Negative experience: Marlin Travel is going to be a big no from me. I tried to call to talk about booking our family of 5 and whoever answered the phone couldn’t even fake being nice. Never felt like I’ve inconvenienced someone more in my life. No thanks.

Fantastic experience: Marlin Travel Brantfords site is very easy to follow through the flow.

Positive experience: I used to love this travel agency but now because of covid I believe it's probably the only place in Brantford that is not open. Doesn't matter how many times you call nobody will answer the phone. So you have no choice but to have to leave a message and talk to a machine. Now I might be old fashioned but I do not think that is good customer service.

Fantastic experience: Call Mandy if you are booking a trip. She knows her stuff and will take care of you. I have used her many times and am always blown away by the service.

Negative experience: Very little help given by this agency. The girl who took the original booking never bothered to answer any question by email except when payment was due and i questioned the date and then the reply was pretty rude. I believe she no longer works there. Other staff seemed disinclined to help when we went in with an issue and told us to sort it out ourselves on board. Next time i will go with a company that actually seems to want to help the customer.

She took the time to understand our needs and what we were looking for, no pressure. Any questions we've had since our booking have been answered promptly. highly recommended if you're in the Brantford area!
