Negative experience: This company is a scam. Rude and unprofessional service. The canning and not caring attitudes speaks of their company and management. You will be better off booking your flight with other travel companies. We made a family vacation flight reservations to Australia with their agent since they were the cheapest fare available. Saw confirmation but didn’t check for accuracy until now, 7 days before flight. Notice my wife name was missing a letter and since we were traveling internationally, did not want any issue. Instead of Christie it was Chrisie. Call flight hubs, 2 hours on the phone playing run around. They will take only your call if you are wanting to make new reservations. Spoke to a guy and he said we would need to buy new ticket cause United Airlines does not allow change. I was sol $1500 and $300 for her seating. Said nothing he can do and no credit. Gave me United Airlines 800 # and hung up. I give them 0 stars. I’m working with United Airlines to see if there a solution to this. Please avoid this 3rd party flight company. It’s not worth the headache. They lost a customer along with families and friends for life. Will continue to spread the words.
Negative experience: Terrible customer service after a flight was canceled. Can’t rebook with the airlines since we booked with flighthub, flighthub won’t reimburse us! Spent 6 hours dealing with them, I have copies of the chat, they were dishonest, unhelpful, and just blame airlines. If you pay for a good or service and it doesn’t happen you should be reimbursed. I’m not looking for any other compensation just reimbursement. Will never use flighthub again

Negative experience: Worst experience ever!! Tried to switch my flight and FlightHub refused!!! Air Canada told me they would but since I purchased from Flight Hub, it was up to them!! I’m a student who selected the wrong dates and could not get help changing my flight. I didn’t seek a reimbursement but rather another flight and got a solid no!!! Positive experience: The process was straight forward and simple enough. It was nice to see various destination flights and arrival flights paired together so I knew what my total was going to be. Check out was interesting. When did they start charging service fees and airline fees to choose your seat? Next we will be charged for the air we breath!

Negative experience: Don’t Buy from them. So highly NOT recommended. They Charged $700 more theb usual price, couldn’t change or cancel awhile I was still on phone with them. They Charged my credit card twice for the same flight and been long time to get refund still haven’t yet (dont know if I actually will) Buying a flight ticket shouldn’t be this much stress full, all because I choice flighthub at the beginning, please don't do the mistake I did. Wish there was 0 option to give instead 1.
Negative experience: Very complicated. Final price was more than initially indicated. I checked carry on baggage and when I got my boarding pass they said no carry on and I had to pay an exorbitant fee to have my bag checked in. When I checked in at airport there was no qr code sent with my itinerary and I had to manually check in with customer service. I am not likely to use this agency again. Not great service.
Negative experience: Untrustworthy and unreliable would recommend using a different travel agency. They will steal your money and give you bullshit explanations as to why they can't assist you.

Negative experience: Booked the flight but didn’t get tickets even after 6 hours . I called them and told either provide the tickets or cancel the booking. They did neither provide tickets nor cancelled the booking and also didn’t charge credit card.Worst first experience. They sent email every day alerting me about flight day. I will never book flights from this company .stressed and wasted my time.

Fantastic experience: I have had no problems with booking flights through Flight Hub, I have been using it for a few years. Even when I have needed assistance staff have been friendly and helpful.
Negative experience: I booked a transatlantic flight with FlightHub, however my credit card was not charged. For 6 weeks I tried to have them charge the card, but they insisted it had gone through (which it had not). They do not offer telephone support, except within 24 hours of booking or just prior to flight departure. Eventually, I was able to bypass the automated chat bot and do an online chat with a human representative who insisted the flight was paid for. It was only through contacting the airline that I learned the transaction had been "suspended". I booked the flight again through a more reputable agency. FlightHub is definitely not recommended.

Negative experience: Never ever will I book with Flighthub again. Booked a flight for my dad and paid extra for luggage because carry on was not included. We drove 1.5 hours to the Winnipeg airport, only to find out that days flight was canceled (due to security issues, but I think they didnt have enough people booked for that flight). The flight to Edmonton was rescheduled to the next day. But we had another separate flight booked from there and timing would make it all tight. So, from wpg airport, we drove straight thru the night 14hrs to get to Edmonton so my dad could make it for his fathers funeral. Customer support is not helping through chat for a refund and the phone line does not give you an agent to talk to. You are better off booking from Airlines website directly!

Negative experience: It was a disaster. And a complete waste of money because the schedule booked on their site changed to an entirely different time and this was discovered very late. So when they were called, the so called supervisor was more interested in proving to himself that the fault was not theirs and did nothing to salvage the situation. An entirely new flight was booked with another service provider. It was a terrible experience. Candid advice, stay away because they are not going to serve you when you need them the most.
Negative experience: Booking the flight took so long (about an hour) that there were two price increases while on the phone. Cancelling within 24 hours is not free, the fee to cancel is over 3X other sights.
Fantastic experience: My wife and I use FH 90% of the time, for single and multi city bookings all across the planet. I can't say we've ever had an issue. Many flight options and prices match airline prices. Searching and booking, as well as extras is all laid out well. It's on you if you mess up the booking. Also do realize this is a third party booking site. So you're not dealing with the airline. Although I would like to see upgraded seat options.

Fantastic experience: Easy, quick, and convenient. Searched through Google Flights and originally tried to purchase a flight with Ovago, but as soon as I entered my payment details, they said it couldn't be processed due to a technical issue and their agent called and let me know the flight prices changed. Dissatisfied with the experience, I opted for using FlightHub, which processed the flight with no issues, at the price listed on Google. Thank you for not using scammy switch bait tactics and for making the transaction easy, FlightHub!

Negative experience: Recently booked threw Flight Hub and purchased baggage but Flight Hub never forwarded the funds to the airline so had to pay again. Contacted them and they say it's not their problem. terrible customer service. They are counting on you to give up as it's not worth the time. Never booking with them again.
Negative experience: If I could give it a -5 I would. Here’s what I suggest. Use them to see what flights are available. Then go to the actual airline and book those flights directly through the airline. My child became sick and we couldn’t go on the trip, I had CC insurance so no big deal, but I had to get FH to cancel my flights and send confirmations that I could share with my CC insurance to prove I didn’t actually take the flight. Well, didn’t it take hours and hours of jumping through hoops to get this to happen. I ended up doing all the leg work for Flight Hub, calling the airline telling them the story… the airline btw really wanted to give me a credit or something for my non-refundable tickets, but they couldn’t bc I booked though Flight Hub. Not that it matters, again I have credit card trip interruption insurance so I’m fully covered. Anyway, I called Flight Hub told them I worked it out with the airline and the airline said that Flight Hub just has to call and cancel the tix. I had two tickets, one got cancelled by Flight Hub and I was told they’d do the other in 48 hours. 12 hours before the flight I call Flight Hub, because, of course they didn’t bother cancelling the second ticket, I mean that would be asking too much of their customer service agents. Now, these sneaky little devils, because it’s within 24 hours of the flight they want me to pay a $50 processing fee to cancel the ticket. TO CANCEL THE TICKET. To press the cancel ticket button, they had me call the airline days earlier to deal with everything… and they didn’t do their one job. Okay, then after a heated exchange they told me they’d waive the fee as a goodwill gesture. They were doing something nice for me, and they were hell bent on getting an enthusiastic thank you from me…. Hahaha. I’m losing my mind at this point. They made the mistake of dragging their feet to the point where canceling the ticket because an issue… I did everything they asked me to do, I gave them everything on a silver platter, and then, they had the gull to try to change me a fee to cancel my flight because THEY forgot to do it earlier. I finally asked to speak with a manager…. Aaaaaand, the manager refused to talk to me because they already waived the processing fee and they felt that was sufficient. So here’s how it goes Flight Hub, all my business, which is like 3-4 trips a year with between 3-10 other passengers… gone. I can’t wait to not give you another penny of my business and I can’t wait to tell anyone who will listen about what a garbage business you run. All you had to do was the bare minimum and you could have made money from me and my family and friends, but now, you get nothing. I’m so glad I’m not a share holder. … and remember, I wasn’t looking for compensation, or any kind of favor for these fools, I just needed to officially cancel my ticket, no refund, no nothing… and it took HOURS. So many grueling hours. TLDR, book directly always. These companies are fine if you have no issues, but as soon as you need some kind of customer service, you’re pooched.
Negative experience: We booked tickets on November 20th. Looked at the flights last week and seen that they had misspelled my name from Chanda to Chabda. And charged us an extra $800 after everything was all said and done. Our phones and computer won’t even let us spell Chabda it auto corrects it to my proper name. We triple checked the spelling when we booked. After looking at several reviews we have noticed that this is a very common thing with Flight hub. They misspell names on purpose and charge extra at the very end of the booking after you have already agreed to everything. We called to try to fix the issue and they refused only offering us half of our money back for our flights and to book new ones. This is just disgusting to do to people who work hard and want to take some time for themselves. I hope this does not happen to anyone else and they rectify the situation. Do not book through this agency!!!!
Negative experience: Horrible customer service. Rush job to sell the flights. Double billed for 2 flights and luggage and now I can’t get a human on a call to help refund FLIGHT HUB billed twice by mistake. NO HELP OR REFUND. Pushed to a text bot queue that first tells me nothing is wrong and then tells me to call the airline or my credit card company. 3x told someone would get back to me in 15 minutes, then 1 hour and no one ever does. Then told by chat agent escalation case was open for invitation and I would get an email in 3 days… no email. FLIGHT HUB flat out doesn’t care about their customers. Read the reviews/Reddits. There are tons of negative ones out there. I wish I had before booking. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY.

Negative experience: I had chosen my date carefully and FlightHub jacked me to tomorrow's date rather than the date I selected. Called help/support and they would not change or refund. This "change of date selected" is a programmed error which is highly profitable on their end. It's bad. Read and re-read every line....don't expect honesty in their programming. You too may be astonished at how rampant this kind of thing is. eg. Ever have a banking error land in your favor? Ha!

My mom is fighting for her life in the hospital, a hospital I can’t get too in Calgary. And you guys decide now is the best time to steal money from me. Now I have no money to go see my mom. Negative experience: Was prompted to purchase insurance for my ticket. It turned out I needed to change my return flight. They acknowledged i bought insurance, and sent me a list of "approved" reasons for cancelling. The listed reasons were essentially, if a family member has died, you need to show us a death certificate for a refund. Or Go and pay for a doctors note if your are too sick to fly. Absolute scam, don't bother getting insurance.
Negative experience: Unfortunately, there is no ZERO star! I had the most frustrating experience with Flighthub and would NEVER recommend using them. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. The only way to get in touch with them is through SMS, which is incredibly inconvenient. After waiting for over an hour and a half, I was bombarded with SMS messages every five minutes asking if I was still there, pressuring me to respond just to keep my spot in the queue. Once I finally got a response, it was from an incredibly rude agent who didn’t help at all. I had purchased a ticket three months ago, which was later canceled by the airline. Flighthub offered no assistance in replacing the ticket, despite the fact that the new ticket price was significantly higher. When I asked for a replacement, the agent told me to call the airline directly. When I pointed out that the airline’s website stated I needed to contact the agency for any replacements, the agent responded, "I didn’t mean they would do anything." So why ask me to contact them in the first place? This experience was a nightmare, and I will NEVER do business with Flighthub again. Their lack of service and care for their customers is shocking. Save yourself the headache and book with a reputable agency instead.
Positive experience: Relatively easy to book flight. Always surprised at the ridiculous itineraries that are suggested on all sites, flying back and forth across the country and taking days to make a 4 hour flight. The filters are very useful at weeding these out.
Positive experience: BOOKED MY TRIP with Westjet BEFORE NOON. 6 HRS LATER .. Waited 20 minutes on PHONE for reply about my Last Name being changed . I thought I had 24 hrs to Cancel & Rebook? Someone accidentally put a wrong name on my Ticket, gurrr. I’m pretty sure I never put it on. I have NEVER use my Maiden Name on Flights for 44 yrssss, since I’ve been married . After Booking early in afternoon, today, Nov 28, looking at my Flight info. They wouldn’t Change One Name. Instead they suggested Canceling. And charged me $50 to cancel. Then suggested I REBOOK rather than change one name mistake. Pretty sadddd.. Then there’s NO FREE CARRY ON on Westjet. Charge $60? both ways. The fellow I chatted with wasn’t very sensitive to my needs as a senior.
Negative experience: Sure you will get cheaper flights but they are not upfront about their terms. They are sneaky! Be careful. An agent told us no cancellation within 24 hours and then we were told there is a fee to cancel with flighthub. They try to advertise that there is no fees within 24 hours but it’s a scam! They just hope that by putting that in bold you won’t read the fine print. Cheap no necessarily better. Go with honest companies like Expedia, kayak or direct airlines. They also don’t take the customers word for anything and the agents have a difficult time communicating with you. Not a great experience
Negative experience: Booked flights for 4. Tickets never showed up, they absolutely do not want anything to do with you after getting your money. You are literally in your own. Phone number has message saying you must text them only, and of course it is absolutely useless. Incredible that there is actually ZERO customer service. Do yourself a favor and just book with the airline directly. Don't be fooled by their friendly sounding messages, they are NOT there to assist you AT ALL.

Negative experience: I recently booked a flight to Edmonton through Flight Hub, and I am extremely disappointed with their service. Initially, the baggage fee showed $64, so I added an extra bag while booking. However, after completing the booking, I received a notification that my request for the extra bag was canceled. When I tried to add the bag again, within just 2 minutes, the fee had increased to $102! This feels like a blatant attempt to charge customers extra under misleading circumstances. Such practices are unacceptable and feel fraudulent. I won’t be using Flight Hub again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Fantastic experience: They did surprisingly well! I wanted to book a very complex multi-leg route in business class (Europe-North America-South America-North America-Europe) and this was the only online travel agency that has succeeded. Google flights has failed, Expedia and its numerous clones have failed, even American Airlines has failed (all the flights were from AA!). 5 stars!
Negative experience: If I could give zero, I would. Flight hub gives you the ability to choose seats without disclosing that it’s a flight hub fee and not part of booking the flights. I booked flights in Singapore airlines and realize me that there was an additional charge if $163 for seat selections. When I questioned this with the chat box, they told me that I could cancel within 24 hours for a full refund. And clarified that there wound be no penalties. I canceled, the flights within the 24 hours and flight hub is refusing to refund the $163. It has been 10 days and no refund from flight hub and only a 10% refund from Singapore airlines. Beware of flight hub.

Negative experience: We made a mistake on the departure date. We called to make changes not even within 24 hours and they wanted to charge outrageous price. We even checked with the airline and they would have changed it at no charge. Flight hub was not helpful at all. Be careful!

Negative experience: Pleases no one should use this business. I was scammed. Booked a flight to Nigeria 3monthe ahead and I was given an itinerary. I got to the airport, and I was told I had no ticket, I tried reaching to this business, to no avail. had to pay triple the money for a new ticket. Called flight hub and they said they will refund. Since 2021 and I have been trying to get them to refund my money, and they have been dribbling me. I am not stopping until I get my money back. Do not use this business.

Negative experience: Never book from them, please!!!!! Their fares are very restricted for baggage allowance. Even if flights allow, for example, two check-in pieces, their so-called cheap fare (same, by the way) would have a bag less, and you can't make any changes. Negative experience: Received multiple opposing texts and phones calls indicating booking didn't work after getting confirmation messages that it was confirmed. Even some threatening messages urging rebooking immediately to avoid missing out on travel I already confirmed. They even called at 6 am 3 times to say the same thing! Turns out, it was all good originally, as per a different representative when we called back. Then I get a message a day later urging me to rebook due to their error. What kind of sketchy anxiety-inducing money-grabbing racket are you running? I confirm on their website I am still booked, and with the bot chat, but bot refuses to log my complaint about my experience and the automated system. Bot eventually indicates it'll connect me to a live agent, and provides an estimated wait time then proceeds to ignore all further inquiries directed at the bot. 2 hours later (4x the estimate wait time) no responses or updated wait time. Now I have a new complaint! Oh, and the cherry on top? I think my credit card information also got stolen while completing this transaction. There was an odd reloading on the credit card confirmation page and I found an unauthorized cash advance applied to the card on the same day.
Negative experience: The customer service is worst thing I have experienced recently. The worst is when you have to reschedule your flight for unforeseen circumstances. They make you choose the expensive flight saying that we can't opt in to the cheap ones even though the websites are displaying cheap flights. They would charge you almost close to whatever you have paid for the flight initially. I am wondering why companies like FlightHub is more on making money by forcing customers to pay more while rescheduling the flights rather than providing better price and better customer support. In my opinion, I hardly recommend FlightHub if you think your itinerary might change in the future.
Negative experience: WestJet canceled my flight and then FlightHub did nothing to try to find a replacement flight for us or refund us. Their AI text chatbot is terrible. Waited on hold for 45 minutes only to be disconnected. (did get a text afterwards asking me how the experience was so that was nice and quick) 0/5 star experience. Just book directly with the airline, then at least you have some recourse. These guys are just trying to take a cut and offer 0 service.

Fantastic experience: Quick and simple. tickets were confirmed within minutes. Flighthub partners with hotels, car rental companies...etc to make their customer's experience as easy as possible. I also noticed when checking my booking that I am able to obtain e-visa and even a phone plan in advance making my travel experience smooth and comfortable. compared to other sites Flighthub offers competitive rates on tickets. I will definitely purchase my tickets though Flighthub in the future
Negative experience: Just be aware that their flights are never refundable even if there is illness involved in which case the airline would have not let you board your plane anyways. So you miss your flight and you do not get reimbursed at all, zero. I asked customer service for a link for a feedback form and they have NONE, meaning they do not care about their clients. So CAVEAT with booking with this company.

Positive experience: Hi from Calgary, I used before their service and it was amazing. But this time I have two concerns. One: about wanting time via text messages. They were super two years ago but this time virtual lady:) told waiting time is 1 hour 20 minutes. I was waiting then they totally forgot me. Second: before flight protection plan was under their responsibility, it was so easy to cancel your flight. Now they give outsourced services and you have to provide them many paperwork to cancel your flights and for refund including doctor report. So so weird. I try to connect them to positive complain about my experience but never happened. Flight hub is finish for me. I gave 3 out of five because I got super service two years ago. Cheers:)

Negative experience: Our trip to Italy was cancelled due to family emergency & FlightHub offered no help, no credit. Instead, they charged $75per person to cancel & wanted to charge $200 per person (in our case that would’ve been $1200) to refund unused govt & airport taxes of $700 in total. I will never use them ever as they have no remorse. Wouldn’t even offer a travel credit or different dates. Wish I could give them 0
Positive experience: The ease of booking from my phone was much more user-friendly. On my laptop, one of the flights on the return trip selected was "no longer available" upon trying to complete the booking. I refreshed the browser, started a new search, and again it showed multiple seats still available on each flight but it would not allow me to complete the booking at that price. I ended up paying $16.00 more booking from my phone for the same flights. Overall, I have never had any issues with booking on your site until tonight. Bizarre and frustrating, but the flights are booked!
Negative experience: Book directly with the airline. These scam artists are keeping my $2500 even though I paid extra for insurance in case something happened. Got to airport to and couldn't find Canada Jetlines only to be advised they are no longer in business. I had to pay triple the cost to fly out as we needed to be in Orlando that day. I received no prior notification from Flighthub that Airline was no longer in business and we had no flight. Even worse when I called flighthub customer service they said there was nothing they could do for me ..offered no help other than to say ..complain to your credit card Company I will never book with Flighthub again. What kind of travel site wouldn't advise their customers if an airline they sold to tickets for went out of business. Be warned do not use flighthub for any of your travel needs
Negative experience: Flighthub canceled my booking over the phone and never refunded me for $2100 worth of tickets for me and a passenger with westjet. Getting in contact with a human over the phone was hard enough since they push a texting service on you. I was even hung up on at one point in spite of being very polite to them. I have contacted them several times since then and the responses were as follows Wait 10 business days Wait 6-10 weeks Wait 6-10 weeks in business days The refund went through (it did not. My bank confirmed it) I have confirmed with my bank and with westjet that a mistake was made by flighthub. I contacted flighthub one final time and they found out that there was an email error made on their end and that I should file a dispute. 6 months after cancelling the booking, I am still missing my money and am completely distraught because I fear that I will never get it back after flighthub made an error and took money from me. My credit score suffered and this has cost me additional time and stress trying to get it back. I feel like I have been robbed. I will never use flighthub again under any circumstances and my experience buying tickets online has been completely altered for the worse.

Negative experience: My experience has been absolutely horrible!! When the date of my booking was changed by their system I contacted them just a few hours after receiving confirmation. They have refused to give me a refund or help me with another flight. Their responses where from a machine and they did nothing to help me rectify the problem which was caused by their system! They give you the runaround and don't acknowledge your communication. Never, never, ever use them, they will scam you!! Gave one star as I couldn't give ZERO!

Negative experience: I’m disappointed with my experience with Flight Hub. My flight was canceled due to circumstances beyond my control, and I was charged for services, like seat assignments, that I did not use. Despite the assurances of excellent customer service, I found the support lacking and felt that my concerns were not adequately addressed. I expected better, especially in such situations. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Flight Hub based on this experience.

Negative experience: I have booked a vacation thru them for 1 month in Asia for the entire month of October 2024. Worst mistake of my life. Last minute changes from shipping me to Spain in stead of Germany, arriving in Spain with no records of myself and wife for the next flight to China. Can't speak the language and can't take the flight out. Next day still can't contact flighthub as they have no numbers to call for help or assistance. They put on on another flight to China with no records of us nut only because we could prove we bought a ticket to China. In China same thing. No record of us forcnext flight. Received our clothes 5 days later after it went all over Europe and Asia. When back home tried 6 times to get in touch with them and felt like Groudhog day...starting same place over and over. Flighthub....never again
Positive experience: I've purchased many flights through flighthub and these recent tickets I bought was a disaster. Delta on our departure flight, emailed me a reminder with a confirmation flight number. Smooth. On the return flight, KLM did not email me; they didn't communicate that we were flying with TRASAVIA. We go Term 2 and was told we needed to go to KLM. We go KLM (Term 1) they tell us to wait an hour because they're only taking AirFrance passengers ATM. I go to a wicket because there's a huge line and explain we lined up earlier, and if we go through the line we will miss boarding because of security. Was told to line up again. I scanned our passports to a kiosk, as earlier KLM wasn't an option on the screen. And it says our flight was rebooked. After through the line again (45 mins before flight time), we were told it was with Transavia. We again took the shuttle bus back to Term 2. We got there but boarding has closed. Was told they can't do anything about it. They said tp talk to KLM. KLM told me to talk to flighthub. Flighthub refuses to do anything about it, despite the fact that they're the ones who sold me the ticket. The info on your ticket is incorrect!! We ended up spending more money we didn't have - staying another night. Your prices are great. Every company has its flaws and the area you should strive to get better at is accuracy of the flight information. That is your product, hence, it should be have the utmost importance of providing the proper information.
Negative experience: Absolute horrible experience!!!! Booked a round trip flight with Flighthub with the airline being Porter, I should have just booked directly. TSA screening took longer for whatever reason, although I am a frequent flyer and delayed me 5mins before the flight took off. At this point there is nothing I could do, as per both Porter and fight hub “under uncontrollable situations refunds/changes etc .. can be applied” So I got on the phone with Flight Hub as Porter had not ability to put me on the next outbound flight due to the third party booking (Flight Hub). And of course Flight Hub as usual put the ball in Porters court to decide what to do. Again Porter had no way to touch the flight, I literally was on the other side and saw them attempting many times to change it but due to Flight Hubs lock on it they couldn’t change it. After having Porter staff speak with Floght Hun staff it was determined that TSA an uncontrollable variable in my situation missing the flight, and the fault of Flight Hub to allow for a change to the next flight. Btw their scam product of ticket insurance DOES NOT COVER REFUND OR CHANGE IN FLIGHT if it is due to security check. Which in this exact case is completely uncontrollable from a passengers side. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIRD PARTY unless you know the agent personally and they are connected with the airline. These establishments will not help you at all and the extra products they offer don’t cover anything more then what a travel credit card company provides just for buying the ticket on the card. AGAIN IT IS NOT WORTH THE HEAD, LOSS IN MONEY, NOR THE TIME, THEY WILL NOT (BOLDED) HELP YOU AT ALL! Porter direct on the other hand was extremely helpful and was trying their best to figure out a solution but because Flight Hub was the third party and didn’t make the change, which they could have or at least released the funds back so that a change could be made, didn’t. So honestly save yourself the anxiety of dealing with these HORRIBLE third parties and just book direct.

Negative experience: Very bad service. If you call them about existing reservation, they will hang up on you. It is owned by an Indian company ran from Quebec or diverted to India. To discuss your existing reservation you cannot call, you can only text them, I tried but after over an hour wat time they still didn't refund for the flight cancelled by airline. Works service ever... stay away from these scammers
Negative experience: 1)For my work trip I decided to try Flighthub. I booked an "economy seat" with Flighthub. They booked me into an ultra-basic, resulting in me having to pay for my baggage at an increased rate. 2) I paid for a seat reservation ($23.00) and did not get it nor received my refund. 3) On the return flight they booked me into premium which includes two extra checked bags. So if you are following this they booked the first flight with zero bags and the return flight with two extra bags. Who in their right mind goes out and purchases 100 lbs of goods to put in luggage on a business trip? But according to Flighthub, I should have. And where is my refund for the booked seat that I did not get? So my experience with Flighthub was a total FAIL, NEVER again, ZERO stars!
Negative experience: I was charged for cancellation protection that I never signed up for. I was stolen from basically. An additional charge was made for cancellation after the fact and then when reaching out to Flighthub, they simply said I agreed to the charges and they were non-refundable. Don't deal with these crooks.

Negative experience: Very bad service don’t book thru FlightHub they’re very cheap they ripped of their customers change word don’t trust them they charge triple price and extra fees without my concern I suggest you all don’t trust FlightHub they’re very cheap charge me extra $320 plus another $200 but I have proof they told charge only $75 on their chat but they steal my money I will sue them and see you in the court for sure

Negative experience: We got a ticket of Emirates airline through Flighthub. The flight cancelled by email. Then we requested a refund 10 days ago and still waiting for an answer. I contacted Emirates and they refered me to Flighthub as agent. When buying ticket we must pay immediately to reserve the ticket, but Why for refund it takes time.
Negative experience: decent prices but absolutely abysmal and awful customer service. they claim no responsibility for anything and say oh it's with the airline when you booked through THEM so it's actually just complete refusal of responsibility it is so so infuriating. they didn't change my flight, didn't refund, didn't cancel they did not help me at all instead they threw me over to the airline which said they couldn't do anything because i booked with flighthub. i bought a second ticket under the promise that flighthub would help me and lost so much money because they are liars and cheats and have no ability to communicate. awful agents absolutely awful, do you even train them??? terrible i will never buy from flighthub again. they offer cheap flights at the expense of their TERRIBLE customer service. fake explanations, fake refusals, i hope you have a terrible damn day flighthub.
Positive experience: Good experience overall, but be careful, as with any booking agency, about the terms in case you need to make changes. They're good about reimbursing you for fees, but very exacting about their rules.
Fantastic experience: These guys have a lovely, one-hour grace period if you quickly discover a need to make a change. No penalty! Past that, you need to have added cancellation coverage, but still a nice surprise!
Fantastic experience: I am giving a 5 star rating because I got a great deal, net saving of $100/- on a single ticket. The online experience was seamless, completed the whole process in 15 minutes.
Negative experience: I recently took a flight that was booked through FlightHub. When I tried to check-in on the day of the flight, I could not check-in because the flight had been changed and I was not informed. Calling Flight-Hub I had to go through three agents before I was able to get the corrrect information. What a poor service!!
Negative experience: My credit card flagged my booking as possible fraud, I cleared the flag with my bank. Un known to me flight hub cancelled the booking. When I found out days later I called and spoke to an agent in South America. They promised to hold the flight booking until the credit card was fully charged. That did not happen. Nothing happened, they did nothing and the reservation was canceled. And when I got the email from flight saying my booking was canceled my Christmas flight home was fully booked. Never using this company again. Frequent flyer for business.
Negative experience: Good price for the flight I booked at the time. Too bad the price dropped 6 hours after I purchased. Even though it says you can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours, there is a $75 fee per person. Customer service was just a bot. The fee would have wiped out any gain. I probably should have done it anyway. When I contacted them on a different occasion and asked about trusted traveler ID, which wasn't an option to input when booking, they told me to contact the airline. Turns out airlines hate agencies like this and they told me to contact FlightHub. Again I only managed to talk to a bot. I would never book with FlightHub again.
Negative experience: Zero stars! I booked a flight that costs $586.00 only to be charged $797.00!! And then being told I was given notice when I was not! I wouldn’t have booked at that price especially when there is a flight a few hours later at $10 more! And I got zero assistance and still have to pay for my bags at the airport because the site wouldn’t allow me to! I’m totally disgusted at this point and will never use this site again

Fantastic experience: The actual booking was quite simple. What I particularly liked was the possibility of being notified when the price of a flight I had targeted went down. I did get notified and was able to book the flight at a better price than the one I had seen previously. Negative experience: Scam website. Can't change any details or cancel bookings even though the website claims you have 24 hours to cancel for free. Avoid and pay a bit more via a more legitimate and established agent.
Negative experience: DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM THIS SCAMMING WEBSITE!!! I REPEAT DO NOT!! I was sold tickets that include carry-ons, and I contacted FlightHub customer service to make sure my tickets include them, and the agent said YES. I get to the airport and they tell me that my tickets do not include carry-ons. I call flighthub in the airport and they tell me they don’t know and that the agent will call me back another day to have the time to listen to my recording. After many calls and back and forth and calling me a liar, they in-fact confirmed that the agent told me I was allowed carry ons, and that they will refund me 260 USD that I was charged at the airport. It’s been weeks and have never gotten my moneh back. I called back today and they said “we processed it check with your bank”. Such lying scamming team.
Positive experience: Very competitive pricing... But, if you miss any part of your flights, all other flights are cancelled... Even returning tickets weeks later. No way to talk to a human... You will just be stranded somewhere homeless until you can purchase all new tickets. I just spent an extra week and $3,000+ in Anchorage because I was 10-15 minutes late from a traffic accident...
Positive experience: Loved the way in which you can choose your first flight and then it pairs it with several options for second flight. I wish there was an option to tell you if a flight is cheaper on a different day. Also, my friend and I booked online at the same time and her flight ended up more expensive. by roughly $20. Very weird. Now she has to call to find out why
