I understand why Mr. Serpa is so effective and certainly provides VERY good advice. He saved me from travel mistakes. Flight tickets, car rental... Thank you very much for such generosity.

Negative experience: this is the worst agency ever really unprofessional, I advise you everything except this agency, RUN AWAY!!!

Negative experience: Very dissatisfied with the service, I was promised in writing a travel credit, but when I arrive at their office they mention to me that they never confirmed this despite the written evidence I bring. They verbally insult my wife.

Negative experience: Very poor customer service from Miguel, and a lack of manners. He does not take the trouble to do the necessary checks on the file and blames his clients.

Negative experience: very disappointed with the service, I called 3 times to speak to Mr. Rui Serpa to whom I left several messages for him to call me and he never called me back, I can't believe he sells so many trips in the middle of a pandemic that he forgets to gain new clients...

Negative experience: I called 4 times and they never called me back and left messages, so I went to another agency and they lost me as a client. Very disappointed.

J'ai toujours eu des réponses rapides à mes questions et depuis les multiples années que nous leur faisons confiance, nous n'avons jamais été déçus. Negative experience: Terrible experience of a friend with this agency. No return calls and no response to emails. Lack of professionalism by mentioning a name that is not even the person in question. You have several dissatisfied clients due to your lack of professionalism.

Negative experience: DO NOT use the services of this agency :( I made a reservation for a trip to the Azores in August 2016. The apartment this agency found for me was located about 300m from the airport runway. Quite a scary experience, jets taking off from the living room. I contacted them and the response? 'It's the first time someone has complained' - What customer support, such a 'comforting' comment, I'd rather be told 'you're foolish'. They never returned the call with a solution, I can’t believe that 'specialists' in travel to the Azores did nothing. I always used the web to plan trips, I made an exception and what a mistake!
