Would I book through her again, absolutely! Did I mention we don't live in the same time zone? Not a problem. She sent my travel documents via email in plenty of time to review them and ask any burning questions. Favourite destination: Antartica! Fantastic experience: During Covid we got delayed in Puerta Vallarta and I was put in touch with Michelle Simpson for advice on what we needed to do. She was so excellent and comforting and helped so much I was beyond grateful. So recently I Contacted Michelle again because I had some questions about the area and accommodations we were looking at in Playa Del Carmen. Michelle is a great at listening to what we wanted in a vacation and giving her insight and knowledge of the area. We stayed at the Singular Dreams and We loved our location and accommodations even more than I had hoped. And having Michelle take care of the details took so much stress away so I will definitely refer Michelle and use her expertise in the future.

Fantastic experience: All thanks to Diane Kowal, I had an amazing vacation! My 34 day South America and Antarctica cruise on board the Sapphire Princess was absolutely amazing! The scenery in Antarctica is breathtaking to say the least. Everything, no matter where you look there was icebergs, wildlife that included sea lions, whales, birds and of course the adorable penguins! As usual, the service on a Princess Cruise is second to none!

Fantastic experience: Would recommend booking a vacation with Diane Kowal. She was awesome, helping us find a get away, with a budget. The resort was clean, and the rooms were awesome. The food was fantastic. We tried every restaurant, and they were all good. People, and staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of entertainment for kids and adults. The waves were a little strong. The pools, ranged, from warm, to cool, whichever you preferred. Would recommend staying there, especially for people with a budget

Fantastic experience: Anthony has been extremely helpful. I haven’t travelled in a long time and he took all my anxieties away. Anthony also provided excellent links to help sort out additional side trips which gave me a feel for what a cruise would be like.
