Negative experience: I bought the ticket from them with Air India airline and my experience was worst with this airline. Then I called them to help me in refund my return ticket and they do not helped me in this matter. Then I called Air india and they said your travel agency can do that but mann travel denied to refund that it is not possible. The staff was so unprofessional .They charged $500 to cancel your flight and air india charge only 8000 rupees. So its better buy your ticket online and do not visit mann travel.

Negative experience: Worst experience… I would never suggest anyone to do business with them. Unprofessional staff..once you book ticket with them and if you need any help to change any dates or anything they would never help you.

Negative experience: worst experience…the staff is very unprofessional. They talk so rude . I wanted to extend my ticket from India , they just do not helped me in this matter. After you book ticket from them there attitude will change and they don’t talk nicely.

Negative experience: Spoke to a girl named Simmie seemed like she was doing me a favour by even speaking to me. Could not answer any of questions and said I should just call another office.

Negative experience: I don’t have an option to give them 0 star, they are big fraud, they won’t answer your calls once money is sent, Be aware guys- don’t book with them

Negative experience: Booked flight through them which got canceled due to covid restrictions. Applied for refund of the ticket which took them forever to process also had to call several times along the course of couple of months to know status of my refund to which the always reassured that refund will come next week. Finally got refund and was told that my cheque is ready(at 12:00pm) had to wait 2 hours in their office (when I reached there office at 3:00pm) to get the cheque. Apparently they were “too busy” and they forgot to create my cheque. On top of that lady at front desk start arguing with me for coming too early to pickup my cheque.

Negative experience: I used to speak to Guri for all my travel bookings & always received a great service. Somehow, now 1 of their location is closed. i spoke to an agent named Harry- he did not explain anything properly, and was barely listening to what my requirement was. This was the most frustrating experience ever. Really disappointed.

Negative experience: Not even worth 1 star. We always book flight through them and in last 5 yr this is the first time we need to cancel the flight due to illness. Service they provided horrible. Air canada agent providing waiver code over the phone to them so no penalty can be charged but they refused to apply the waiver code and keep saying we need written confirmation even though they talk to air canada agent directly. Then not sure who did they contacted and came back and said we have confirmed from Air canada Toronto office where travel agent contact and they advise we cant use this waiver code. When I ask them to provide me the name and email address for that air canada person who told them they cant use the waiver code. They decline to give, I ask them at least they can give me the address for the location, at least I can tell air canada call centre agent to contact that person so they can confirm why that person, denied even though it is showing in.our booking air canada has waived the fee.they decline to give that information too. As a customer I have right to know the information . Seems like they dont want to loose their commission on these booking that is why they are giving us run around. i will be making a complaint to Tico and Canada travel agency.

Negative experience: they r very irresponsible.. some of stuff members dont know how to deal with customer wasting so much of time... specially ray lawson location.. they promised to give u call back for ur hold ticket but never did........
