Fantastic experience: My experience with zoom travel had been excellent. We travelled to perform Umrah on a 20 days trip. I was very particular of my own choice of hotels, airline and route preference. Asim from Zoom Travel was very helpful and fully customized the package per our choice. My first choice of hotels was not in his initial offerings but he went an extra mile to include our preference and also added breakfast option that was fantastic. He also suggested to try a hotel in Medina which was not in my original preference that came out to be an excellent choice. He also worked with Qatar Airways to get us hotel stay in Qatar. Every detail from plane seat selection to room types were taken care. We had just one issue at Hilton Makkah due to a fault from the local agent in Saudi, Asim diligently took our feedback/complain on the issue and forwarded to local agents in Saudi to avoid this happening in future. We had an issue with the Saudi visa just two weeks before our flight and Asim helped us bringing our passports himself to the passport office in downtown to help us quickly resolve the issue. This clearly shows his professional attitude and personal attention towards his clients. I highly recommend zoom travel.

Negative experience: I bought tickets and insurance from zoom trvel. He charged me for the insurance but he didn't pay to insurance company. Unfortunately, my wife got a sick and she was not able to travel. I contacted insurance company, Said you Don't have insurance with us. Also zoom travel charged me extra $500 for cancel flights. I paid tickets + insurance + $500 PLUS Taxes and I received back (0).

Do not make the mistake of going here they are something else when taking money and something else when having to deal with refunds. Been 7-8 months still haven't gotten my refund

Negative experience: I have never had to deal with someone so rude, they scam you. Don't refund money. They guy does not know how to speak he was screaming. Provided us with false info. When we asked for an email or to speak with someone else he would not cooperate.

Negative experience: Simply put, this is the worst place to go. They could not even reply to my emails leave alone answering the phone. The owner never listens to your queries or problems and keeps talking nonsense. They even charged extra amount from our credit card after we travelled one leg of the journey. Leave them alone.

Negative experience: So scam office. He booked wrong exit sets for my parents and he charged us 140$ and they got a normal sets. And when we talked more than 10 times to him he kept said it's not his fault and keep givin us promises.

Negative experience: Really bad service, don't give you proper details just ignoring you. Wastage of time.

Negative experience: They rip uneducated people because they know that they will not check their credit card statements. ZOOM Travel is popular for double charging on client Credit cards. Second charge they will do after few weeks once you are already back home. Therefore, NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO. If You have already given them then please check your previous months statements. You will be lucky if they have not ripped you yet. So Call your credit card company and change your Credit card number. No ethics at all.

Negative experience: Never never buy tickets from them. They are fraud. Worst customer service. Don't waste your money here. There are tons of other companies who provides excellent service unlike these unprofessional rude people.

Negative experience: no passport check during ticket booking , just took my name where as I spoke to few of my friends and they said travel agents need to ask the details. my passport was expired so I couldn't travel which is my mistake too. upon asking ticket cancellation zoom travel said to pay another 400$ so they can refund around 700 back which didn't made any sense. thanks for ur response and i have consulted lot of people and they were surprised to know that the travel agent didnot ask for passport details and asking extra 400$ to cancel the ticket that is so funny and stupid at the same time. y would i pay u 400$ to cancel my ticket. next time would go directly to airlines and would never recommemd u guys

Negative experience: Dear ALL Customers Pl. check your credit card statements for the month you have bought ticket from ZOOM Travel. They may have charge you ticket fee twice…(2X..) I have worst experience from ZOOM TRAVEL. Pl. don't Go to them. (i) Travel agent said he is taking only 30dollar commission by sell me the ticket and he is losing money. When I saw my credit-card statement I was charged 125dollars from ZOOM PLUS rest towards airline ticket. (ii) Moreover after 7 days delay, they charged another time 125 dollars (2x125=250) in favor of ZOOM Travel, when I noticed it from my credit-card statement, guy said I have to prove it by providing him my credit-card statements, which contain my confidential info. ZOOM TRAVEL....It’s your fault not mine why I will prove, check your account yourself. Actually he was aware that I have caught him and was only trying to be innocent. (iii) Unfortunately, Many people in Northeast Calgary are not even well educated to check their online bank accounts. I don't know they have done this to how many others clients…... ...............................God bless my community...................................

Negative experience: I wish if I could give him 0.. No professionalism at all. Please be careful if you really want to deal with him .. do it on your own risk. First I was told that my seats are reserved but just couple of days before my travel date he told me that he has to push my departure date due to some reason. very risky.
