I end up canceling my ticket and lose more than $350; I payed for insurance to change my date, but they were not able to make it. I HAD A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Talked for a few seconds and just hung up. My family has been getting tickets from these guys for years. I don’t think so anymore.

The only reason i went to them is because i dealt with them before covid and they were fine. Now no response and not willing to listen. Not professional, i am not wasting time to call them again and again. If i had to give 0 star, i would have. I rather purchase tickets online. Much better option then to waste time.
