Finnair Airlines LLC

Fantastic experience: Lufthansa subcontracted some routes to Finnair. While I have a lot of complains about Lufthansa and Munich airport (check my review about them), Finnair was EXCELLENT. The personnel in the plane was SUPER POLITE. I would say excessively polite. The plane was clean, looked new, everything was working, I don't know what else I could say about them. If you have to chose between Finnair and anybody else, don't think twice. We flew with them twice, different crews of course, the same incredible excellent service. So, it's safe to say that this is their standard. I am not claiming that I used all the major airlines, but Finnair is way ahead of KLM, Air France, Air Canada and I need to let a few spaces here before naming one of the worst, Lufthansa. For Finnair the 5 stars are not enough while for Lufthansa 2 were too much but I was in good mood and generous with them. Good luck in your trips to all of you.
