Negative experience: Terrible place to get tickets! I went there couple of weeks ago, the uncle on the desk don’t even know how to greet someone, he was on call with someone and i was sitting there and waiting for him to finish his call. (Took him like 10 mins). Guess what! He was arguing with me over everything i was saying and I left the place with disappointment. You guys should get someone for better costumer service and believe me things could become much better.

Negative experience: Looking at the reviews I can tell every customer felt the same disrespect I felt. They are so rude, have no manners to attend a customer. Don’t know how to respect what so ever. I would never recommend going here.

The owner of this agency looks like mad .He was old guy .had the white hair .He has no manner to treat the customer .i will never visit on here again . I will suggest to everyone . Don’t go there . The choice travel & tour is not trustworthy…

Negative experience: It is not right, compulsion takes advantage. If you get the ticket extended later, they ask for a lot of money,, If we make a ticket through these, then we hide all the options for ticket changes, so that even if you call Air Canada, they will not be able to extend your ticket. Because they have given their email, and it has come to know that now it is mandatory for them to extend the ticket, the benefit of which they are raising and asking for a lot of money, since you can get a new ticket for less money than that.

Negative experience: Uses a lots of unnecessary words Like “ SAALE “ “Samajhte nahi hain” “Kon c bhasha mein samjhaun” These people earn money from us and talk rudely to us. Therefore, Therefore, it is requested not to go to his office

Negative experience: Prices were way to higher than other places. Worst customer service by the owner.

Negative experience: Rude service and don't know their facts. When asked if they are sure about something because I've heard contrary info, the guy on the phone got defensive and said I already told you the info and you're questioning me. At the end of our convo, he then admitted that he wasn't sure!

Negative experience: Please book your tickets online, I found way cheaper ticket online as compared to what this place was telling me and customer service was also very poor

Negative experience: If there was a way for me to give 0 stars, I would. They have no sense of speaking/dealing with customers, it's better to book your ticket online. It's a waste of time. The first thing they told me was that they don't want to waste their time looking for a less expensive ticket for me. Even though this is their job regardless. I kept waiting in the office and they neglected me and started working with clients who came after me. The lady who sits at the desk hasn't even heard of some of the airlines? They need to shut down their office, it's useless.
