Negative experience: Horrible experience with me, first of all, I called to inquire about Toronto to Ahmedabad flight ticket booking. So Jyoti was my representative, she told me 1850$ price for ticket via munich and Bombay. She sent me the itinerary with my information and route but didn’t mentioned the luggage information. Then after I pay my ticket price and she sent me itinerary with 1 luggage bag so that I called her why only 1 luggage bag. If 1 luggage bag as a customer representative she should let me know before the booking of ticket. Moreover, she didn’t informed me about I should have to collect the baggage at Bombay. Hence, I told him, please cancel my booking before 24 hours and took me charged for 300$. I attached all my photos so that you can understand, Never recommend

Negative experience: Rude staff. 0% politeness and they don’t know the P of professional behaviour. They talk to customers as they are talking to their kids. I am never recommending them to anyone ever again, I regret using them in past too.

Negative experience: I first called a few weeks ago and spoke to harry, I was given a run around and I did not receive any information. I called the them again and spoke to Rakesh. He helped with the rates, when I asked him to email the fare details , I was told off as I asked for a favour. I do not post negative reviews generally but this experience gave me a feeling as they are doing me a favour by giving me a price. This was not a good experience. Before sale experience was this bad , I am not sure if there would be any after sale experience.

Positive experience: My first call for query this time was on 31-Dec and it was not good experience as no guidance or direction received. It was made felt that the person had not interest to listen your query to find ticket and provide service as well as no politeness. Only had interest to answer quickly and finish call. I felt like I am stupid in that person's mind because I kept being polite even after hearing his rough tone. However, I got wonderful experience after two weeks when booked ticket myself on Nanak Flights website and received follow up communication. My complaint taken positively by Mayank at Nanak Flights. This time it was 3rd dealing with Nanak Flights after 5 years and again got best service. In 2017, the first time experience was also great. My selected ticket and route was arranged by owner at lowest price at that time when I made query call which was handled by owner. A right direction was received by owner. Thank you to Mayank at Nanak Flights for good service this time.

Negative experience: The policy of credit card of the passenger only, needs to be looked into. What if I am booking for my parents and I need points with credit card payment. There’s always a competitor I can switch to, which offers me convenient payment method. The payment is not swift, that’s first time I saw the agent has to verify credit card and then issue eticket, this is not 1990s. I had to wait for the whole night to see payment confirmation and in morning you are emailing me to send etrasfer instead, which is giving me no value or security of payment. Your call agents are so rude who are just like as if they don’t care.

Agents working are interested in taking money from customers, Once customer has given them the amount of ticket then they are least responsible person for, if any changes are there in schedule of the flight..."THEY ARE LIKE YOU DO IT...IT IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY"...When we try to reschedule, the airline staff working at the airport don't help us in reschedule/rebook/refund as our tickets are book through a Nanak flights agent. When I called Nanak flight agent, she was like it is not my problem...it is the problem with airlines.

I have tried to contact this agency multiple times to resolve my issue, as directed by Nanak Flights I contacted Aero Mexico and I received following reply, /// Dear Mr. Sharma. Thank you for coming back to us. We apologize for the delayed response to your case, we had to make a deeper investigation with our airport personnel and they have informed us that The information provided by the IATA - Timatic System clearly states the following: WARNING: - DUAL NATIONALS OF CANADA MUST TRAVEL WITH A PASSPORT ISSUED BY CANADA. - VISITORS NOT HOLDING RETURN/ONWARD TICKETS COULD BE REFUSED ENTRY. That is the reason why you were asked to show a flight ticket leaving Canada in order to allow you to follow your trip. It is important to mention that these measures are imposed by the international regulations and their compliance is mandatory. We apologize for the inconvenience this reiteration may cause. I bought two one way tickets for my parents who travelling from India to Canada through Mexico as a layover. They have a supervisa for Canada, so they do no require a return ticket to India to enter into Canada. The agent “Paul” told me that my parents are all set from the travel requirements perspective and I believed him. But when my parents tried to board their flight from Mexico City Airport to Toronto , they were stopped by the Air Mexico staff and denied boarding. The Air Mexico staff told my parents that my parents need to show them a proof that they have bought tickets for returning back to India from Canada. This is not a requirement from Canadian government but the Air Mexico, so I had to spend $6000 to buy new tickets and my parents had to spend 17hrs at Mexico City airport. The Agent “Paul” should’ve known better before selling me their garbage tickets. I will never recommend this agency to anyone. These guys do not know the rules and sell you the most bizarre connections. NANAK FLIGHTS's Reply: Hello Parveen, Thank you for your review. We replied to you in the past as well that we follow the Canadian government guidelines as the meaning of Super visa is that you can travel one way and stay longer with the family members. Airlines should not override the Canadian government regulations. Please get in writing from the airline the exact reason why they denied boarding and we will check with the airline. Please note that many travelers have used this route.

Negative experience: Worst service i have ever received till now. I book my flights from regina to india in 2021. When covid was on peak in 2021 i cancel my flight due to travel restriction, first they said that the ticket credit is available for 2 years and when i call to rebook the ticket there agent don't pick the call. After many tries when they pick up the phone the agent say that air ticket credit was only available for 1year. When i talk to agent from which i had booked my ticket he said that the window of booking ticket is over and airline cannot book the flight. Why they shouldn't tell me earlier that your credit is going to expire so book the ticket now and used it. They didn't keep me in the loop. Why we book ticket from travel agency because we don't want to go from any cancellation stress. When we go to nanak flights agent they say if you face any problem we are here, they tell us the cons of online ticket website and offen say to give reference to our friends. When we actually go through any probelm their agents are not available for help. The agent from which i had book my flight is ignoring my call and not show any respect to speak with me. This is my honest reveiw and i don't recommend anyone to book tickets from this organization. I want to give negative star rating, unfortunating this option is not available.

Negative experience: Worst Service! I have booked my Fiance flight with them in an emergency his family member passed away. They were just keep asking about E-Transfer rather than guiding us and switching agents one to another. I wanted to have an update of his flight while he got stuck in Poland the opeartor refuse to connect my call to agent. She hang up my call after that I have tried she didnt receive. Stop being so cruel!

Negative experience: So worst experience , girl pick up my call , i want to book 2 tickets . She listen and then she was like ok i will call you back within few minutes it been 2 days now I haven’t hear back from her . NOTE to OWNER : if you want to sell tickets and run your business make sure the attend should be sharp , fast and responsible.. not the one who just know modern english and acting skills pretending like she is somewhere on cloud 7 . Hire some genuine people . Btw i am not going to buy ticket from them ever . Neither my colleagues and relatives. Will give them zero star .

Negative experience: I had the worst experience with them. They give you affordable prices for tickets but when for some personal reason if you have to cancel the ticket In my case it was a return ticket from Toronto to India. They told me as the ticket is now a partial ticket I cannot cancel my ticket and it cannot be refunded. Upon talking to Air India team they clearly stated that the ticket can be canceled anytime before departure and it should not matter if its a partial ticket or not! And as the ticket was booked though nanak flights they are the ones who can fully process cancellation. So after emailing them multiple times and requesting for cancellation, they still argued that cancellation is not possible. They also said that you should have booked 2 different tickets instead of round trip one. But also none of this was clarified while booking my round trip ticket that once it becomes partial, it cannot be cancelled. All they said was yes it can be canceled before departure( for them the departure means from india if its a round trip ticket) and the departure from Toronto is not counted as departure which does not make any sense to me. In reality any ticket can be cancelled and refunded before any type of departure. Air India team also confirmed that to me They also said if air india is willing to cancel the ticket let them do it as we cannot! This clearly shows how customers are handled and how services are provided! I wish there were 0 stars option, i would go for that definitely

Negative experience: I booked a one way ticket to Vancouver from Toronto last month. I needed a ticket for Monday and I booked it on Sunday.Though I could see tickets priced in $ 350s range my final ticket ended up at 470$ one way whn all said done.The worse part was that my call was bounced around 4-5 times around their kennedy rd office in brampton with everybody clueless about who talked to me earlier. Whole booking process took me around 2 hours which is stupid and painful waste of any customer's time. Their office staff is clueless, I used to book tickets from them before to India and USA also....plz don't waste ur time with them Go to khalsa travels located in Shoppers world brampton or call them.. They are professionals and value ur time and money.

Negative experience: My first experience was bad as my husband booked the ticket and he told me that he got three different invoices (One for each myself n my two kids) which is strange. Plus my husband told me they would not help me blocking seats in Air India.

Negative experience: I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the way your agency has handled my recent flight booking. I booked tickets for my wife and two kids and I I was was invoiced 3 times to my credit card instead one single invoice, each one for for my wife and kids which makes it extremely inconvenient to manage payments. When I asked this they said, that's how they operate and I was amazed to see this response, if you go restaurant with family do you get one invoice or invoice for each member? I used Nanak service earlier as well and never had this issue but this time, I don't know what happened to them. I also noticed this the response time for any question/request is slow too.

Negative experience: I am not recommend nanak flights. Not trusted. I will never purchase tickets from nanak flight. I booked ticket for 3 person. We have flight on 20th june. I paid full amount. They didn’t send me return tickets yet. His Name is Rakesh. I am calling him since 2 days. He is not answering my call. If anything issues with flights how can I contact him. Negative experience: Very bad service, they told us that the ticket is refundable and charged extra for refundable ticket and then today they said they can’t refund as it not refundable. Very bad attitude and no body take accountability and is apologetic about the mistake. If you made a mistake in not communicating and explaining things properly to customers assuming that people will know what you are suppose to tell them before they make a booking atleast accept the mistake and be a little considerate about it.

Negative experience: I had booked my family return trip tickets from nanak flights. I am totally unsatisfied they are not ready to co-operate with clients in emergency. I want to go back to canada earlier then my exact return date because of my baby is sick have skin allergies and want to see her doctor in Canada. But they people are not not listening anything. Negative experience: I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the way your agency has handled my recent flight booking. As you are aware, my scheduled flight on March 4th postponed to March 5th, causing me significant inconvenience and disruption to my travel plans. The worse part is, I came to know when I followed up, no one updated me on it. Very conveniently it was said that it went to our “spam “ after receiving booking confirmation and 2 other emails to leave a review! Lol. I understand that flight delays and cancellations can occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but I believe that the way your agency handled the situation was extremely careless and unprofessional. The lack of communication and information provided regarding the change in schedule only added to my frustration and made the situation even more stressful. $50 compensation was provided for significant change of plans! That’s the best they could do. No transparency can be expected from this company! Horrible experience.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE experience!!!!! I don’t want to give even one star. Before one day of my flight they told us that your ticket is confirm and after some time i got to know that my ticket is cancelled. When i called to them to talk about it, the rep. was very rude and not ready to give any information about the agent who booked my flight. He said i dont know anything, call your agent. They just want money nothing else. I also called few days ago but they hang up my call twice. Giving wrong information to people and getting fake reviews. Please be aware everyone and do not ever book your tickets from these people.

Negative experience: So many hidden expenses. Had a worst experience for my trip. None of the workers care about problems, a customer facing during his trips.
