Negative experience: I would not recommend using them for a large group wedding. We had seventy people for our wedding and the majority had issues. It was a hassle getting In contact with them and If anyone had a question they would call us saying they couldn’t get ahold of the company and when they finally did it was the same answer they didn’t receive the voice mail or email.

Positive experience: Not open on Saturdays

Fantastic experience: Well organized trips

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. Were not upfront about fees for travel expenses. Booked 8 months in advance and the hotels/car rentals were not as booked. Additional fees along the way. Additional 6 months to get answers relating to additional fees. Terrible customer service. Would never recommend using their services.

Negative experience: Atrocious service. Buyer beware stay clear of this scam center.

Fantastic experience: Eric Van Meter is very professional and helpful. On several occasions he has found great deals for my wife and I while booking our flights over the phone.
