Negative experience: The owner is thief, she does not give you all the details and before you know it ,you ticket is gone and she is offensively impolite. Watch out Fox.

Negative experience: I would give 0 stars if I could. Coreen is very nasty and rude to her customers. Rather give my money to somebody who actually respects their customers. Don’t waste your time here.

They took my 2300 my ticket was canceled during covid 19 after I went to book 9 months before my traving she asking me to pay another $2000 and being rude about it .never get new ticket never get money bsck

Negative experience: I would give zero star . I called in to enquire about tickets a guy answered the phone very unprofessional. I asked him my question and he said he will call me in 20 minutes. I asked him if he wants to write my phone number and he told me I already have it and said that he will call me back in 20 minutes .it's been 5 days and no call . I took my busines else where. So guys dont deal.with them take your busines somewhere else

Negative experience: The location in the north end where Corrine works is the worst service I have ever experience. They are unprofessional and rude to deal with . They are good when you are booking something but as soon as there is an issue where you need their assistance they won’t return your calls . I would suggest any other place then dealing with Corrine at multicultural travel.

Negative experience: I booked a ticket through Multicultural Travel and I called in to get the date changed and Multicultural told me that you can't change because of COVID and I would need to pay Thousands of dollars. That did not make any sense to me. The whole world knows we are living through COVID we have been in COVID for past 3 years Multicultural does not need to tell the customer that everyone knows that . The agent at Multicultural did not even bother to check whether she could change it or not. Hence I called the Airline direct and they were able to change it free of charge because the Airline had changed my original booking ( When my original booking was changed Multicultural Travels did not even bother to call and tell me that my flight was changed. Is that what you call Customer service ) I was entitled for a credit because it was not the mistake of the customer and when the Customer is entitled for a credit why does Multicultural Travels not give that credit to the customer . Can some one explain that to me . They only want our money once the customer pays if you try to call them and ask them any questions there answer is always is negative we can't do that instead of trying to help out the customer . The worst travel agent I have ever been to . They are a set of scammers please do not go to them. I will never ever go to Multicultural nor do any business with them. Terrible Terrible experience . They don't deserve even one star.

Positive experience: I've dealt with Coreen in the past, but she wasn't in the office unfortunately. I ended up finding a cheaper itinerary online. Other than that I have no issues with them. I got a very decent ticket from them 4 years ago when I last travelled.
