Fantastic experience: First time using Paull Travel Ltd. and it was a great experience. We worked with Norene for our honeymoon trip to Vietnam. We were able to tell her what we liked to do on our vacations (mix of activity, relaxation and eating/drinking) and she found an itinerary that catered to exactly what we wanted. It truly was a trip of a lifetime, one that we will never forget.

Fantastic experience: We could not have been happier with the service at Paull Travel and specifically Shaila. I was looking for a quick surprise trip to celebrate my daughter's 13th birthday. Nothing too kid-ish as she was about to be a teenager. We loved all the suggestions from Shaila but decided to go another way based on a recommendation. Shaila pivoted quickley and was able to make the trip and our location choice perfection for four days! Paull Travel goes above and beyond. The bound itinerary with a customized birthday cover helped with the surprise and I LOVED having all the information provided to me in a printed folder. Shaila was phenomenal with planning our cruise (was cancelled on Princess Cruise's part) and she was able to plan a complete 2 week trip around Italy with 2 days notice. Initially, the relationship was for business travel and then expanded to personal as Lesley’s business grew. From day one, the service has been excellent and there has never been an issue. For personal travel, my wife and family/ friends have travelled a good part of the planet and we were placed with an agent that had experience in the location and they were able to provide us with not only great bookings but lots of advice for the area. For the past 8-10 years, poor Jalene Murphy has been stuck dealing with me and her level of service is always first rate. Lesley and now Lesley and Rhonda have built a travel agency that is well deserved of its #1 in Edmonton award. The staff are friendly, polite, professional and know what they are doing. Plus, they are available 24/7 if there is an issue which thankfully, we have never had. For a very modest fee, there is absolutely no reason for my wife and I to not use the services of Paull Travel. She decided to book us private tours through TFL tours which was 1st class. They were very punctual, knowledgeable, approachable and always willing to adjust the tours to best suit our personalities, needs and desires; even the drivers gave us great impressions and made us laugh...This trip will always be very memorable and close to our hearts. Fantastic experience: Not all travel agencies are equal ...Paull Travel is exceptional. I highly recommend their service. Sure, you can book vacations 'online' without professional assistance, but if it's a big trip, far away, perhaps somewhere you've never been with unknowns involved ..I suggest involving a travel agent from Paull Travel. Not only did Laura find me the perfect flights to Palma De Mallorca Spain and then returning from Salvador Brazil, she saved my butt when something very unforeseen occurred while in Tenerife, requiring me to fly home a month early. Thankfully Laura had advised me to purchase proper insurance. Flights were arranged on my behalf and Laura followed up with me throughout the day of travel as I returned, informing me of late flight arrival and options should I miss my connection. And then, the day after I arrived home ...Laura phoned me to ask if I was safe and well back home!! Wow. Just WOW!! Old school service and total peace of mind. Travel can be stressful. Engage Paull Travel the next time you want to take a trip!

Jalene at Paull Travel put her mind at ease and for a senior with mobility issues who hadn't flown for 15 years, this meant everything! The small details like her personalized luggage tag and contact with airlines to confirm wheelchair assistance were so appreciated. This seamless experience has given her the confidence to travel more at age 81 Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I booked our South Africa safari honeymoon with Deanna at Paull Travel. She was very helpful in obtaining and explaining all of our options for packages and flights. However, the true value of having a professional on your side really comes out when something goes wrong. We missed the first leg of our flight to South Africa due to a massive Westjet tech outage. While everybody else at the airport around us was panicking and waiting for hours on hold with the airline, I put in a call to Paull Travel's after hours line. The agent who helped us quickly activated multiple members of the Paull Travel team, who spent multiple hours on a Sunday to work through all the options and rebook the whole outgoing part of the trip to get us to South Africa as quickly as possible. This team absolutely saved our honeymoon. I'm very comfortable booking travel online, and I had never used a travel agency before, but from now on I'll never book a big overseas trip without a travel agent. Deanna and the Paull Travel team will be top of my list.

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying, What an amazing group of Ladies! Trips are bookEd for all sorts of things; business, holidays or unfortunately tragedy. I have used Paul travel before and was more than happy with the package they had done up for us. In this case one of our staff's mother passed away in Italy, during covid. Our staff member was devastated ,Thinking there was no way to travel to Italy because of the covid restrictions as well as time time frame he had to be there. I immediately called Paul Travel knowing they would be able to at least give him some information. To my surprise they said they could find a way to get him there. I directed him to the ladies. They got him safely to Italy , on time for his mothers funeral, and back home. WOW! All with covid restrictions. Can't say enough about Paul Travel. I don't travel much but will always make use of them! Thanks for being so Awesome!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I recently (January 2019) circumnavigated the globe. We first went on a Luxury Gold Uniworld Tour of Egypt with my sister in law and then my husband and I hopped to Thailand. This was all arranged for us down to the smallest detail by Jalene. Her customer service, cheerful attitude and attention to detail are outstanding. We loved the Luxury Gold Uniworld Tour so much, that we are looking forward to our next one and my sister in law has already booked another to Japan at the end of 2019. If you book the tour to Egypt, I highly suggest requesting the amazing tour guide and Egyptologist we had. His name is Adel Refat El Dosoky. I knew by the second day, that he would be the reason why Egypt came alive for us. His story telling abilities, knowledge and passion for his subject, excellent English and utter kindness, guided us safely through this amazing experience. As for the ship (Tosca), utter luxury! Immaculate! The food was sooo good and so much more than I expected. Chef Hamdy is a world class chef and when he found out I was gluten intolerant, he and his staff went out of their way for me every day and it was delicious! The wait staff were not only great at their jobs, they took delight in learning our little quirks and anticipating our needs every day. Their smiles never dimmed for even a second and the same people who took care of us at breakfast, took care of us at supper. The entertainment was fun and interactive. I surprised myself by participating. In general, the people of Egypt were friendly, welcoming and kind. As a note, there were only 6 of us (out of 70) on the ship who had paid for the Luxury Gold level of service. Our group remained small. We had our own van (as opposed to the other 64 who were referred to as Bus A and Bus B, our own Faluca (Nile sailing boat), Tour Guide and Egyptologist Adel Refat El Dosoky, and we saw things they never did because our group was small. (My understanding is that at the Luxury Gold level, groups remains smaller than 15) I highly recommend spending the extra. It's worth it 100%. Lastly, I would just like to recommend Jalene Murphy to everyone. We've never even met her since I live in BC and she's in Edmonton, Alberta. I will continue to use her and this agency for our yearly adventures. They made it all so easy. When we did have a hiccup at the beginning of our trip (due to the airline, not the travel agency), she was leaving for the day and a coworker called her back as she was about to get into her car. Not only did she cheerfully do so, but she insisted on remaining on the phone with us until it was all sorted out. I (we) couldn't have asked for better. Thank you Jalene.

Positive experience: Best agency for wealthy people that need support. Though not the fastest to respond, the communication is excellent and lovely people. However, if you are looking for a better deal than you can find yourself on the internet (and these days anyone can do it directly or even phoning the main company that provides the package), shop somewhere else. They charge $150 fees for something that you are able to to find online in 1 minute. Just the fact.
