few more days in Jamaica... Fantastic experience: Best travel agent out there is Anna J. in Kanata. I had difficulties in securing a booking so I called to speak to someone at SOV and lucky for me I got Anna. She was so patient, she tried to find alternative trips for us. She was on the phone with us for hours and even missed her dinner. She tried to book us at least 4 different places but we were not able to finalize the trip given things were selling out quickly. Anna gave us great recommendations on places and hotels based on what we were looking for and was determined to find us a great place to suit our needs given it was a special birthday trip for us. Anna is so patient, kind, resourceful and a real pleasure to deal with. I have kept her contact details because from now on I always call Anna to help me book my trips.

Where to start it’s hard to say, our first and only family vacation that we were supposed to go on was almost destroyed by passport issues. Sunwing refused to help us, cancellation insurance said you’re out of luck. We were poised to lose over $8,000 that we had saved for five years to finally do our first family vacation. In a last ditch attempt to save our money, and hopefully vacation, we made another attempt and called SELL OFF VACATIONS who we had booked the trip through. It was our luckiest day, the person that saved us was Anna, she fought for us with Sunwing, and didn’t give up at the first no she got. She kept fighting with them for over an hour. In the end she saved our money AND vacation which my husband and I had worked so hard to give to our three boys for years. Negative experience: Very disappointed! Booked a trip to Hawaii and when flight was canceled, our agent(named Virginia- supervisor) didnt even check to make sure the new flight still had us in extra legroom, which we paid for. I called her the day before our trip to confirm and sure enough, no extra legroom. As it turns out, one of us had to settle for a cramped regular seat for a 10 hour plus flight to Honolulu. Not impressed at all. I wont get into the accommodations she recommended at The Twin Fin.

Fantastic experience: I HIGHLY recommend Gia!! I went though Sunwing when I booked my trip to Cancun and they booked me at the wrong hotel from all of my friends. After 9 attempts to try and switch to my friends hotel (through Sunwing) I went to Gia at Sell Off Vacations and she went above and beyond to make sure I got into the correct hotel.. even though I didn't book through her... and it was the day before. I was able to get into the correct all because of her and I had a vacation of a lifetime. Thank you so much Gia. You're wonderful. :) We appreciate you!!!

Negative experience: Please do not deal with sell off vacations. Bough a vacation for me and my family over the internet, payed in full and after they send me another bill. The lady that I was dealing with( Helen L.) toll me that if I did not pay the money I was going to have problems checking in. I payed the money but i will not deal with that company again. Very deceiving and unprofessional. Contacted the better business B.
