Fantastic experience: These guys go above and beyond. If there were 10 stars on here, I would have chosen 10. I inquired regarding personal travel, gave some fairly vague information with hopes of finding some hidden gems, and Marley exceeded my expectations. Not only did she pick some very unique places to stay that looked absolutely stunning, but she also picked up on the fact that I am part of the LGBTQ+ community, and she made sure to suggest safe places for us to go. I didn't even think to mention it, and completely forgot that there are definite places that are not safe. Fantastic experience: I can't express how glad I am my business decided to outsource our travel and how thrilled I am with Inspired Travel Group. Everything is wonderful! Having our own dedicated travel agent who takes our travel policy and applies it to travel is priceless. One of the many great things about Inspired Travel is the 24/7/365 support our travellers get. They don't need to worry or wait in line or wait on hold if their flight is cancelled...Inspired takes care of them with a priority to get them home. I've worked with a lot of travel providers (online and in-person) and Inspired is the best by far. The attention to detail and patience with us as we got set up is the best.

Fantastic experience: I've been using Inspired for 7 years, and my only regret is not having found them sooner. I've had the same agent, Marley, my entire relationship with them, and this speaks volumes to their consistency, dedication, and style. Emails are responded to in minutes, 24 hour emergency line has saved the day a few times, and the level of skill and service they provide overall is top tier. As a bonus, they have a rewards points system that is *chef's kiss*. Marley, Max, Danielle, team - never change and never stop!

Negative experience: All of my interactions with them have been distasteful and overall just bad business practise. The sales person ”P” reached out to multiple companies in our organization this time last year sending a spam email to all of our members. While I can appreciate an eager sales pitch, this employee sent a repetitive email saying this organization was also a member of our group. Our group is a close knit, elite group of members who all know one another. To pretend to be a part of something you are not to try to make a sale is unethical behaviour. We recently received a call from this same sales person and when confronted he was combative, smug, and egotistical. The lack of professionalism from a “corporate” agency is astounding and I would expect better. I would expect who you put on your front lines to generate new business would be someone professional. I welcome anyone in management or with any sort of respect to reach out and I can further explain the interactions above. Will not use and will recommend over 200 of our partners don’t either.

With their 24-hour line, I was able to make last minute bookings or reschedule a flight at any time.
