Fantastic experience: I really struggled to plan a vacation with my family with so many restrictions with my disabled parents and my two young kids. I talked to a few agents who were not very helpful during this process and I almost didn't go on the trip all together because of the hopelessness- some agents from the same company were giving me a range of 10k for the same trip depending on who I talked to. I found Janey from a referral and she was so helpful, flexible and kind. She was sensitive to my budget, listened to my expectations and super responsive. I will use her 100 percent on my next trip and would recommend her to anyone. Thank you so much for everything Janey! We look forward to our next trip with you! ❤️

Fantastic experience: Marlin travel Fourth Ave but mainly Janey have covered me for my travel needs for all my travels when I need expert help. I have at nightmare vacations with sell off style travel agencies but never at Marlin travel Fourth Avenue. She got me a hotel once in Toronto for the first UFC fight and it was bigger than every apartment I have ever lived in. I simply call and Janey takes care of everything. And if anything goes wrong you have her to make it right for you ( I never needed it but it's good to know) thanks again Marlin travel and Janey

Fantastic experience: The owner and agent Janey was great to work with, in just a short meeting she was able to figure out our wishes and provide us with many great options in and around are budget. We were beyond satisfied with our vacation and everything on the side of Air Transat and Marlin Travel was well valued and top quality start to finish.

Fantastic experience: We ordered 5lbs each of the roast beef and pulled pork along with buns for a get together we were having. Thee meat was fantastic and such fresh buns. It all went over fantastic. Will be back as the store has so much more to offer. Well done Buns Master

Negative experience: We had a terrible experience with this agency traveling to a destination wedding. We were misinformed about the cost of airfare in relation to the total travel package. We could have saved hundreds of dollars booking the trip ourselves. We also had difficulty getting them to process our payments. We had to call back multiple times and they acted insulted when I told them I had already called previously and the payments were not processed. Several members of our party did not get the rooms they wanted, and very little of what the bride and groom wanted for the wedding had actually been communicated to the hotel when we arrived. I am sure their reviews will be more critical than mine if they leave them.

Fantastic experience: I typically plan and book my own vacations however given the length of our trip to Europe I decided to seek assistance. Janey Lee was recommended by a friend and I couldn't be happier by the choice. She has been invaluable with respect to her knowledge of our travel destinations. Her hours have often extended past her store hours and she has been patient with my endless requests. Not to mention, she is very professional, respectful and pleasant in her interactions. I highly recommend Janey Lee and certainly plan to utilize her services in the future.
