Negative experience: This guy scam peoples for money he doesn’t care and he doesn’t provide the service that he gets paid. I was stocked in Africa for emergency he didn’t help my mother that was sick. He didn’t care he didn’t want to change her ticket. We end up paying US money to change her flight if you care about your service, please go to proper agency to help you. Once you are out of the country he will ignore your massage.

Negative experience: If you care about your service, someone that can help you. if you’re stuck in another country, please go to the proper agency to help you through. I contacted this guy to help me when I was in Africa. He ignored my messages in WhatsApp he didn’t wanna help me to change my flight so you pretty much told me you’re on your own, so why are we paying a service a guy that’s not helping you. Book your flight with real travel agency to help in case of emergency.

Negative experience: Asalamu alekum to all my somalian pple especially those who came from kenya be carefully this travel agency is scammers I buy ticket to Ethiopian airline transit to Addis Ababa when I call them head office in canada they told me that the booking reference is not existed or do I have ticket number I said no then they told me to get hold the travel agency I went there office and no one was the plus the owner was not answering the phone and I got info that his wife and kids are going out of country I'm reporting to the police asap if he didn't answer the phone
