Negative experience: Called them week before for Mexico (Cancun) packages, still didn’t hear from them. I give them couple calls after that and they was like we get back to you. Last call, i was talking to guy named Daljit and he was like give me your details again and when i was talking to him, he get another call on his phone and he straight put me on hold without saying anything. Thats so unprofessional. If you are working in service you should know how to talk to customers. Bad experience.
