Expérience fantastique: Valerie Sagar est très efficace, très fiable, très flexible et très créative. Tout cela est important pour moi car mon emploi du temps peut parfois être difficile à coordonner et le choix des bons vols fait une énorme différence. Elle est capable de proposer des solutions auxquelles je n'aurais pas pensé ou que je n'aurais pas trouvées. De plus, c'est un gain de temps immense si je devais essayer de le faire moi-même. Elle trouve également d'excellents prix.

Expérience fantastique: Après une annulation de vol d'Air Transat en 2023, nous avions des crédits à utiliser. Cependant, c'était juste un morceau de papier et rien de super 'officiel'. Après avoir appelé plusieurs fois la ligne de service à la clientèle d'Air Transat et parlé à différentes personnes, j'ai décidé de consulter une agence de voyage Marlin. Je suis tellement contente de l'avoir fait ! Kelly a été adorable et d'une grande aide pour utiliser nos crédits et réserver nos vacances ! C'est agréable d'avoir un point de contact, et Kelly a été formidable à travailler avec. Nous avons moins de deux mois avant notre voyage et nous ne pourrions pas être plus excités ! Merci Kelly. :)

À notre arrivée, nous avons été informés que notre chambre avait été surclassée sans frais et le nouvel emplacement était parfait ! Les jardins sont si beaux, l'hôtel est charmant, la nourriture est délicieuse et le personnel est si gentil et serviable. Je ne pourrais rien dire de négatif à ce sujet. Expérience fantastique: Nous avons eu une maladie de dernière minute le jour du vol, la veille de Noël. Merci à Anita et à son équipe pour nous avoir fourni l'assurance annulation adéquate et pour avoir veillé à ce que notre réservation annulée pour la veille de Noël soit reprogrammée pour le réveillon du Nouvel An la semaine suivante. Expérience négative: J'ai eu une horrible expérience avec Valerie, tout ce qu'elle m'a dit et vendu était un mensonge. C'était mon premier voyage et elle savait cette information, elle m'a montré des photos en disant que c'était l'hôtel où je devrais séjourner, ce n'est pas l'hôtel qu'elle a réservé pour moi. Elle m'a dit que la plage était juste devant mon hôtel, ce n'était pas le cas, c'était à 15 minutes à pied du prochain complexe. Elle n'a répondu à aucun de mes besoins et elle n'est pas au courant ni familière avec les complexes. Elle a mal orthographié mon nom sur tous mes documents. Je ne recommanderais pas du tout cet agent de voyage.

Expérience négative: Je suis entré et j'ai demandé de l'aide pour trouver des options pour un voyage en petit groupe en hiver. 3-4 jours, plage, un week-end entre janvier et fin mars, 1000 dollars maximum. Elle m'a regardé comme si je venais de Mars. J'étais surpris de devoir mentionner toutes les applications de voyage qui proposaient des options correspondant à mes critères pour qu'elle daigne toucher son ordinateur. Elle a levé les yeux au ciel et m'a dit que je ne trouverais jamais rien pour moins de 2000 par personne et que j'aurais autant d'opter pour une semaine entière de toute façon. Son langage corporel et sa performance criaient la paresse de boomers en entitlement. J'ai eu l'impression que ma présence dans cette entreprise représentaient un inconvénient pour elle. Je suis allé immédiatement à une autre agence de voyage et ils ont fourni à mon groupe 3 options solides qui répondaient à nos critères ! J'attends avec impatience un excellent voyage GRÂCE à Marlin Travel !

Trish has booked many family vacations for us in the past and made travelling with three young children easy. Now the children have grown my husband and I have been booking down south vacations annually for the last 12 years and have never had an issue. We really appreciate when she tells us "You must see this or make sure you go on this excursion" .
