Negative experience: Take what is promised with a grain of salt. One person says one thing.and another person will say another thing.

Negative experience: Terrible service, poorly planned trip, would never use this travel agent again. What a waste of money! They don't care about you and are not helpful about anything. When I had questions I was told to look them up myself.
