Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with the Goel travels. My mom’s flight got cancelled due to some issues. They took responsibility and contacted the airlines right away to reschedule her flight. They did that on time. They have best customer service and staff.

Negative experience: Stay away from them. They don’t provide good ticket rates. I bought tickets from them and have to cancel due to covid. They charged me extra money and did not provide full refund. Unprofessional service.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful team.. my tickets of Lufthansa airlines got cancelled due to strike two days before flight. It was an emergency situation for me.. But Goel travels took the whole responsibility and booked other tickets of KLM which was only after 2 days. I did not pay any extra charges.. With my experience i can say that Goel travels have very humble staff who tries to get a solution for customer any way possible.
