Somehow by myself i tried contacting air india airlines they helped with my problem. A big zero to them , no cooperation nothing . Plz don’t book your tickets from them .

Fantastic experience: Aman and Ravi helped me out to book flights for my parents to fly from India to Canada. As anyone can imagine, travelling from India has been very hectic given Canada's ongoing flight ban from India and travel restrictions. I don't typically use travel agencies as I would book flights directly from airline websites but during this pandemic, I'm so glad I found Aman Travels on my Google search for travel agencies. The whole trip was definitely not an easy one and we faced multiple obstacles along the way, but all I can say is that Aman and Ravi provided great service, trying to help make the trip as seamless as possible, responded quick and even did a check in with me at the end of the trip to see if my parents landed in Toronto. They set expectations right from the start what was not covered in the ticket, what was refundable and non-refundable and also provided advice on how to save money. If ever I need to use an agency again, I'm definitely coming back here and will be recommending friends and family here as well , cheers!
