Negative experience: Avoid this travel agency! When I booked over the phone with an agent, I was not informed about the changes to the hotel; however, the agent saw the changes at the end of the reservation (according to another agent from the same office!). I ended up paying a high price to realize that the number of restaurants and pools had been reduced by a third!! The agency was selling packages with incorrect information! They changed their information more than 3 weeks later to provide the correct details!! My agent was very unpleasant when I expressed my disappointment...

Negative experience: Very bad experience with Jean-François. From the beginning of my phone call, it was clear that this advisor did not want to be at work last Friday. My questions and various requests seemed to really get on his nerves. Arrogant, rude, lacking in manners, he even hung up on me. What customer service! After about fifteen bookings over the years, I'm done with Voyages Destination.

Positive experience: Las Dunas was an amazing hotel, the workers were friendly and kind. The food was adequate but the fish was great only thing lacking to season the fish was lemons or lemon juice since the season is November for lemons. The bacon was not what we are used to but there were a variety of meats. We didn't know that the hot water was on a timer between 7am and 11 am and 9 pm to 12 am. But we got used to it in building 26. The beach was absolutely breathtaking and we almost found chairs. As far as entertainment they tried hard but was short of what we were used to. Bring your own lemon juice and hot spices since they were missing. I would return there in the future.

It's not about the money, but it's not fun because there were only three registers open, and I had already waited long enough that I didn't want to delay all the people behind me any further. Negative experience: Customer service was terrible. I bought a trip insurance and they made a mistake taking my credit card number so the transaction didn't go through. No email or text message was sent. I saw their voicemail about the issue the next day on the 24th of December, but their office was closed till the 26th. When I called back on the 26th they said they could not honor the insurance I tried to purchase, and the agent was not empathetic or comprehensive in any way. Very disappointing.

Negative experience: They do not know the products they sell and the travelers' itineraries. Result: a mistake in our booking and they did not want to admit it. Moreover, no one wanted to help us at least resolve the issue. They insisted on blaming us instead of checking what could be done. For me, this is a great lack of customer service. I had to contact the traveler myself, but he could do nothing because the purchase had been made through an agency. We were very shocked by the situation. For us, it was the last purchase with this agency. Despite the fact that we buy 3 trips a year, we seemed to be customers of very little importance, almost a number among many others. So, we will now go to buy directly from an agency near us that will surely be happy to have us as new clients. If this agency had tried to help us, to understand us, and to see what could be done, I would not be writing this message.

Negative experience: Hi ,I recently purchased a trip from you and I really am not satisfied there were problems in the booking and now the price is cheaper I asked to get at least a little upgrade (ocean view room) which would have been the same price if I had waited till now to book but no Voyagedestination thought it would be better to make me pay an extra really not satisfied with your service did not buy the extra and will never work with you guys again.
