Fantastic experience: Oh my gosh!! MS. Tracy is brilliant! My daughter and I were with her for an hour just trying to find the perfect hotel for 3 adults that only wanted adults only resort. we were very particular. We also wanted this trip originally in March! After she assessed our needs, after hours, by the way, she stayed until my son and daughter both agreed with the Resort that she has been to also!! She even showed us pics of her time spent in the Breathless resort cancun riviera maya! I already know we will have a wonderful time having this experience together as a family. Can’t wait for the trip. Tracy even talked us into going in April so that we could find what we needed for accommodations. Thank you so much! You are my go to now forever, stuck with us!

Fantastic experience: Back in February, I contacted Robin at Marlin as I needed an emergency flight out due to my father being in hospital. She was brilliant. She took care of everything and got across to the other side of the country to see my dad before his bypass. While there she was amazing as well as there was a possibility that I would have to change flights. It totally took the weight off my shoulders of arranging travel for me and my daughter. Prompt, pleasant and quick. Brilliant team. Would recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much.

Fantastic experience: Robin is amazing!!! She found a great resort for my daughter and my trip. Then when we realized a week, not 11 days, would be long enough away from home and our pets, she went above and beyond and got our flights switched for a minimal fee as well as got our seats selected so we were together and switched over the checked baggage that I had paid for first flight. Really an amazing experience! This is why you use a travel agent and I highly recommend Robin!

Negative experience: Rude customer service agent. Was looking for information about travelling with Covid restrictions. This person offered her personal opinion (that I did not ask for) stating she hopes it remains the current way where unvaccinated individuals are not allowed to travel. I would never support a business who agrees with segregating groups of people. Extremely unprofessional. Actually, she did not provide me the correct Information. I spoke to border agent who informed me you can drive across the border. Furthermore, her personal opinion was the unprofessional part. I can’t see travel agencies surviving much longer in this industry. Your reply was not helpful.

Fantastic experience: I had a friend stuck down in Cuba due to the lockdown of Covid 19, and Robin Zayonce was an immense help! She looked at the schedules and flights for months for me trying to find him a way home. She kept in contact with me to keep me up to date. She went above and beyond and my friend is grateful!!

Fantastic experience: We tried to go on-line to book a flight on WestJet but were flying with a carry-on pet so we had to speak to a live agent. After spending more than 4 hours on hold on one day, and another 3 hours on hold the following day (or waiting one week to reserve a Call Back from WestJet) we contacted Tracy and Robin at Marlin Travel. I gave them all our data so Tracy could book our flight and within 2 hours the booking was done!! The dialogue (verbally and on e-mail) was very personable, efficient and knowledgeable. Both my wife and I are convinced to never try to cut out the "middle person" when booking a trip. A true professional earns their money and Tracy and Robin are these REAL professionals. We are very grateful they are still an option in this digitally serviceless desert we are subject to in todays environment. GREAT Service!!

Fantastic experience: Worked with Sara on our group trip to Mexico. Having previously used travel agents to book group trips (with terrible experiences) we were strongly considering coordinating the trip ourselves. Sara went above and beyond and was by far the best travel agent we've ever used. She'll have our (and everyone in our groups) business moving forward. Highly recommend her.

Positive experience: They have gotten much better than a few years back with staff asking if you are ok and need help... Before it was like you didn't exist. There are still the more Mature staff that don't seem to want to give you the time of day... Hence... 4star

Negative experience: If I could, I would rate a minus 5. We had 2 cruises booked through this agency but the agent we booked with was laid off in March so we were forced to try to deal with the manager. She was totally uncooperative and did nothing we asked her to help us navigate the cancelations and receive our refunds. She soon stopped communicating by telephone and only through email and the standard answer was "I'm out of town. Will look at this next week." Unfortunately next week never came. We ended up having to handle everything on our own which took many weeks tracking down who exactly to talk to.

She was awesome with following up with the vacation provider to ensure we were registered for all the little extras offered as well as making sure the resort was aware of any special requests for our stay. Fantastic experience: Robin has been our travel agent of choice for 18+ years...long before they were known as "travel aficionados". That I believe in itself shows what we think of her regarding her job skills. She has also become a dear friend, and we love bringing gifts back to her family from destinations to which she has helped us travel...from Italy, France and many islands and countries in the Caribbean. Her last visit to London resulted in a photograph for me of her daughter standing under the Hogwarts Platform 9 3/4 sign at Kings Cross Station. She is very professional, a wonderful person and a dear friend...a pain in the "you know what" on occasions (just kidding), but a person whom I have recommended to many friends to help with their travels. Fantastic experience: We recently booked a trip through shawnessy marlin travel. After three years of trying to arranged with airmiles we walked into Marin travel and sat down with Robin. She had a tough task, we were booking a family trip for your adults, we each had a wish list we read out to her, she took that list and gave us a select few resorts that she felt would give us everything we were looking for and in our prive range. We ended up choosing her top choice (a resort she had personally been to) and all I can say is the review and recommendation was perfect. We took our 1 week trip to the resort and it was everything we wanted and more. After about 20 mins we were booked and ready to leave in a month. With the struggles we went through to try and book this trip previously, talking with Robin and her feedback and input made booking the trip a breeze. We went back to pick up our tickets and Robin had left but her colleague the lady at the front desk (I didn't catch her name) was able to cover everything that Robin needed to tell us and ant questions we had. I have complete confidence in not only Robin bit the marlin travel team to ensure you have the best vacation possible. Highly recommend!!!! They provide clarity and feedback when you can be totally overwhelmed in all the options available.

Fantastic experience: I was very very new to travelling so my mom recommended this place. I got to know Tracy very well and anytime I have a question she is always there to help me in anyway and has always provided information to stuff I would never have thought about. I recommend this place to anyone whether you are new to travelling or well versed. It's great to know options that you might not find online.

Started with Chad helping us book our family trip to Mexico to Robin booking our annual trips to Orlando to Tracy helping us book our first cruise ever, went to Alaska. Robin knows best how 'squirrely ' we are, jumping from this place to that, changing our dates, changing where we want to go, she's there for us 24/7 and is just amazing. Knows her stuff, placates my husband when he wants it cheaper, and takes care of all our travel questions. I would highly recommend her or any of the staff!!
