Negative experience: Went in to inquire about a vacation. Who I would imagine as owner or manager was a complete hothead. Inconsiderate and rude. Walked out immediately

Fantastic experience: Eleni was great to deal with and very efficient.

Negative experience: Asked for information about a travel to Europe. Five weeks after I am still waiting. The greeting was rude almost like 'what do you f.... want?'. The woman 'Eleni' was in a bad mood or something, her attitude was like 'I will not figure out nothing about your trip'.

Fantastic experience: Just back from two wonderful weeks in Greece and Italy with my wife, two adult kids and their partners. Aphrodite assisted in putting together a trip of a lifetime! No detail was missed and rolled out like clockwork. Not one worry. Everything was taken care of and every excursion, pick up, drop off, hotel was as per the plan. First class. Best vacation ever!!

Sue has been absolutely incredible since our first meeting with her when my husband and I were looking at taking a long trip. We didn't have any plans in regards to where we wanted to go, and Sue was more than happy to give us ideas. Her excitement and passion for travel shines through, and she has travelled outside of your typical vacations which gave her a great perspective, especially in regards to what we were looking for. I have had nothing but joy in all interactions with her. She is professional, well informed, and a great communicator! Beyond impressed and wouldn't dream of seeing anyone else for our travel needs in the future!
