Negative experience: I recently had a very disappointing experience with Travel World when booking a flight for my wife to travel urgently to India due to the passing of my father-in-law. The flight itinerary was from Calgary to London, London to Delhi, and Delhi to Amritsar. Unfortunately, the London flight was delayed, which caused my wife to miss her connecting flight from Delhi to Amritsar. The airline changed her ticket to a later flight, but given the urgency of our situation for attending the last rituals, we needed an earlier flight. I tried contacting Travel World immediately to help resolve the issue and arrange an earlier flight from Delhi to Amritsar. However, despite numerous attempts, they did not answer any of my calls. Before booking, they were very responsive and answered my calls promptly, addressing all my queries. But once the booking was made, it felt like I was completely ignored. I even tried reaching out via their WhatsApp number, leaving voice notes which were read but never responded to. Instead, I was told that I should call their direct line because 6-7 people were supposedly there to answer calls on that number. Despite following their instructions, there was no response. After a week of back-and-forth and unanswered calls, they asked me to call again to reinstate the ticket. Since I had to urgently book another ticket from Delhi to Amritsar on my own, I was informed that I could apply for a refund for the missed flight. I called them yesterday, providing all necessary details, and was told I would receive a callback within 10 minutes. It has now been more than 30 hours, and no one has contacted me. Today, I called again and was put on hold for 45 minutes with no answer. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and support from Travel World after the booking was made. It feels like they care only until they get your money and completely disregard you afterward. This experience has been not only stressful but also deeply disappointing during an already difficult time. I expected much better service, especially during emergencies. I would not recommend Travel World to anyone looking for reliable and responsive service. Customer service is crucial, especially in the travel industry, and Travel World falls severely short in this regard.

Fantastic experience: We used Travel World to book our vacation to India an Dubai. I spoke with Neetu and Simran. I have to say that they were very patient, hardworking and easy to talk to. Negative experience: Got a ticket from them and the lady said she would send me my boarding pass right after i left their office. That never happened. Went to the airport i called them again to send me my boarding pass she said ok i will do it in 10-15 minutes that didn’t not happen either. I had a very long flight and another connecting flight and i had so many issues at the airport. Do not book wit them you are better off booking with google or kiwi. Worst place i have ever used to book a plane ticket wish i could give it 0 stars

Negative experience: Stole my package. Dropped a package off for FedEx. A few days later I received a message from my customer stating that they want a refund as I have still not shipped it. So I check the tracking and sure enough, it hasn't been scanned as even dropped off yet. So I call these guys and they tell me that they aren't allowed to scan packages and that my package was picked up yesterday and it's already gone from their building. If I need anything else to call FedEx. So I call FedEx and he tells me that they should have scanned it as dropped off at their location. Also no pick-up was even scheduled for yesterday at that location. So he starts an internal investigation. It's now been a week with no update on my parcel. Clearly they just took it home. Wouldn't be surprised if there is more illegal stuff going on in this building. DO NOT DROP FEDEX OFF HERE!

Fantastic experience: Hello everyone giving them 10/10 or 5 star rating..he helped my family stuck in Ind due to air ind flight (was delay for 1 hour and my brother family of 4 miss their connecting flight from Bangalore to calagary) but travel world agent rescheduled the ticket free of cost plus he sit in the office for 5 hours (office closes 6) but he with his wife keep fighting for rescheduling the tickets (out of hours and didn’t charge us a penny)..finally he rescheduled our tickets and my brother family reached here safely..so special thanks for their assistance…from Saini family

Negative experience: I called them to book and ask about the prices for one way flight. I told the lady over phone that any date is fine next year feb or march so just choose whichever is cheaper. With this flexibility she gave me the price around $1700 with 2 layovers and said this is cheaper she could find. Thankfully i did my research before and told her that check air Canada flight they are less than $1300 and 1 layover. Then she said she can give me that flight for $1295. Why couldn't you find those flights before ?? And there were so many days i could see that were for this price. If people are not doing their research first ,they would be paying a lot more than they should be.. do not trust any agency and google first.

Positive experience: I need to get some information regarding my dad's super visa but they never replied or called back after calling them 2-3 times. A person said,"we will call you back" but they never did.

Helped me get the best pricing with some date flexibility (even though i had to cancel as i did not get days off from work on those dates).Attended to me the moment I entered in the shop. Very prompt straightforward answers to any questions, not selling insurance like the others. I would definitely return to them for any travel needs.

Negative experience: Went in to handle a fed ex delivery, the lady was on the phone with a distraught person who was explaining that he was stuck in India and couldn't return to Canada because of covid restrictions where he was, the lady advised him that he should travel to the states and then to Canada because he could get around the restrictions and wait less time in quarantine when he got home. Very unethical when the delta variant from where he was and when I came in she was trying to calm him down because everyone was sick where he was and he wanted to come home. I get it wanting to come home when everyone is sick where you are because you are scared, but restrictions are there for a reason!

Fantastic experience: I dealt with different agents over the years but this time I got a chance to compare apple to an apple when we got stuck at Delhi airport.Because of Jet airways downfall our flight was cancelled and we were stuck at Delhi airport until further notice.i called travell world agents Neetu and Dhiraj in off hours.they booked me with Lufthansa and they made sure we get the flight. Thank u guys for hard work and going out of ur way.

Negative experience: Worst travel agent i had ever talked to. I got in trouble because of them, so I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to loose your status in Canada.
