Fantastic experience: Shelley took care of everything for my first trip to Dublin Ireland. From travel insurance, physical copies of my tix and other paperwork, and being patient enough to weather all my annoying questions, she really is the best. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Shelley from a friend who specializes in group bookings. I had a wedding to book and really didn't want to have to put much work into it as I had heard numerous horror stories from other brides who thought they could handle it themselves. From day 1, Shelley was on point, responsive and honestly my hero at the end of the day. She singlehandedly oversaw a group booking of 50 people with all sorts of issues/requests and quirks. Anything we needed, she already had handled, any questions, she responded within an hour or 2. I've always been the online booking kinda person and now, nope. My husband and I have relied on Shelley for another trip and she's been a gem. Best travel Agent ever.
