Fantastic experience: Would of gave this location 6 stars if possible. I went in last week and was helped my Meghan, first of all I’d like to add nothing worse then walking in somewhere and being greeted by a fake person. This lady seemed to actually want to be there . Smile full of joy that alone made my day . Such a caring soul. She helped me with all my needs and kept patient the whole time. I tend to talk a lot and annoy customer service people and she just made me feel like a person and not another number. I was originally planning to go to the welland location being from there, but heard from a friend about this location being the best as they had more staff . But long story short best service I’ve received from this company. As a customer for 10 plus years I’ll be renewing just because of her . Thank you so much meghan

Negative experience: CAA IS GARBAGE FOR INSURANCE

Negative experience: Having been with CAA for almost 20 years and having had only three interactions with them, I can only say that I would not ever deal with them again after the latest vandalism to my car. The incompetence of CAA staff on the phone, not to mention the out and out lies borders on fraud. I reported the vandalism incident three weeks ago and to date, no adjustor from their office has reached out to me even though I have contacted them numerous times. This company has a record of very poor service and I do not recommend them at all!!! As a Law Clerk, I am well aware of contractual binding rights and will pursue this from every angle possible. They were given 48 hrs. to contact me and have not done so. I always follow through on what I say and of course they had no problem taking premiums for the last 20 years on my auto and home policies! Disgraceful conduct!

Negative experience: Insurance has been no help. Got in an accident today and need a rental car. They were absolutely no help at all. They told us that we have to find our own way to Enterprise rental and pay out of our pocket. As if things aren't stressful enough. The last insurance company had a rental come get us at the collision centre and paid the necessary fees. I'm sorry we switched.

Fantastic experience: I needed a tow of my car from st Catharines all the way to matheson ontario which is over 700 km and they had no problem accepting this and the driver was even very pleasant when the car arrived after an almost 8 hour drive. Thank you so much for doing this it wasn't cheap but it was an emergency situation and you guys made it alot less stressful

Negative experience: Just cancelled my Auto home and roadside. Refused to tow my car because I said there was nothing wrong with it. Which grant you I guess is against CAA policy. I Thought I was paying for 5 tows regardless. Lady who took care of me on the phone. Not giving them another $ after July 1st taking 3 cars and 2 houses off also.

Fantastic experience: Had a great visit to renew my membership. Walked over with the dog to settle up my account. When I went to tie her up outside. The staff invited her in rather than stay outside on a hot day. It's not too often that you see a store with a community treat jar and Miss Bean got a few treats and made a few new friends. Thanks to everyone at CAA Niagara for making a good long walk for the dog day, into a special day out for Bean and I.

Negative experience: We booked a trip to Italy a few years back. The hotel was super. The problem came when we picked up our car rental to continue the rest of the trip. The agency was closed.Italuan holiday. The agency said they were trying to contact us but had no forwarding number of our hotel. We could of picked it up earlier they said. It was a very stressful day to say the least. The travel agent did not do her homework about Italian holidays nor did she forward our hotel number so the car rental agency could make other arrangements. Upon return CAA did nothing to compensate us for what happened to us totally CAA's fault.

Fantastic experience: Both people i talked to on the phone were very helpful, professional and nice. I booked to get a mobile tire change and i was able to get service the same day, even within hours of the phone call. For the price of the tire change, they also checked the quality of both my summer and winter tires, let me know how to fix a flat (thus saving myself having to buy new tires), topped up my windshield fluid and checked my oil levels. Professional, fast and courteous, I would definitely recommend this service!

Fantastic experience: On Thursday I was going to cards at 11:40 am and my car was dead. So l called CAA they said they would be there within the hour. In less than 10 min. They were here and looked at my car and found out the battery was dead. They called there battery check truck to come in 45 min. They were here in maybe 10 min. Checked my battery and said it was fully charged but did not know how long it would stay that way. So l said your here now put a new battery in the car as it was the original battery in my 2011 Honda van. The two people were very good and polite. It was a very good job well done. Now l know why l have been a member for 40 years. THANK YOU FOR DOING A GREAT JOB.

Negative experience: Worst insurance iv ever seen my mother was hit by a drunk driver three sundays ago and you still havent helped no rental no calls to see her well being and then ur claims adjuster calls once and to tell her theres no help its because the drunk driver didnt have insurance what the heck here guys shes payed you for 15yrs and my poor elderly mom is sitting at home with major concussions and whiplash and we have a thing in ontario called no fault so why would you tell her that no answer you wount return one of my 27 calls if left over a dozen messages for a supervisor v even walked in to your office and your just plain ignorant no time to speak to me make an appt I'm in a different town I want to speak to a district manager ASAP

Negative experience: Service with an attitude - your time is not worth anything to them! After phoning ahead and being told when to come in to the branch for a quote I arrived to find the agent had rebooked her schedule and told to "come back another time" I guess I have all day for them, but they didn't have 5 minutes for me. Both the front desk agent and the insurance agent were rude and shocked that I just wouldn't "come back another time" ?? The attitude was disgusting and clearly they have no respect for clients time (or money) I wouldn't use them if they were the last business on earth...oh ya...they're not, good thing there's lots of insurance companies to chose from!

Fantastic experience: This gentleman named Jeff was seriously the best !!! He was so kind and soft spoken as I was having an anxiety attack about my car being stuck in the snow lol ! I thought it was going to rip my front end off pulling it out but he assured me it wouldn’t happen , and got it out without a scratch -sure enough . He even was kind enough to turn my car around for me without asking, as it was on a steep, icy, narrow road. He was awesome . I’ve never been so thankful for someone like him to arrive in my life . THANK YOU JEFF YOU RULE !
