Negative experience: What a waste of time and energy! There is nothing that Expedia Cruises did that I couldn't have done myself. I went to a travel agent for a special holiday thinking that they had more insider knowledge and maybe even some perks. What I got was a Sunwing Vacation that I could have booked from the comfort of my home. When I went to drop off the final payment (which I could have done from home), I wasn't informed that they had moved offices and then they wouldn't accept the payment (cheque). They did nothing to offer solutions. When I visited the Sunwing website, I found I could manage the rest of my booking myself. There was additional information about travel than what my travel agent provided. There is actually no need for a travel agent to be involved in this booking whatsoever. Save your time and don't bother with this travel agent. Their "work" is lazy and not worth the trouble. Thanks Expedia Cruises for ruining what was supposed to be a good experience.
