Negative experience: Customer service is horrible. I've called multiple times and they always have a person who cannot speak or understand English. Furthermore, I've asked for an agent to call me back about travel questions and I never get a follow up call. Its seem like Megan is the only agent who understands and can speak fluent English. I will never deal these guys again.

Fantastic experience: In their office for 3 hours to buy 3 tickets back to China in summer. Complicated trips, the owner of the business is super patient. Because I accidenly copied the wrong names, she had to re-did everything and fought to get the seats because the availability is very limited. Since I moved to Canada in 1999, I have always used this agency to help me to buy air tickets every time when I traveled, they never let me down and always are very thoughtful and considerate for customers.

Negative experience: I inquired about the itinerary to Europe. I explained it four or five times before I understood the itinerary I wanted to consult. The price written on the official website was repeated three times. Finally, he said that this is no longer available now, saying that I saw it from where, and the official website has not been updated at all.

Positive experience: Me and my family have been dealing with PAN ASIA for few years and they always treating us with good manner. I definitely recommend them.

Negative experience: Very poor service, if there were 0 stars I wouldn't give 1 star. I called at 10:30 in the morning to inquire about a flight, and the person who answered said she was busy and would call me back later. By 2:30 in the afternoon, I still hadn't received a call. I called again to inquire, and the same person answered the phone, still with the same excuse, saying she didn't understand the business, everyone was busy, and she would call me back before we closed at 6 PM. But now it's 7 PM, and I still haven't received a call back. If you are really busy, you could text me or reschedule, but there has been nothing. Maybe not all staff are like this, but the woman who answered the phone provided extremely poor service. It feels like I'm begging you. I will not return to this place. Today is October 20, 2023. If you really cared about customers, you wouldn't reply to me a month later. As for your claim that the person who answered is a new employee, I do not accept it. Your service attitude is really poor, and I do not need your coupons; no matter how much compensation you offer in coupons, it won't make up for the bad service experience I received.

Negative experience: Stay away from this travel agent and save your hassles. Their ticket prices are no longer competitive, especially to Asia, and they charge extra premiums. I purchased through them for UA Airlines, rescheduled it once, and later canceled the ticket as UA canceled one of the flights and changed the itinerary. UA only refunded me the first ticket. When I phoned the travel agent, they insisted UA only refunded the first ticket and mentioned I should've double-checked with them before requesting the refund. However, back then the agent mentioned they didn't know the refund amount, and I needed to wait for UA to process the refund request. I talked to the UA agent for almost an hour, and it turns out that the second refund was refunded directly to the travel agent as the rescheduling and upgrade were made using a company check instead. This company is dishonest, and the agents I have been dealing with are full of lies. I am very disappointed as I have used their services for many years already.

Negative experience: Go here to book a vacation, hours during the week opens at 0930. Waited until 1000 and it’s still closed, we saw someone in the back room with the light on. Very unprofessional, with several other people waiting outside.

Fantastic experience: Walked in for assistance in applying for a China visa and they were super helpful and friendly! There were so many difficulties in doing the application on our own but they were patient and even called the Chinese consulate to confirm information that was required in our unique circumstances. They pulled up our saved application online and were able to help us fill out the rest. It got quite busy with a few customers waiting but they made sure our application was done correctly to the best of their knowledge regardless of the lineup. They all speak Mandarin or Cantonese and English. For the fee they charged for the application, it was worth it for the tedious time involved in the application. Thank you!!

Negative experience: After paying $50 per ticket of service charge to refund Air Canada ticket due to COVID-19 in May 2021, we have finally received the refund on July 29th, 2022. Air Canada has mistaken our reservation with another and considered the refund completed in July 2021. The matter finally becomes clear after PanAsia was asked to provide a refund receipt in mid-July, 2022. I would highly recommend one to book all air tickets directly with the Airline. A travel agent earned the commission when the ticket is sold. You are at the mercy of the travel agent goodwill for after sales service.

Negative experience: Purchased the Aurora tour only to receive terrible service and poor equipment. Please think twice! Don't ruin your travel mood. 1- The rented cold-weather clothing and gloves were very dirty and old. 2- The vehicle used for transport was very old and had no heating (at -40 degrees Celsius). 3- It's one thing to be late for pick-up, but for drop-off they completely failed to confirm the number of people and just left them at the hotel. When I called to inquire, their attitude was extremely rude and they were unwilling to take responsibility. (We were waiting in the hotel lobby an hour early and were not late.) Everyone we met in Yellowknife was great, but the travel agency was a letdown. Please beware of this unscrupulous company!

Negative experience: Very bad service. We called many times to their office to ask for trip plans. And their staff was mad and impatient. They asked us to leave phone number to call back, and they never did. If I can rate them zero star, I will do it for sure. In conclusion, don't bring your business to them, they treat you like a trash.
