Al Karim Travel and Tours Calgary

Negative experience: This is the worst travel agency in calgary, DO NOT book with them, false information they tell you after you book with them that your ticket is locked. They charged me 1200$ to change my ticket, very very unprofessional!!!!

Negative experience: I bought a ticket from Alkarim travel 2022 Three months before going to Pakistan , And I paid 1720$ from my Visa card , He didn’t give credit card receipt, I thought when my bill will come my statment showed the money, now my credit card company told me that he got cash advance from my credit card 1720$,so because of cash advance my interest was on this payment was so high, I have handicap brother in Pakistan and he was alone that time so I have to go for takeing care of her, My mother and father long time age passed way , so when I reached airport at the desk for check in they told me my travel agent changed something in my ticket some hours age so now u can’t Traval, I called imran so many times he didn’t pick the phone, then my hubby called him and told him about it , he answered that British airlines emailed Him one hour before about the change , big lie, I did two corona test for all this, He give my ticket to somebody who paid him more money, he didn’t return my money saying to me that he can’t give my money back and can’t give me ticket , police told me to go civil court I am going to civil court for this matter, so others people will know that he is fraud,

Negative experience: Bought tickets for a domestic flight. I needed a flight that allowes hand carry. First the guy said hand carry is allowed. Then he said to confirm with the airline. The tickets I booked from them didn't include any hand carry. Could have paid the same amount of price from Expedia which includes hand carry. Felt ripped off.

Fantastic experience: I bought a return ticket for US from Alkarim Travels. Due to some change in the plans, I had to change my ticket. Ayesha and Imran went out of their way to help me. Ayesha helped even when she was off work and continuously provided support even off time. She gave me multiple options and went over and beyond to solve my problem. Fantastic experience: Assalaaamualaikum I took the Umrah Package (nov 6-14 2019) and I’m obliged to say that this trip was one in a lifetime trip specially for someone who performed his/her first Umrah. The hotels, both Mecca and Madina were very close to haram. Hotels were excellent. The bus and ziyaaraat were excellent. Most importantly, the cost of things was very affordable compared to other travel agencies. The plan included hotels with breakfast in both Mecca and madinah Visiting Mount Uhud, Beer Usman (r.a), a dates farm, bus from Jeddah, Mecca and Madina and much more just in $1,685. The tour guide (Imam Azfar) was also great, explanatory, helpful and guided everyone well. In short, I thank Al Karim Travel for making my Umrah such a great one. 5 stars for the service
