Negative experience: Not recommended at all. Frustrating. Keep calling to confirm tickets never heard back which is so annoying. No professionalism.

Negative experience: If there would be zero star, I’d have gone for that. Customer service guy is so rude and don’t have ethics to talk to someone. Worst experience.

Negative experience: Online Saturday timing 10 to 1 open but it's closed. I called them, they said it's closed Saturday and Sunday.

Amandeep and Rakesh claims to be managers and will tell you that they will call you back but will never call you. Asked them to provide the calls recording and escalate the case further to their senior but have not received any call back yet. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! TREATS U LIKE GARBAGE ! STAFF HAS NO ANS TO YOUR QUESTIONS. TRASH COMPANY

After that they will ask you for more money to get it fixed because you are so stupid you trust there words and never bother to check what they sell you. When you confront them they will lie to your face with so much confident and you will look like Donkey in Markit.

I booled a tkt due to some reason i cancelled it and its more than 2 months i am still waiting for my refund .Whenever i call they just dont care ...and keep on saying talk to accounting dept. & accounting dept ..OMG they are never available .
