Fantastic experience: Very good travel agency and good team. We were well advised and loved our week of vacation at Bahia Principe Aquamarine Punta Cana. I highly recommend them.
Negative experience: I used Club Voyages Universel to book travel for my son and myself. My son was moving to New Zealand and the travel was complicated so I booked through this company. However, due to lack of knowledge by this company, our trip was delayed 2 days plus extra fees of over $800 were incurred at our expense. Efforts to have Club Voyages Universel to provide compensation have yet to be resolved. They have not even answered my emails. The booking agent, Roseanna Cirino, has not replied. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful reception at Club Voyages St Denis. A warm welcome and professionals in the field. Roseanna highly recommended me. We were satisfied with her recommendations and we will work with her for our next trip!
Positive experience: The welcome at the agency is pleasant, and the assistance from an expert is prompt. Booking the trip is also easy, the answers to questions are quite clear, and the explanations regarding trip organization are fairly precise. However, a few days before leaving, we realized that our personal information was incorrectly indicated and copied in the forms concerning our plane tickets. Luckily, we noticed it in time and were able to inform them before departure. Additionally, my email address had been copied incorrectly, so I was not receiving emails for the insurance and the reservation details. Therefore, if you go through this agency, the trips are interesting, but be very careful with all the information you provide, as it can be quickly and poorly copied.

Negative experience: I booked a trip with this agency. I have been on several trips, and I have always booked with agencies. But this agency is the worst agency in Montreal. The agency is really unprofessional, and I have been a victim several times of the employees' lack of respect. I also felt a lack of support in my purchasing process. Moreover, they are very arrogant. I really didn't like the tone they use to speak to their clients. I had several disagreements with the agent who handled my file, her name is Roseanne. She is very arrogant, very disrespectful. When I asked to have another agent, I got her brother, Antonio. He is even more unpleasant and arrogant than she is. Everyone who pays for a service deserves respect. This company scams people. My trip increased by $150 more per person. They make you sign documents but don't explain to you properly at all what you are signing. They do not inform you properly. I had several problems with this travel agency, and when I requested to change agencies, I was threatened by my agent; she told me that she would sue me and that I had to pay. I asked to cancel, and she asked us to pay an additional $150, and we were a group of four people. We never received a confirmation message for the cancellation. Five months later, we contacted her by phone for our credit, and she told us it was impossible. She mentioned that the amount we had already paid was non-refundable and wouldn't let us explain to find a solution, and hung up the phone. After this situation, I took the time to read the other comments on Google. I should have taken the time to read before booking with them. I didn't go on the trip, and I lost my money.
Negative experience: We are still trying to get the rest of our airfare refund related to the Covid shut downs in 2020. Air Canada has refunded back to the agency but they are not returning our emails or calls nor sending the refunds back to us. Air Canada tried to contact the travel agency on our behalf and were ignored. Very frustrated and disappointed.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this agency. This is my first experience with an agency and I am not necessarily used to the travel purchasing process. I thought I could trust and let my adventure be guided by professionals. Unfortunately, I was misinformed and my trip now costs me $250 (per person) more than it was previously presented to me. It's disappointing and I unfortunately felt a lack of support in my purchasing process. Additionally, I did not like the tone they used when speaking to me. The arrogance was felt and respect was absent. I am a calm and respectful person. I expect the same respect from the professionals I do business with. One expects a company offering services like that of a travel agency to inform its clients properly, to take the time to listen, and to seek solutions if we find ourselves in situations like mine. I may have made a mistake, but isn't there a way to remain respectful while informing me? Could they not have worked towards a solution and helped me? It's a pity, but I hope I may have just been unlucky. My recommendation for you, future traveler, is to read the fine print and be vigilant when making your purchase. In closing, I took the time to read the other Google reviews (I should have thought of that earlier) and I identify with the recent comments. If you decide to give them a chance anyway because we all deserve a second chance, read the offers carefully. I hope the person who served me will recognize themselves and be receptive to the constructive criticism.
Negative experience: We had an issue during our stay in Cuba in June 2022 and contacted our seller to find a solution - Anthony Cirino, pseudo-boss it seems to me... Our 4 emails have gone unanswered to this day and our call ended up in his most distant memories. No customer service, no respect, just good at selling and giving bad advice. His specialty is indifference, DO NOT BOOK YOUR STAY WITH THIS AGENCY!

Negative experience: Not very pleasant experience at all. The man seeing me had a terrible attitude, bad mood and was condescending. Yes he did check what I asked, but his attitude was awful. I honestly don't recommend. I will tell you what he told me, if you are only looking for tickets stick with the internet (or maybe go to another agency).
Negative experience: I called to book a flight with my dog and the person said they would get back the same day. They did but told me they don’t reserve for dogs... indeed one of the mangers told me it was too much work and not worth it. Conversation lasted 30 seconds but thought it would be appropriate to expose this.
