Expérience fantastique: I just came back from a 9-day Arctic Circle tour, our tour leader, Jackie Xue, and trainee, Alex Tsui, had both performed remarkably. The whole trip was well planned and seamless. The local guides and drivers were all professional and courteous. For sure we will join Gogo again in the future.

Expérience positive: I have joined GoGo tours four times (Russia, Italy, Portugal& Spain and South America) and will be joining the fifth time (China) soon. Over the years, GoGo becomes my first choice when I want to travel because GoGo owns the qualities I like and I feel that I can trust GoGo anywhere I go.

Expérience fantastique: 14/2/2025 南美14天團 我哋兩個都係來自香港參團。參加原因最初收到消息，知道GogoTour成員都有香港元素，應該會同聲同氣。首先講安排行程方面，巴西較熱，而里約較有巴西風情，依瓜蘇瀑布在巴西段較靚，阿根庭較有規律，而重點秘魯的馬丘比丘，真的名不虛傳。 先講酒店安排，都係當地5星級，如：Hilton/Westin/Marriot, 毋得挑剔。 餐食安排方面，頭幾天真係餐餐牛扒，自助餐，直情食到滯咗，開心加入兩三餐不錯的中餐，水準亦都達標，滿足。 大隻仔領隊Jackie Xu, 笑容永遠掛在臉上，連結在這個以長者平均年齡的團中，不厭其繁的解說，解決，但亦做到行程中不會掛一漏萬。 8 程飛機的行程，領隊處理十分盡責，少少不滿意就係，成日同GoGoTour賣告白，雖然我都打算稍後再參加，都唔使咁Hard sell㗎嘛(講下笑Jackie 唔好嬲) 總結得兩個字：滿意！ By: Stephen Tang

Expérience fantastique: I just came back from GoGo Tours' South American Part 1: Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Machu Picchu & Iguazu Falls 14 Days Tour yesterday & felt very good about the tour. - The pre-departure preparation by the staff in the office & the arrangement by the on-site local tour guides were well-organized. For example the transportation (including flights & train rides) was smooth except where the circumstances were beyond our control (eg Lima airport). - We stayed in nice hotels. The hotels in Sacred Valley & last 2 nights in Lima were especially impressive. - A wide variety of meals including a couple of fine-dining ones, local delicacies & drinks were arranged. In addition it was good that drinks were served in most meals. - The coach buses were comfortable & equipped with good amenities (eg drink holders & in many of the coaches mobile battery charging ports). - The itinerary was very well planned. Cultural performances were even occasionally arranged during meals (not counting the optional tours). If to suggest a different itinerary, it would be nice to stay 1/2 day or 1 day longer in Cusco because there were so much to see there. - Last but not the least our group leader, Jackie, was wonderful. He managed the flow so well & was responsive to questions & requests. Never said no to my photo requests. His sunny & easygoing persona allowed me to enjoy a group guided tour more than otherwise.

Expérience fantastique: My husband and I had a very enjoyable and fun-filled trip to South America earlier this month. GoGo Tours in Toronto did an excellent job in organizing this tour. We had a marvellous tour leader Steve Chan. We were treated to delicious and plentiful South American cuisines and three Chinese meals (I think most tour mates appreciated them as we missed Chinese food). The hotels were all very nice. We learned a lot about the three countries from the very knowledgeable and friendly local tour guides. I agree with someone’s comment about the local guide in Iguazu Falls. He lacked something that would make him a better guide. The scenery of the falls and the boat ride were excellent, though. Every city we visited offered something unique and memorable to see and do. Among all the trips we had, this 14-day tour was the one in which we laughed the most, thanks to our tour leader Steve and a tour mate Paul. They were exceptionally humorous, funny and witty. The other people were friendly too. I look forward to my next GoGo tour in China next year.

Expérience fantastique: My husband and I have just returned from a 14-day South American Tour organized by GoGo Tours Ltd Toronto. It has been a marvelous holiday. The arrangements including meals, bus, transports, flights, sightseeing spots, hotel accommodations met our expectations. Altogether there were 41 of us , who came from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, China, Montreal, Ottawa, Vancouver, New York who all paid a premium rate with a higher than average expectation. We love the boat trip to go almost under the Iguassu Falls, and the trip to Machu Picchu. Special tribute goes to the Tour leader Steve who accompanied us all the way with care and attention. Thanks to the whole tour group who treated us senior citizens with respect, care and kindness. We recommend GoGo Tours Ltd, Toronto.

Expérience fantastique: I am writing to provide feedback for our 14-day Southern America tour to Brazil, Argentina and Peru. It is such an enjoyable experience. The tour was very carefully planned with good meals, good hotels and good tour guides and trip leader. Everything was planned properly. We were seamlessly transferred between flights between cities to cities, countries to countries. Meanwhile, I would like to give credit to our trip leader, Steve Chan. He is an extraordinary trip leader who resolves various concerns of the travelers, where travelers had many demands and questions varying from weather and seat assignments to bedroom issues. Steve resolved all issues and harmonized conflicts between groups. He used to make jokes to cheer tour groups and build cheerful environments for enjoyment. Further, Steve is very good at risk management. He built enough buffer in the scheduling to avoid delays and selected the touring paths with our safety as an ultimate consideration. As such, we travelers can enjoy the tours without worrying. Overall, I have to give a thumbs-up to Steve for he had achieved the goal of making our trip enjoyable and memorable.

Expérience fantastique: Agenda : 14-day tour of South America 4/11/2024 - 17/11/2024 led by Steve Chan - local tour guides selected was knowledgeable. Steve is very security and safety conscious of local surroundings as we were advised not go out in the evening due to the high crime rate. Did check international travel sites and noted extreme caution in also recommended. Being able to enjoy the highlights and returning home safely should be the top priority. This tour should have the additional side note as an Eat Fest of high quality.

Expérience fantastique: Exceptional South America Tour with GoGo Tours This is my fourth time traveling with GoGo Tours, and each experience has been truly remarkable. My first trip was to Italy in April last year, followed by Eastern Europe in September, Greece in May this year, and now this incredible 14-day South America tour in October. Our tour leader, Steve Chan, was absolutely outstanding. His extensive experience, profound knowledge, and engaging personality added so much value to our journey. He not only ensured that every aspect of our trip was flawlessly organized but also captured countless stunning photos for our group. Steve's familiarity with the cities, landmarks, and unique aspects of South America made the entire experience seamless and enriching. His daily reminders and meticulous planning ensured that we made the most of every day. The South America itinerary was impressively rich and diverse. Expérience fantastique: We joined the Gogo Tours South America 14 Days guided tour on November 4, 2024. The tour leader, Mr. Steve Chan, is very professional, detail and taking care of all members in the group. He communicated all essential information clearly and timely. He took care of everyone in need. My wife was not feeling well in a couple instances, especially when we were in Cusco affected by the high altitude illness. With his help, we were getting better and was able to continue with the trip. He is humorous and always made the whole group laugh all the time. We all had fun. He is very helpful, like helping us with our luggage, taking pictures, addressing concerns we may have. GoGo tours organize the tour very well, with good food and nice hotels. Some of the hotels were to our surprise. The local guides were good, except the one in Iguacu Falls. We will definitely join GoGo Tours in the future. As a matter of facts, I booked their Egypt and Northern Europe trips in 2025. I will definitely recommend GoGo Tours to my friends.

Expérience fantastique: We have been on five Gogo Tours and every one of them was superb in terms of hotels, meals, itinerary and quality of the tour guide. I will not hesitate to recommend Gogo Tours to my family and friends. We just returned from S America with Gogo and it was 10/10, again. Can’t say enough good things about our tour guide, Stephen Wong. He made our journey smooth and hassle free right from the departure at Pearson to our return two weeks later. Well done, Stephen! Expérience fantastique: My wife and I haven't been on a tour group for decades but our experience on the 3-country Latin America tour surpassed all expectations. The organisation, food and accommodation, transport, excursions, local guides etc are all more near impeccable. Above all, our guide (Stephen Wong) is a star. He is arguably the most important single factor behind the superb experience my wife and I had. He demonstrates an important life lesson that I hope more young people would heed. He has personally shown that when one does things really well, 会有很多人争住 "ngut" 钱入你袋 -- my wife and I have just tried to get on an African tour next year and only managed to put our names on what seem like long waiting lists for three departure dates in summer 2025. I can now understand why so many members in our group had been on numerous holidays with GoGo. If you are thinking of doing so for the first time, don't hesitate to do so, though I suspect you would be lucky if you manage to get onto any being organised in the next twelve months.

Expérience positive: 首次參加Go Go 土耳其12天旅遊團，感受好壞參半。加拿大領隊Jackie 盡力盡責，妥善照顧團友。土耳其當地領隊Hiko卻相反，甚少講解當地城市風貌，土耳其是文化歷史深厚之國，沒有太多機會從Hiko知道，每程長途車超過3小時或以上，Hiko只講解不多於15分鐘，然後鼓勵大家＂Sleep tight “。 Cappadocia 熱氣球之旅，是參加旅行團之前最大期望，卻也是最大失望，28人擠進熱氣球藍子裡、根本無法轉身，我算是個子高大（168cm，5 尺6）被擠壓在後排，卻是動彈不得，只有伸長頸項窺探遠景。 更談不上拍照留下美好回憶。本以為享受壯麗景觀，原來攞苦嚟辛！極之失望。。 熱氣升空前，大家在籃子中要嘗試蹲下，作氣球降落之時的演習。 28擠在藍子中，有人根本蹲不下，當時不少團友向工作人員投訴太擠迫，氣球降落時需要下，有人蹲不下太危險。但當地工作人員不理會，氣球照樣升空，缺乏安全保護。 若要參加熱氣球升空的其他團友，請慎重考慮。 住宿酒店舒適滿意，團餐也嚐到當地風味和特色食物。

Expérience fantastique: Just came back from Gogo's Eastern Europe 12-days tour. Our tour guide is Jackie Xue. Jackie is very knowledgeable, patient and well organized. His professionalism and attention to every detail made the trip very enjoyable and smooth. All the local tour guides have extensive knowledge of the history and culture. Learned a lot from them. The itinerary, though quite packed, allows us to see a lot of awesome sceneries. Most of the hotel rooms are nice and spacious. Our driver, Nedsher, is very accommodating and well mannered. No doubt, Gogo will be my first choice for future travel and highly recommend Gogo tours to others.

Expérience fantastique: I really like Gogo Tours, especially the tour leader Jackie. Their tour is very well organized, target a specific group (middle class Hong Kong immigrants). Clients tend to be educated and well behaved. Jackie has good sense of humor. He is calm in dealing with stressful situation. Handling a group of 40+ clients and keep everyone happy is very difficult. Jackie is very hard working. He is very knowledgeable about the sites and their history. I highly recommend Gogo especially tour leaders like Jackie. 5 stars!

Expérience fantastique: I joined 2 of GoGo's European Tours this year. GoGo Tours need no paid advertising because every single client who has joined have nothing but raving reviews of their tour experience. We had Jackie as our Tour Leader for our England Tour. He is a fantastic Tour Leader! So courteous, so calm, good humoured nature -- hopping from 1 British city to the next, the tour was seamless --comfortable and reassuring. We saw a lot of sites and had enough time at every site. Jackie made sure everyone could do the walking that they can manage, and really took care of everybody so well, listening to their needs! The other Tour was to Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, with Stephen Wong as Tour Lead. Stephen is professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and very funny. He had so many stories to tell - there was not a dull moment on the Tour. He took great pictures for Tour members, but most of all, he has so much enthusiasm for the cities and sites, as if he was visiting them for the first time with us! Naturally, we all shared in the excitement and forgot about all the walking we did, every day, in order to reach the beautiful spots. Big Thank you!

Expérience fantastique: I had joined the tour to Greece in May 12. The tour was so amazing, especially for the islands in Greece. Also, I like the Greek food so much, during the whole trip, we could have the chance to enjoy the authentic Greek cuisine, such as the grilled seafood &lamb and the Michelin star restaurant in Athens. Thanks so much Leo and Terry for designing such a wonderful experience to us. The tour guide Daniel was doing a fantastic job too. He was so detailed and service oriented during the whole trip. He organized the whole group very well, proactively providing extra support for the luggages carrying and reminding us everything during the whole trip. I strongly recommend him to be your tour leader.

Expérience positive: We two joined the 11-day Greece tour May 12-222024. In each of our several previous tours with Gogo Tours, the tour leader before the start of the tour always voluntarily set up a WhatsApp group that would include all members and/or their partners. The group leader this time, Daniel, also created a WhatsApp group but originally with no members. Instead he expected each member individually requested him for being added to the group. He did not ensure his group had sufficiently covered all tour members. We were unaware of his such peculiar practice in WhatsApp membership and did not request beforehand and thus had missed important information (which he sent out prior to tour start) to adequately prepare ourselves for the tour. One key omission, which caused us some panic, was the mandatory need for ladies to bring long skirts or large scarves for the Delphi monastery visits. We only found out on Day 2 from other tour members the existence of this WhatsApp group and separately requested Daniel to add each of us immediately. However, only one of us was added by him in response. We had to prompt him twice again at end of Day 4 to get the remaining person added. He did provide back copies of past announcements but by then they were just history. New announcements were received beginning on Day 5. Gogo could have done better in this aspect. It was frustrating. This team leader's professionalism is not quite up to par. He brushed off questions or provided irrelevant answers. It felt like we were being led by someone who was also a first timer for many places. On the other hand, there were good things about the trip: most if not all 4-star hotels and decent meals including a dinner at a restaurant rated One-Star in The Michelin Guide. Therefore, despite the disappointing aforementioned experience with the tour leader I would revise the overall rating from ★ to ★★★.

Expérience positive: I will describe my experience with Steve Chan as our tour guide to Morocco in May/2024. Also a note for Go Go Tours. On top of the info provided by the local tour guides, Steve shared his own knowledge about the cities we visited, details about the local people, their life styles and his own observations and past experiences in Morocco. His sharing helped me understand more about the locals and how they live with their limited resources compared to our country we live in, not lacking of anything. During the trip, he made sure all our luggage are safely transported to and from each hotel and the tour bus. Steve made his effort to accommodate our individual requests whenever possible and reminded us details of what we need to know each day. He repeated the info in case there were too much for us to take in at one time. Unfortunately, almost half of our group experienced sickness such as vomiting and/or diarrhea after eating local food, with some cases more serious than others. I strongly suggest that Go Go Tours will provide some advice 'in advance' to their clients before the tour in order to better prepared for the trip (such as bringing appropriate medications, specifics we might want to look out for and precautions we should take) so as to reduce the amount of sickness with future tour groups. I gathered it might have been caused by something during the process of food preparation by the restaurants. In addition, our immune were not well adjusted to the exposure to some local food ingredients.

Expérience fantastique: A perfect vacation should be seamless, worry free set in beautiful sceneries with 5 stars accommodations and delicious meals together with amiable travel mates. I have joined GoGo's Morocco and Italy tour within months apart and I dare say they are the only tour company in town that has met all my expectations. A big shout out to my tour leaders (Tony and Jackie). They are truly seasoned, knowledgeable, customer focus and trustworthy professionals. They look great length to keep the group safe and intact especially at places where it was easy to get lost and pickpockets are notorious. The itineraries and destinations were amazing, although it poured rain on the first and last day of the trip, which didn’t stop us from going around. I am pleased with the overall experience. Expérience positive: Came back from Italy last Friday. It was my 9th trip with Gogo tours and my 2nd with Jackie as my tour leader. I must say he is not perfect, a little chaotic the first day in Pompeii and he walks a bit too fast one morning going to the train station, but overall he did a good job letting us enjoy this memorable trip. My major complaint was the weather. Meals snd hotels were within my expectation. I have already booked another trip with Gogo tours this October. Thanks to Terry for designing new tours, Leo for keeping us informed and appreciations to all the hard working tour leaders and front desk officers. Demands are so high your bosses make you people working like there is no tomorrow. Most of all, since all tour prices have increased, shouldn't the VIP discount also increase say to $200 and honor all early birds prices? Thanks again to all Gogo staffs.

I have been a repeated customer since I first joined their tour back in 2015 and never turn back to other tour companies since then. In fact I just returned from their Italy tour less than 3 weeks ago and will be going again to their France tour in about a month. They always organize outstanding tours with good routing, good food/hotels and best of all leaving at the most favorable seasons. They also offer some unique tours that set an example for other tour companies to follow. Their tour price may seem comparatively higher than some other companies. But what you get is better itinerary, better food/hotel, as well as better care from the staff, that is way more worthy than the minimal price difference. The quality of their staff is also very impressive. They are all passionate towards their profession. Staff in the office like Amy, Gada, Shirley and Hermon, among others, are welcoming and always ready to help. Entering their office let you feel like entering an old friend's home. Over the years I came across different tour leaders like Terry, Leo, Steven, Jackie, Nicolas, Kelvin and Fibe. All of them are very professional, knowledgeable, attentive and caring. I have no reservation in recommending GoGo Tours to those who like to travel but don't want to do their own planning. In fact I have recommended many friends to join GoGo Tours and never got any negative feedback. Expérience fantastique: I recently joined GOGO for the second time, last year to France and this time to Italy with Jackie as our tour guide. I joined as a solo and they accommodated me although I joined the tour quite last minute. Jackie looked after us very well, from leaving Toronto up until arrival back from Italy. The tour brought us to many unique places that would otherwise be difficult to visit on your own. Restaurant and hotels were well chosen and everyone on the tour had a great time. Would definitely recommend and join GOGO tours again in the near future!

The tour led by Stephen Wong was thoroughly enjoyable, not only because of the well planned itinerary with many wow moments of the breathtaking sceneries, but also because of Stephen who was professional, patient, knowledgable and possesses great sense of humour, in addition to being very entertaining with highly expressive remarks. Expérience fantastique: My wife and myself just came back from an East European tour guided by Gogotour under tour guide Stephen. Our group primarily was an elderly age group with retirees. Despite long walks, I have to say it is one of the most enjoyable trips. This was our second vacation with Gogo. We have been on a similar bus tour to East Europe before many years ago with a different tour company. That was prior to the inception of EU. This time, during the whole trip, our tour guide, Stephen, has given extreme attention to the group’s safety and comfort. Stephen and the local guides have extensive knowledge of both local traditions and history of each country we visited, and we were apprised of the details in an entertaining way. Stephen’s sense of humor made the bus rides most relaxing and appeared shorter than they were. Sumptuous upgrades were often added to our meals and similarly to our hotel accommodations. We were guided as to what the local specialties were should we try to shop for souvenirs. Stephen also pay out of his own pocket on food upgrades and local specialties. He was amiable with no front, not unlike chatting with your close friend. Last, but far from the least, Stephen went beyond his call of duty in staying behind with an injured group member before the return flight to assist him in seeking for proper help, which is rarely witnessed in todays world. I have no hesitation in recommending Gogotour. We have already booked for our next trip.

Expérience fantastique: We took part in the Dubai Maldives tour in Nov. 2023. It was overall a wonderful experience for us traveling the first time with GOGO. Food was exceptional throughout the trip and our tour guide Terry not only knowledgeable about the places on the itinerary, he also did a great job in keeping us safe and entertained. I have food allergy and my wife is a vegetarian, Terry always remembered to a make special arrangement with the restaurants along our journey to make sure we had the best food to eat. My wife was so touched seeing a birthday cake delivered to our table while dining at the Sofitel Obelisk. A great thanks to Terry of his best effort to make our trip both memorable and enjoyable. Our first impression with GoGo is a good one. Had we planned for the same trip ourselves, we could have ended up paying more. We’ll certainly be repeating with GoGo for more trips in the near future.

Expérience positive: Just completed the Greek tour. Frank and the Greek local guides were great. We went to first rate hotels and restaurants. Unfortunately, there was too much eating...almost to the point of gluttony. Also there was a significant waste of time. I found some of the items on the tour were a waste of time ( going to old Fira, the canal ) Finally the tour was geared more for elderly Chinese.

Expérience fantastique: Just got back from a 12-day Turkiye tour with GoGo. It was a fantastic experience that I'm writing a blog to share with my families and friends. I loved independent travels but every now and then I would join a group tour, especially for a country I have never been, to get a good orientation, if I choose to go back solo. I had gone with many other group tour companies in the past, very few got my 5-stars rating. My assessment is based on, not in any particular order : (1) customer service; (2) safety; (3) professionalism; (4) price-quality ratio or value for money; (5) itinerary. Our guide, Alex Tsui, from GoGo was a cheerful young man, very attentive, patient, and caring. The local guide Hiko was very knowledgeable on Turkish history and culture, learned a lot from him and Alex. Turkiye has so much history, a melting pot of east and west culture, it's important for a tour group to have a knowledgeable local guide. A well thought-through itinerary is also crucial - covering the "must-see and must-know" of an old country like Turkiye within, in effect, 10 days. I think GoGo has achieved that, at least it has got me interested in digging deeper into its history and wanted to come back for more in-depth visit. I was also very satisfied with the choices of hotels and restaurants (though they were mostly catered for tour groups, we ate mainly Turkish food and that's what I wanted). The most exciting experience was the hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia, if GoGo hadn't planned two nights there we would have missed it. I must mentioned the cave hotel, Kalsedon Cave Suites - although it's not in town centre, it was a great choice. It's a beautiful hotel with quiet surroundings. I went walking for 1.5 hours up the trails in front of the hotel - beautiful rock formations and sceneries, saw a real cave home. This review can go on for pages...in short, it was one of my most memorable and rewarding vacation, on top of all the amazing experience, I was also rewarded with 43 new friends, including Alex. Last but not least, my compliments to the bus driver, Salman, who has the smile like the sunshine, he was an excellent driver maneuvering the big bus safely in heavy traffic, narrow streets (with illegally parked cars). There is always room for improvement and I know GoGo would strive for that.

Expérience fantastique: Just came back from the trip to Italy. Our tour guides Leo & Jackie were professional even under certain stressful situations, and managed to arrive at a very acceptable resolution at the end. The only “downside” of this trip was the long bus rides, coupled with some fairly strenuous up/down hill walking. The meals were mostly good, but the accommodation provided was only slightly above average, but this is a “price one has to pay” for visiting some of the wonderful but out-of-the-way places and sights. Overall this was an enjoyable trip.

Expérience négative: I just returned from a trip to Italy. Leo, the owner of the company, joined us as our tour guide. One morning, he inadvertently failed to secure the luggage door properly, resulting in our tour members' belongings falling out of the bus during a turn. Instead of promptly taking ownership and responsibility for the issue, he advised us to contact our own insurance company. As a respected owner and responsible tour guide, Leo did not provide any help or assistance at all, expecting us to repack our belongings into the damaged suitcases for the remainder of the trip. This is not how a business should be run. We questioned the cost of replacing a broken suitcase. As a guide, he failed to assist us in many ways and seemed solely concerned with the profitability of his operating tours. In summary, Leo did purchase a replacement suitcase for us, due to the fact that the damage was beyond acceptable standards for checked luggage.

Expérience fantastique: Just came back from a 13 days tour to Dubai and Maldives. It was everything I expected and more. Our tour guide was Terry and he really took care of us. He knows the places inside and out, gave us suggestions of how and where to take good pictures which is what I cared most while travelling. We ate in the one and only Armani Hotel, one seven star, one eight star hotel for lunch and one six star hotel and one Michelin restaurant for dinner. Food may not always fit my taste but the experience was priceless, now I have the bragging rights . Hotels we stayed were also rated highly on other travelling sites. Both Dubai and Maldives were beautiful and the itinerary was just right. Terry made sure we had enough time to explore on our own and all the ‘need to know’ were explained in detail. This is my sixth trip with Gogo and I look forward to join again.

Expérience fantastique: i want to reflect my own first hand experience on the recent trip to Dubai and Maldives which ended on Dec 1st yesterday. I had knee pain due to a recent sport injury before departure. Fortunately both the main Gogo tour guide leader and the one in Dubai were very considerate and helped me every single time when I got on and off the bus. They also very attentively watched for others that might need help getting on and off the bus in addition to other activities. Some seniors are in good shape and don't need unnecessary extra help. Sometimes it is appropriate to let them handle their own to preserve their dignity and allow them to feel young and energetic. Gogo tours has a good reputation for good food and accommodation , and they definitely didn't let me down this time again in those areas.

Expérience fantastique: 10/15 - 10/25 Morocco. GoGoTours organized this tour for our alumni group. The itinerary and arrangements were well planned. We were especially glad to have Steve Chan as our tour leader. He was organized and caring. Although most of our members are in their 70's, we all felt like youngsters when he was around. He successfully turned a good tour into a fun one and deserves 5 stars.

Our trip was blessed with an excellent professional tour guide Stephen Wong, good weather, and a super friendly group. The excitement started well before the tour with the setting up of a whatsapp group by Stephen. There were ongoing chats, clarification notes and photos to inform and answer all our questions on dietary preference, weather, luggage, the airport meeting area, local currency, phone data card etc. Stephen is extremely knowledgeable, considerate, patient and attention to details. His Assistant Mathew, the local tour guide, Syed, his assistant Hassan and driver Abdula all took good care of everyone along the way, making it an unforgettable journey. The tour’s itinerary was thoughtfully designed. We visited 8 out of 9 UNESCO sites and the camel ride in the Sahara desert was the highlight of our tour. The hidden sun came back out from the clouds at the last minute to celebrate with us as the "Grand Finale" of the day. What a memorable and valuable moment. The whole group got along well, celebrated 2 birthdays, shared the pictures, the fun, the laughter and became friends at the end of the trip. Thank you Stephen and everyone. Expérience fantastique: I returned from a tour of Turkiye three weeks ago. This is to acknowledge and applause the excellent service provided by the tour guide Mr. Fibe Z. On the last day of the tour, we were staying in Wyndham Grand Istanbul Europe. It is a very nice hotel. We were assigned to a very roomy 1 bedroom suite. As the return flight was scheduled to depart at 6 am, we had to leave the hotel very early by 3 am. Rushing out the hotel room, I left behind eyeglasses in the sitting room. Just in case and without much expectation to retrive the lost items, we explained the situation to the tour guide Fibe and local guide Bora at the airport. To my surprise, I just picked up the pair of eyeglasses I left behind in the Istanbul hotel suite from the Gogo Tours office in Richmond Hill. By the way, this Turkiye tour is my 5th trip with Gogo. If you are 55+, flexible and don't mind traveling in big group, you should find Gogo packages enjoyable tours. Again, a special thank to Fibe for his diligent service.

Expérience négative: Had a tour booked to go to Israel, Egypt, Jordan. Due to the war in Israel, we are not supposed to go. But Gogo tour changed the itinerary and is forcing us to go to Egypt and Jordan, even though it’s not the itinerary we signed up for. Didn’t offer credit or full refund. All the people on this tour were concerned about safety but they didn’t allow us to make changes. Stay far away from this company! The company is not interested in customer safety but just profit.

Expérience négative: 參加西葡十二天(2023-9-24 至 2023-10-5） 我們可以選擇旅行目的地，出發日期，但不能選擇到專業隨團領隊。不幸遇上Tony P, 其「非專業的服務態度」，使團友怨聲四起！ 1. 隨團領隊不顧長者是否跟上步伐 絕大部分團友是退休人士，有些人需要使用手扙來走路，領隊每天都一馬當先，不顧後面銀髪族在追趕。我們本是快樂地旅遊，不是痛苦地來走難！最後一天在巴賽隆納，是自由時間，他仍然趕快帶領我們到市中心大街。在一個90度轉彎街角, 領隊並沒有停下來等待落後的團友，以致後面的長者直走，幾乎迷路，長者團友很生氣地告訴我們。 2. 一個專業領隊應該懂得兩文三語, 但他只愛用粵語 我們當中有來自台灣，或加拿大岀生的團友。他的國語令別人只明白10%，而英文講解更欠奉。每次旅遊車停下來，他只用粵語說幾多分鐘之後上車時間和地點，台灣團友每次都急忙詢問別人，以便清楚了解訊息。我曾經再次詢問時間和地點，他就不耐煩，態度不友善，返叫我問旁邊加國出生的人，難道我聽粤語的能力比他們差？ 他除了用粵語，為什麼他不能再用英文宣告上下車時間和地點？台灣團友笑稱：我懂英文啊！ 3. 領隊不理拿團友要求 回程前一天，加航已通知班機延遲三小時起飛，幾位團友要求不要早到機場，領隊堅持原定早上八點從酒店出發前往機場（40分鐘車程），讓我們在機場等候到下午三時，每個人都十分疲勞。 4. 領隊選擇性派發加航食物卷 當加航廷遲三小時，每個團友都有15歐元餐卷，唯獨我們沒有。總數30歐元餐卷去了那裏？千古之謎！ 有團友說：他已收到小費，不會再理會我們。 5. 我們被遺棄在陌生的街道 我們沒有參加（自費）西班牙費明高(Flamenco Dance)歌舞表演及晚餐，在旅遊巴士抵達表演地方之前，領隊說要把我們停在一間中餐館，我說可否叫司機送回酒店，他說不可以，因為路途遙遠（其實才20分鐘路程）。於是，我們走進中餐館，但被告之，餐期已過，沒有食物供應。走到街道上，發現沒有其他餐廳或商店，我們晚餐吃什麼呢？團友評論說：因為我們沒有讓他賺取佣金，所以他是如此對待我們。 6. 其他行程安排，酒店和膳食 整個行程都在趕時間，酒店在七時開始供應早餐，我們要八點開車。要知道也有別的團體使用餐廳，或同時等待電梯回房間取行李，每天醒來像要去打仗。 很多酒店只是三星級，沒有飲用水提供，連煲水壼都沒有，保險箱要付錢。老人家要吃藥，或半夜起床就沒有水喝。 膳食是一般，不能抱有期望。

Expérience fantastique: We just came back from the Turkiye tour with tour leader Fibe and local guide Hakan. Both are excellent, well organized and knowledgeble. We stayed in mostly great hotels, and enjoyed mostly good meals, with some meals better than others. The country of Turkiye has ancient and interesting history, culture, and scenary - five stars for a tourist destination, and Gogo provided an excellent itinerary with a really good price. One improvement suggestion - smaller group size?

Expérience fantastique: 整體安排都很細心週到。起行前己經有圖片及視頻介紹怎樣到Downtown的機場。領隊Sindy非常專業。沿途好照顧大家，又幫大家影相及頻頻影團體相，原來最後製作video 把一路上大家的開心時刻呈現出來，好温馨。

Expérience fantastique: Just came back from (Oct. 15 to 25) Morocco tour. Was very impressed again with our tour leader Steve Chan, whom we enjoyed his leadership to Balkans in 2019. He is absolutely indispensable, attentive and with phenomenal professionalism. Have no hesitation to refer to our friends.

Expérience fantastique: 剛剛從摩洛哥回家，這是我們第三次參加GoGo Tour 擧辨的旅遊。我對它們的評價是超值。除了價錢合理，領隊亦非常專業，與其它公司比較，它們提供的價錢，服務，酒店，旅遊巴士及餐飲，絕對優質。為求滿足旅客的需求，行程比較急，但亦有部份參加者認為不足夠。總括來說，我們付出的這個合理價錢，所得到待遇已經是物有所值。相信我們絕對會繼續參加它們舉辦的其他活動！ 還有一事我應該再提，是我們的領隊Steve Chan, 十多天的旅程，他對我們的照顧，可算是非常周到，尤其是第一天他到達Casablanca 時，已經傷了足跟，但他仍然做足照顧我們的一切，對於我們這班年紀較大的參加者，更加有親切感，最難得是我們全部46人參加者，對他的評價是專業，誠實及細心。在此再次多謝GoGo tour 公司安排Steve 做我們的導遊！

Expérience fantastique: What a great experience!! Morroco Tours, Oct 15 to 25, 2023 We have just finished a 11-day tour and I would say that I have seen all the beautiful areas of Morocco, the big cities, the gorges, the mountains, the desert and the sea. Sindy Shen was a spectacular tour leader for our party of 20, she took care of our needs and very patient througout the tour. Our driver was kind and professional, his driving was top notch. We had such an amazing time and would definitely recommend the tour to others!
