Fantastic experience: We recently planned a vacation with the Kemp Travel Group (Whitby Office). As this was our first vacation since before covid, we were looking for destination suggestions and general information about how travel had changed in the last five years. It was a great experience thanks to Suzette and Kemp Travel. Suzette really listened to what we were looking for and we ended up with the best vacation destination and overall experience we have ever had. She took the time to understand our preferences regarding destinations, airline experiences and answered all our questions....and we had lots. We can't wait to plan our next vacation and wouldn't use any agent other than Kemp Travel Group and Suzette.

Negative experience: I contacted Kemp Travel for help booking an all inclusive vacation for myself and my husband who has accessibility needs. Initially I felt I was going to get great service - got a call right away and she was going to start sending me some options. I received nothing so after a couple of days I called back and she apologized she had thought she had sent an email. She then did send me a few resorts and told me they would need a deposit to book any of them. I had questions about access to mobile scooter rentals before booking and she was going to look into. While I was waiting to here back about that I revisited the quotes she sent, the prices had gone up significantly so I sent an email questioning the pricing and she emailed me back telling me that without a deposit the price are subject to changing which I understand but this was all in the same day! After this email I never heard from her again? I have not contacted them again and have since booked with a wonderful travel agent that specializes in travel for accessibility needs. I was very disappointed, I really wanted to support private locally owned business.

Fantastic experience: On July 1 we arrived home from a fabulous river cruise to Portugal, only to realize our luggage was still in Paris. Without the help of Erin Kemp from Kemp travel, we would still be missing them. She went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us. She has booked four river cruises for us and we totally relied on her expertise. I would highly recommend her to handle any future travel plans.
