Fantastic experience: Michele succeeded in organising for us the adventure of a lifetime. We travelled the Amazon Rivers of Peru, hiked the Salkantay trail to Machu Pichu in the Andes Mountains, and then explored the Galápagos Islands of Ecuador. Our adventure was finely detailed and extremely well organised with excellent guildes who quickly learnt the character and expectations of our travelling group. All the accommodation was of high quality, very comfortable and welcoming, and supported by excellent meals typical of the regions we travelled. To organise a travelling group of 12 people from Canada and Australia, and to have everyone raving about how excellent the whole trip was, is an extraordinary achievement. I highly recommend the services provided by Michele Cohen of Renshaw Travel and her ability to fine tune and exceed the travel expectations of such a large and diverse group. Fantastic experience: We have just returned to Australia from an extraordinary bucket list trip to South America planned and organised with the amazin Michele Cohen. We were travelling as a private group of 12, with family and friends from Canada and treked the Andes, toured Peru and explored the Galapagos by boat. Michele had every T crossed and i dotted and was there for us before and throughout the journey with everything running smoothly and according to the itinerary. The personalised tours were excellent with knowledgeable staff, fantastic accommodation and seamless transfers where ever we met. Even though our flights to and from Sth America were organised through our Australian agent Michele was constantly monitoring everything and keeping us informed of any flight changes etc. I could not recommend Michele more highly! The group travelled so well and smoothly together we are already discussing another trek holiday to Patagonia together in 2026/27 and we'll definately be getting Michele to assist again, even though we are based in Australia.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time booking through a travel agency and Patty was incredibly helpful! She always returned my emails and calls super fast no matter the time. Fantastic experience: Costa Rican Honeymoon: I have been working with Carly and the team at Renshaw Travel since 2013 when Carly first booked the honeymoon trip for my wife and I to Costa Rica. Every trip detail was planned immaculately from flights, to the hotel accommodation at two of the best resorts in Central America, to the transfers between destinations – the entire experience was first class. Carly worked with us to determine the things that we liked and did not like down to every last detail so well, that our trip ended being the most perfect adventure and getaway that we could have asked for. Since then, Carly and the Renshaw Travel team have worked with us on other trips, including helping us determine the perfect accommodation for an upcoming trip this summer. Fantastic experience: I was so lucky to have found this travel agency when searching online for deals for Four Seasons Resorts. Even though I'm located in Ontario, I dealt with Jessica Renshaw over email and the experience was first class. Her responses were prompt, helpful and professional. She made planning a last minute family trip to the Four Seasons In Disney World a stress-free process. Plus, the agency's status with the Four Seasons meant extra resort perks that were much appreciated. So was the tray of chocolates from the agency that were delivered upon our arrival as well as the follow-up from Jeasica to ensure our experience met our expectations. For the many years that I have had the fortune to have Shane arrange all our business and personal travel, we have been nothing but delighted at what he has done for us. Fantastic experience: Our family worked with Briar to plan our first trip to Disneyland this summer. At first we felt overwhelmed with all of the planning that is required for a Disney trip but Briar was amazing and helped us each step of the way. She provided us with great information and options for our trip and even sent us the most informative planning materials that made the whole process much simpler. Briar was also incredible in helping us make a very last minute change in our arrival and departure dates due to a hurricane that was going to impact California. She jumped into action for us and changed our room reservations, park passes, etc. We couldn't have pulled the trip off without her. Oh and did I mention that she even put our family into the virtual queue for various events while we were in Disney so that we didn't have to remember to do this ourselves or interrupt our day. We had the most fabulous trip and owe much of that to Briar. If you can't tell, we highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have used Briar, from Renshaw Travel, to book multiple trips to Disneyland. Briar took care of every detail and is full of Disney Park knowledge. Highly recommend using her when booking a trip to any Disney location.

Fantastic experience: I lucked out to find Jessica Renshaw to coordinate my fabulous Rocky Mountaineer trip in 2022! Being a mature first time solo traveler from California I wanted a consultant that knew Canada travel. Jessica is a top notch gal and I'm very grateful for professional and kind guidance. It's our first time booking through a travel agent. I normally make my own bookings, but since this time we're also taking my parents and the kiddo with us, I decided to go through an agent and was glad that we went with Renshaw. Fantastic experience: Ian has been amazing throughout the 5 months of planning our month long holiday through the US and Canada. Flights, accommodation, Resturant bookings, hockey games, private farm tours … all the way to lift passes and ski hire - all over Christmas and new year school holidays. We had flight cancellations and accommodation changes due to extreme weather events which Ian handled with ease, making our trip stress free! Fantastic experience: I live in Chicago. I'm planning a trip to Vancouver with my twin daughters, set to leave in a week. The flights were set and the house rented, but I had sooo many questions. I've never been to Vancouver. I just wanted to figure out how to make sure my kids have a good time. I'd been procrastinating for weeks and had just started researching. Sometimes there are just too many options and you wish you knew someone who lived there, someone who could do for me what I do for people who visit Chicago for the first time: discourage the tourist traps while letting you know which ones are actually worth your time. Enter Renshaw Travel. I Googled "vancouver travel agent" and found that Renshaw was highest rated. Well, now I know why. I was hesitant to reach out, thinking, "Don't travel agents make their money booking flights/hotels/activities? Bet they don't reply to my email." Well. Jessica Renshaw––it's a 3-generation family business!––called me within 10 minutes. She allowed me to pay a VERY reasonable consult fee, and then proceeded to spend 45 minutes answering my questions and making suggestions, when she'd only charged me for 30 minutes. She surely saved me 5-10 times what I paid, and more importantly, my daughters are going to have such a good time. Jessica was funny and charming and extremely knowledgeable, FAR beyond what I could have hoped for. Everyone should be so good at their job. The best customer service I've had in years. This is the place.

Fantastic experience: Carly Renshaw of Renshaw travel was terrific. I was having trouble receiving any call back from Canadian travel agencies and other services. Carly returned my call timely and was very courteous, kind and helpful. She answered all of my questions and sent a very detailed e-mail with the information I was looking for.

Negative experience: I've heard great things about their services, unfortunately the older sounding female receptionist who called to take a message to give to one of the travel agents gave the opposite impression. She was extremely aggressive, overbearing, and had absolutely no social skills. Or listening skills. She was totally disrespectful of the information I was giving her. After patiently struggling to deal with her unprofessional attitude and behavior for over 15 minutes, the frustration and irritation showed in my voice - so she hung up on me. And that's what happens when we give the time of day to someone treating us like that. If the person they hired to represent their company is allowed to carry on like that, we certainly would never again consider giving them our business.

Positive experience: Renshaw Travel helped me get home from Australia during the pandemic. Due to personal reasons I had to change my flight several times. My emails were always answered quickly and flights rescheduled to meet my needs. I have had other travel agents go a bit more above and beyond, but this team is still pretty good.

Fantastic experience: I was in Canada and really wanting to get home to Aus, obviously with the pandemic I knew it wasn’t going to be easy. Jessica Renshaw was incredible, she would look for flights every day and even went above and beyond as she called the Aus Embassy to make sure I was even going to be able to get home. She would answer my emails really quick even after office hours. She found me a flight route home that was affordable and all my flights went smoothly.
