This shows years of experience and professionalism to carry task in most efficient way. The prices comparatively to other agents are much feasible. Negative experience: PATHETIC, WORST, ZERO KNOWLEDGE, BEWARE OF THIS Worst travel agency ever. Perfect for indian villagers travelling to/from India. Operates from Brampton ON but the agents cannot even speak few sentences in English, extremely POOR knowledge of the travel industry. Must've been my unluckiest day when I used their services for booking my travel and was told on several occasions that I will need to pick my seat online 24 hours before my boarding time.What kind of travel agent does not know that a seat needs to be reserved at the the time of booking.Now the aircraft is full booked and I am taking a 9 hour flight squeezed in between two people in the middle of the isle. you guys need to go out of business. I have registered a complaint with TICO and the better business bureau.Have fun idiots!
