Negative experience: Poor attention to detail, lack of customer service, lack of professionalism. Booked a family trip with Tshitshi Bukasa (Travel Expert), we organized all the names and dates in person together using a platform I am not familiar with. Although the right dates were given, the agent made a mistake in dates. Primarily blamed the system to “glitch”, concluding it was not his error. As customers we gave the benefit of the doubt, and paid the price to adjust the error. After further investigation, this “glitch” never occurred, and was considered an “agent error”. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that they were on vacation. No effort was done to reach out to us to right the wrongs. In fact we were told it was our error equally because we were there in person to verify the dates. It’s very upsetting that a company like this, will not make the effort to reach out and correct their wrongs. In turn they blame the system, then blame the client (who are not familiar with their system, hence why we booked with a “travel expert”). Really disappointed with the way things were dealt with to apease a potentially returning client.

Negative experience: Garbage, stole my money

Negative experience: We booked a group vacation with Julie Parent-Hache. I am in Toronto and my sisters are in Montreal so she took care of our booking. We had many difficulties from the beginning with minor errors she made. However the biggest issue was when we could not add the worry free cancellation while we were booking online and we're told that we could call the office and add it through the agents there. When I called I was basically told that since I am in Ontario one of the Ontario agents will call me but no one did and unfortunately I had passed the 48 hour window. When I called again I was told that the trip cancellation will cost me an extra 600!! I was furious as this was their mistake and I had to suffer. Julie did not respond to my email or call me to check in with my concerns. I called the office many times and still no call back. Please do yourself a favor and book on your own!!! Julie is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful!! These people are a scam and just want the commission.

Negative experience: Worst company I ever dealt with! They let you book a trip online, then charge you the total amouth for it and cancel it without any advise?? Then when you try to resolve the issue and try to get your money back, they'll seem like they care about doing something for 2 days and ignore four for a week when they realise they make a mistake and have to give you your money back for real... Never again!!! NEVER will I book with them again! Be ready for a dispute because i'm getting my money back. You cannot expect people to pay for a trip you cancelled under their nose without even a notice nor a valid reason, nor any reason at all ‍♀️What is wrong with this company! :O

Negative experience: Went in on a weekend to find a vacation for me and my wife. The agent gave me a bunch of hotel packages to look at and some helpful info. We agreed I'd contact her shortly when we made a decision because we wanted to go home and see reviews/pictures of each place. I email her the next day, no response. I leave her a voicemail 2 days later and she never called back. Ended up booking on our own through aircanada vacations (prices were the same). Your travel agent shouldn't be harder to reach than the airlines!

Fantastic experience: For the 2nd year in a row - my husband and I have had the pleasure to deal with Peggy @ Vacance Sell off Pointe Claire. Peggy’s knowledge and advice for vacation destinations have been spot on and she was wonderful and knowledgeable and helped us finding the ideal place for our family vacation. The booking process was super easy and we had no issues during our travels. I was very impressed with Peggy and is wonderful to deal with and always serves with a smile. She truly demonstrated such a great desire to please and that our destination choice really met our expectations. I will certainly be booking our next one wth her! Thanks Peggy for amazing service. Negative experience: Unfortunately I had to deal with Julie H-P, each time I walked into their office since she is always the only one available. She doesn't seem to have the best interest of her clients but other than make a quick commission...felt very rushed by her to leave. I basically knew which resort I wanted, the only effort she made was gave me a few other recommendations to compare. Other than that, no advices, suggestions or any extra information were provided before and after booking. If any questions were asked, her responses were very minimal, if any. I only found out these extra details that she never told me about when I decided to call the 1 800 phone # and spoke to another agent about my itinerary since she was not very responsive. There was a detail which could have saved me quite a bit money. She also did not seem to have looked into the small request I made on the room, which could have been easily heen assigned to me (I met other guests who booked after me in the same category got much better rooms). We got probably the worse view on a the floor which I requested NOT to be on, I should have followed my gut feeling and not have dealt with her by her unfriendly, unprofessional and unwelcome attitude. Next time I will deal with an agent at the 1 800 #.

Fantastic experience: Great service

Negative experience: Extremely shocked by the poor service I received by this agency. They do not give adequate advice about arrivals ahead of a cruise departure in March, and Peggy didn’t call me back when I asked her to change our flights to an earlier time. I would’ve been much better off booking my own flights. Now my flight was canceled (as anticipated), and we are on a 15-hour journey in order to not miss our cruise. This is going to cost me $1500-$2000 out of pocket to rectify. When asked if they could find an alternative flight, they showed me a flight that was departing in 30 mins. I think I’m a better travel agent than the employees at this business, avoid at all costs!

Fantastic experience: Peggy was absolutely amazing when it came to obtaining information about pricing, features of different resorts, as well as answering general questions our group had. She effectively steered my group in the right direction based off of what are needs and wants were. Peggy was very accommodating with our group and the few hiccups we had before booking, and was able to work through them and resolve the issues. Overall could not have asked for a better representative than Peggy.

Negative experience: Les prix affichés sur le site ne sont pas bons dans la page derniere minute et collection solo. Quand on clique sur n'importe quel choix ca nous amène a une page qui coûte 300$ de plus par personne.

Negative experience: The company didn't reimburse me when i asked for cancellation. During covid there was a small note that 2 second vaccine was required 10 rays before the flight. i lost everything as they refuse to cancel. 2000$ at least.

Fantastic experience: We found out about Cindy Porco from a friend here in Ottawa and she was amazing!!! Booking was hassle free. We purchased cancellation service just for peace of mind during COVID and had to use it for our son who was successful in hockey and was going to conference finals! We requested Cindy to book some restaurants at Iberostar Selection Playa Mita and she was able to book at least one the next day after arrival. Unfortunately our son lost in the 6th game of finals and I scrambled with Cindy to find alternate flight to us and she helped find a cheap flight down and we could get our son on the Air Transat we were scheduled for return. It was fantastic to have the entire family together for our first vacation of COVID! If you are looking for a awesome agent connect with Cindy, you wont be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Dealing with Amal Paduano has been truly amazing!! Her professionalism and attention to details and follow through were outstanding. She went out of her way to ensure we had the best trip and she didn’t leave anything to chance. She was on the phone for four hours dealing with the airline after they bumped us out of first class. She contacted the hotel when she found out we didn’t get the room we had been promised. She secured our private transportation to the hotel. She was there anytime and any day to answer questions we had. Amal took care of everything and made a trip memorable. To anyone who is looking for an outstanding and professional travel agent, she is the one!!

Fantastic experience: Peggy is incredible at what she does. I’ve dealt with many travel agents in the past and none of them have been more dedicated to making my stay a wonderful experience. There was one time I could not receive my flight confirmation on time and my flight was leaving at 6am, Peggy on her day off made sure I had everything I needed to board that plane and enjoy a wonderful vacation that she planned for me. I have used her ever since on many occasions. I personally never write reviews good or bad but she really deserves my time and effort and I feel it should be known that everyone deserves to travel at ease which is why I recommend her at the highest level. Fantastic experience: Bonjour Quand nous avons faites notre réservation avec selloff vacations nous avons faites affaire avec Mounia Ezzahar. Par la suite Mounia Ezzahar nous a contacter pour nous indiquer qu’il y avait des réparations qui étais faite à notre hôtel sur la piscine. Comme nous partons en famille je voulais m’assurer que mes enfants aurais quand même accès a une piscine car ils sont jeunes. J’avais peu de détails avec Transat et Mounia Ezzahar a fait une recherche avec Transat et toute a fini par etre parfait. J’apprécie beaucoup son attention aux détails et son professionnalisme encore merci Mounia Ezzahar pour ton travaille de moi et ma famille.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service. I went with my parents and the lady that served us was extremely rude... She seemed to be bothered by our presence or something. I don't know what her problem was but I was extremely disappointed at how we were treated.

Fantastic experience: J ai reserve avec olga tres bonne personne par contre je suis insatisfait de l hotel iberostar sélection playa pilar que j ai reserve . Le buffet est catastrophique et la meme chose chaque jour et si vous venez a la dernière heure souvent y a plus rien sans oublier qu ils ont ferme un soir et si vous avez pas de réservation de restaurant ben vous avez rien et ce qui m a déçu le plus c est que le check out est a midi puis le bus qui amène a l aéroport pour prendre le vol de Montréal est a 17h15 puis on nous laisse 5 heures au lobby attendre avec un bebe sans rien meme si on a payait 7 jours et le premier jour on arrive a 23h . Je te remercie olga pour tout et je sais que tu n as pas de contrôle la dessus mais je tenais a t en informer .

Fantastic experience: I have always been happy with the service for booking the lowest prices for my vacation package. I know what I like and I have been able to request special perks at the hotel of my choice by going through my well informed agent. When I arrive in Cuba, my special requests have been met. This year I made the booking in June for a December package. Unfortunately the package I chose with Air Transat got complicated. The hotel under renovation it turns out would not be open during the time that we booked. After weeks of trying to deal with the Airline with no results, I want to say THANK YOU to our Selloff vacation agent, Olga Brown for working so hard to find a solution. We now have a beautiful hotel replacement and at no extra cost. No anxiety! We can now look forward to our beautiful beach get-away with a lot of perks. Thank you Olga Brown for representing us. We will be back.
