Negative experience: Although they are currently taking bookings for the new flight schedule to Algiers, which started today, the gentleman asked me to leave my phone number so he could find me a 'good price.' With others, they offer deals right away!! Why? Simply because I responded that I wanted to book only for myself. It’s true that the commission is higher when it comes to a family. The same agency advised a friend to book quickly, as the seats fill up very fast. And this has been confirmed: the prices displayed this morning are already not the same this afternoon.

Negative experience: I am absolutely appalled by my experience with classy travel . I booked a trip with them almost a year ago, and after making the full payment, I never received any updates, confirmations, or any communication from them. To my shock, it wasn’t until I reached out for clarification that I discovered they had kept my money for an entire year without ever notifying me about the status of my booking, any changes, or even offering a refund. They completely ignored my attempts to get answers and left me in the dark about the whole situation. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. How can a company take a customer's hard-earned money and not provide any service or even basic communication? I feel completely scammed and misled. I strongly urge others to stay far away from this company if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. They do not deserve your business.

Negative experience: I found an offer with Air Algerie, I wanted to book with them, imagine as soon as I mentioned the dates (very affordable price) all of a sudden he put me on hold, when I called back he transferred me to another person who works with him. Then I went back on the Air Algerie website and to my surprise, the chosen dates had disappeared. Honestly, حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل

Negative experience: Terrible identity verification process. I wanted to buy a plane ticket for my dad using my own credit card because it has more advantages (flight cancellation, lost baggage, etc.) The travel agent (bless his soul it's not his fault) told me the only way to verify that it was really my card was to send a picture of it *with the number crossed out* and a picture of my ID. When I asked why, he told me that they had a lot of fraud issues and they changed their policy for this. Mind you I work at a bank and I was flabbergasted by the fact that their only solution to fraud-related issues contained incredible high risk to their client's personal data. Any file you send by e-mail is NOT guaranteed full protection of your data. Second, the agent did not mention to me how long the pictures would be kept, nor who would have access to them. Third, anything is possible nowadays it would just take someone with a bit of photoshop knowledge to erase the crossed out line on your credit card. Please do NOT accept these policies no matter how much they try to reassure you. Even your own bank would NEVER ask for a picture of your credit card.

Negative experience: Terrible service, they misspelled our name on the ticket and changed the airline without notice, which made us lose the flight. We received a refund from the airline after our own efforts, sent to this agency, and for a month they have not refunded us. The next step will be a complaint to the consumer office. Do not do business with this company, quick to ask for your credit card but very slow to refund your own money.
