Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Tracey from Waves if you are booking travel. I was booking 3 separate flights for my trip to France and all the options were a bit confusing. She asked great clarifying questions and cleared up all my confusion and explained the best options for my travel needs. She also helped me acquire travel insurance which is another area with an incredible amount of options. Tracey was professional, efficient and awesome and helping to clear the clutter of travel options. Travel is too expensive to make mistakes when booking. Fantastic experience: Tracey was an amazing support for our inter-provincial Girl Guide trip. We had a large group of 20+ Girl Guides and Guiders and Tracey was extremely responsive, helpful and knowledgeable during all stages of booking and during travel. Our return flight was cancelled a couple of hours before departure but Tracey was so helpful with re-booking us as quickly as possible, provided advice for ground transportation and accommodation. She was on the phone with us and Westjet for hours to have the situation rectified. We couldn't have arranged getting home so quickly without her help, our Guides and their families were so thankful! Fantastic experience: Tracey was able to sort out flights for me to travel to Virginia, no direct flights, had a specific arrival window in mind, same for departure. Dates were flexible on both ends, and ARR/DEP airports didn’t have to be the same. I couldn’t get it nailed down. There is different things to consider when taking children and she was so helpful with all of our questions. We told her what we were interested in and she gave us options to suit that. Fantastic experience: I contacted Tracey in the late spring of 2019 with a hope of planning a surprise 60th birthday present for my mom to the Dominican with her two sisters and her two daughters. Not only was this for five people ranging in age but also across three separate provinces stretching the entirety of Canada. Balancing wants and needs of the trip, pricing, complicated and detailed flights and then to add in the complications of COVID 19. Through 3 separate cancellations and rebooking Tracey has been an encouraging advocate for us. Through all of this Tracey acknowledged our disappointments, kept us up to date and involved us in any changes, all while balancing a second job to fill in the financial void from lack of travel and canceled trips. She never missed an email, always promptly responded to our concerns. Having Tracey's experience, knowledge and quick ability to adapt is an absolute must for travel. I can't even imagine what this would have looked like without her.

Fantastic experience: Where to start. We reached out to Tracy approx. 2 1/2 years ago looking to book a surprise birthday trip for our mom, meeting different family from different locations. She was so helpful right of the hop and really dedicated her time into making this trip our dream trip. Unfortuanly due to the pandemic, trip plans were placed on hold. Fantastic experience: I have been using Waves for my travel needs for the last 15 years and Tracey goes above and beyond for her clients. Had a trip booked to Turks and Caicos a few years ago and a Hurricane messed up our plans. She was able to get us into a resort in Mexico last minute to save our holiday. We booked an AMA cruise with her that has been rescheduled 3 times due to the pandemic and health concerns. Fantastic experience: Amazing and fun! These are the only a couple of words I can come up with to describe our recent group trip with Tracey to Scotland and Ireland. Our last trip was 3 weeks in Portugal earlier this year, the pandemic lock downs were taking effect at the end of our stay then KLM refused us boarding for our flight from Lisbon which stranded us for an extra 3 days in Lisbon. Fantastic experience: For those out there that might not fully understand the value of having a professional travel agent helping you set up your travel details and insurance, then you are missing out. For the past few trips to Central America, I have used Tracey (Waves_your Needs in Travel) to book the flights and insurance and she has been fantastic to work with.
