Negative experience: I, as the tour leader, am very surprised at the above comments. I tried several times to include the Grimard's in group dinners, at one point tracking them down at the back of the ship to invite them to dinner, as they weren't returning my calls. They declined. As we were delayed 2 days leaving Ottawa due to stormy weather the group missed free time in Honolulu to visit Pearl Harbor, which many wanted to visit. Because of this I rearranged our last day "complimentary" day tour of Honolulu to include Pearl Harbor. The others in the group were very pleased with this. The credit card was used to give a "credit" for an unused luau. Nothing was debited to the card without written authorization. During the day everyone was doing tours etc. We also had a cocktail party for the group. I would be interested to hear your comments about what else you expected ?
