Negative experience: WOW tried to call for a price on a trip and was told she more then likely couldn't get me a price today, because she had to check dates one day at a time ( which i know is a lie) so i told her she didn't, she agreed after getting caught in the lie. ( so already not off to a great start) but i gave her my info and said i would wait for her call. then i read the google reviews and seen i was dealing with Donna......... so i called and asked if there is a processing fee and she said depending on price match or how much research she has to do LMAO. i go to mexico every 6 months roughly and i have never paid a fee. stay away. i called and told her not to worry about it and asked if she read her google reviews. she said she did. well hope your boss will see this. horrible customer experience.

Negative experience: Processing Fee Not Disclosed. Booked a trip all seemed good. Get back and two weeks later there is a charge on my credit card. $105 twice. I asked about it and its a processing fee. Was not mentioned or shown in the pricing. Not a huge amount of money but it should have been communicated up front. Will not use again.
