Fantastic experience: Kari was recommended to us by a friend who also booked a destination wedding. She was very helpful from the start to the end. Very knowledgeable about the different resorts/vacation areas in Mexico which made it easy for us. Email response was quick. When phone calls were needed she would work around our schedule. At first I was nervous that we didn't live in the same city as Kari thinking we would need to meet up to figure things out but that definitely wasn't the case. Any questions we had she was able to answer or find out for us. I would recommend her to any friend or family member and would use her services again.

I will use this agency as long as I continue to get this great service. This time my request was for an specific flight including connections as I wanted to join a group who already purchased their tickets. The agent could secure the tickets exactly on same flights at reasonable price.

They patiently answered all of my questions with a professional and a genuine manner. They’ve provided me with all info I needed to know prior to traveling so that I don’t miss my flight or get stopped at the airport for forgetting one of the required travel documents. What topped it was being given info and contacts in order to get refunded for a ticket the previous agent refused to make changes to. I’d definitely recommend. When everything goes well, everybody's happy. you purchased a package and you are on a your trip. but when something happens or unforeseen situations occurred , that is the time you need a real help. Airline Ticket Center provided us a great package for our trip to Mexico. and when an incident happened they were there to help us in any possible way. Indeed they did! It was not like "this call is being recorded for quality..." or a long waiting time to speak to somebody or emails that never replied. It was an genuine Customer Service, helpful and friendly staff that helped us on this trip. Fantastic experience: After looking online trying to find an airline ticket it was ridiculous how much time I wasted not only looking for a good price but trying to accommodate my schedule. I finally gave up and sent an email to Airline Ticket Centre thinking they'd get back to me in a few days. Fifteen minutes later they responded. Within 45 minutes I have everything booked and finalized not only at half the internet price but I didn't waste one minute of my time. All my correspondence was with Judy Padlesky and she has been probably the most efficient young lady that I have dealt with in twenty years. She didn't waste anytime at all, gave me options, extremely polite and just such a pleasure dealing with people like this. You don't see that anymore with everything being automated. Fantastic experience: Kari Pucci was AMAZING in so many ways. She assisted 40+ people in attending our recent wedding ( from 3 different cities) smoothly and professionally. Clear communicator and problem solver. Super pleasant to interact with. One of our guests suffered a serious medical emergency and needed urgent surgical care. Kari was on the phone with me for 2 days including a Saturday of a long weekend assisting with rescheduled flights / new hotels/ a rep to support the wife and 2 young girls while the dad was recovering. She then went even further by keeping the group updated as to how the family was doing while the wedding party had gone back to CAN. She was a GEM! 100/10! I cant say enough about how great she was! I would suggest that anyone who is interested in having a Flight Ctr rep oversee their wedding arrangements to ask for Kari Pucci by name.
