Fantastic experience: Natalie was great to work with and would highly recommend speaking to her if you are looking to travel. We had been shopping around on our own for a couple of weeks on travel websites for last minute all inclusive packages when we someone mentioned her name on a travel blog. The prices that we found on our own and through Natalie ended up being very similar however, the advice, support and service that she provided would have been worth paying more. Our trip (with two small children) was last minute and it was our first time visiting a Club Med so the fact that we could lean on her expertise and leave any logistical issues to her allowed us to focus entirely on our vacation. Fantastic experience: We have been booking our Club Med vacations with Natalie since 2017 and it has always been the best experience! We just got back from our third family trip to Cancun Club Med and this time we wanted to have a slightly new experience. Natalie is very knowledgeable about the resorts and she recommended a few ideas, which made this trip truly unforgettable! We stayed at the most amazing room with the ocean view (and balcony shower), which allowed us to watch sunrises and sunsets while our kids were sleeping. Space wise it was the perfect decision, (again with Natalie’s help!) she arranged the best conditions to suit our family’s needs. We have booked all our Club Med vacations with her for the last 15 years, and she has always managed to find ingenious ways to save us money. She always gives us insights into the different type of rooms and their location so we can choose the best ones for our family, then she helps us getting the rooms we want by using her connections. She helped us make a reservation at the reservation-only restaurant for my husband’s birthday on the day of our arrival and my husband was also surprised with a special birthday cake. Fantastic experience: I love Natalie! She pulled off the biggest surprise for my parents. They met in Cancun club Med while working there and for their 30th Anniversary I wanted to surprise them. Cancun was sold out rent a village on the day of their anniversary so we decided on Turks & Caicos. I told my parents that we all chipped in and are getting them a weekend in Florida. Well they weren’t, we all went to Turks. Natalie even went so far as piecing together a fake itinerary for them. When I took them to the airport there was no check in for Fort Lauderdale !!! But there was for Providenciales! I told my mom to just go the counter, and we will ask. When we were about to get to the counter, I pulled out this beautiful package Natalie put together and my Mom was crying! My Dad in shock (meanwhile my brothers were frantically driving to the airport too to catch the same flight with us and my luggage) let’s just say I they forgot my carry on with the most important stuff in it. Well, Natalie once again came thru! She messaged her friend at the boutique and set everything up for me to do a little shopping, and even went as far as sending me some stores and maps that she had shopped at on the island and told me exactly where the pharmacy was! We got to our rooms and all 4 rooms were in a row and on the ground floor like we had talked about. Not only did she do all this for us, but since it was a surprise and had to organise everything in super detail we booked early not only because she said it would also be the best price. A flash sale came on and we were not yet in penalty, thé flash sale wasn’t cheaper but she did let me know that she checked to see if it was! Now who does that nowadays? This trip to Turks was pre-covid but we are looking forward to going back to Club Med Turkoise soon! Best pricing, best customer service. Fantastic experience: I have been using Margarita Travel, Natalie, for booking my trips for about 8 years now. I used to just book on my own. I'm very glad I decided to try a travel agent, which was even more important when the pandemic started and 7 trips that had to be rebooked just to get cancelled again, then rebooked, etc. Not my time waiting on the phone and trying to figure it all out. Fantastic experience: I have worked with Natalie for over 20 years. I have booked numerous family vacations. One year we had family in Vancouver, Toronto, Calgary and Edmonton. I don’t know how she did it but we were all on direct flights and all arrived on the same day. All our rooms were next to each other, which was very convenient with young kids. There were times when she said she couldn’t guarantee room requests, but would do her best. Every single trip we got what we asked for or close to it. Now I’m older and do not travel, but my kids, their friends and grandchildren a,ways book through Natalie and have never been steered wrong !!!! I am very happy I found her all those years ago. While I typically have booked my own travel, I did book a very important trip through her several years ago, for my daughter's 18 birthday celebration. We were booked i at the club in Turks. WELL! don't you know hurricane Irma hit the country & devastated the club. The club closed & only reopened days before our trip was scheduled. In fact, we were in the 1st group to arrive at the club. Having lived in Turks for 5 years, I knew how bad the devastation was. I was traveling in Indonesia prior to our arrival & only had 3 days back in Canada to do the turnaround & head to the club. Through the whole closure, the delays in reopening, the expected shortage of items that we might experience upon our arrival...Natalie was there the WHOLE time. She went over & above in providing information & guidance. Even offering to rebook us several times, if it wouldn't be suitable. I have referred people to Natalie & do so with confidence. She always takes care of her clients. Even the less than pleasant ones. She knows how to fulfil her role over & above & does everything in her power to make your experience the best possible. She made the whole experience of booking Club Med room and flight so smooth… requesting our preferred room (which we got thanks to her connections), going to bat for us from a previous trip that was cancelled during the pandemic - she wasn’t even the agent for that trip and yet advocated for us. She added such value to the experience and eased our minds - dealing with Club Med directly can be such a hassle (the systems are so antiquated) and Natalie just took care of it all. Fantastic experience: Our go to travel agent for our Club Med vacations. She was there to help us when one of our children ended up in hospital the night before one of our trips. She was able to get our trip cancelled and then rebook us on another a few weeks later. Fantastic experience: Nathalie of Margarita Travel is a one-of-a-kind travel agent who listens, arranges, suggests and treats all her clients exceptionally well when booking with her. She is quick to figure things out, has helped us in crazy situations for example when hubby forgot meds and she arranged upon our arrival, a nurse's visit as well as pills in the interim until a package could be sent from home... truly above and beyond experience. Fantastic experience: I wanted to book a trip to the Caribbean and was recommended by a mutual friend to give Natalie a try. She was fantastic! She responded quickly and thoroughly to my request and was able to set me up with a quote within the hour despite my specifying a couple of different dates and of varying trip durations. I had it all sorted before the day was out. She then was very good with responding to my follow up questions about the resort, added insurance (since we were going to an isolated location with not a lot facilities) and potential issues we may have if we needed to cancel. She took the time to follow up with us afterwards and even helped automate the payment process so we could complete the first part payment for our trip.
