Fantastic experience: Booked a trip with Sara Baiocco after being referred to her by my mom. She is amazing! She was able to get my sister and I everything we wanted for our price point. Including us being able to fly out of our own city. I came to her with a destination in mind and a price point which were un realistic and she made sure to give suggestions so that we’d get the best value for our money.. and she sure as heck did that! I was also emailing her like crazy anxious about booking and she was nothing but nice, patient and calming. I’ll be using her everytime I travel and referring her to anyone I know! Thank you Sara!

Fantastic experience: Sara helped me with a girls holiday last year, and because of that amazing experience (she responds quickly and is very knowledgeable, and truly I wouldn't use anyone else), I reached out to her to book our family vacation (7 adults, 3 kids!) and she did not let us down. We all came in for the booking, and she was beyond patient, going through resorts and pricing and locating the perfect place for us to experience probably a trip of a lifetime. We haven't gone on the holiday yet, but I am not concerned as I have got great confidence in Sara! I have booked holidays myself in the past, and I will tell you, using an agent like Sara is a much better holiday experience, far less stressful!

Fantastic experience: We booked with Sara last year and she was lovely and put up with the group of us (not all in attendance for the booking so it was a bit of an ordeal). She is very knowledgeable about many of the places we were interested in even so far as to provide personal opinions which were very appreciated. She is great with communication and always replies to emails quickly and we are very happy to have met her and continue to go to her for all our group travel needs! Highly recommend you make an appointment with her if you're thinking of taking a vacation!!

Fantastic experience: We always come to Marlin when we are looking to book our trips. My wife and I planned and booked our Honeymoon with Marlin. Tricia was our travel agent - she was amazing, very friendly and easy to talk to! She gave us lot's of information on different destinations, resorts and package options. We highly recommend this company, and in particular, working with Tricia! You won't be disappointed!

Negative experience: Requested assistance with our familys vacation. Set out A reasonable budget as well as preferred locations. After discussing options a cruise was suggested. I expressed my phobias about cruises and being talked into one i awaited information . After discussing possible cheaper dates i was told to give her a few days and she'd find me a better deal. That was 2 months ago. Waste of time

Fantastic experience: I wanted to say thank you to Sara Baiocco who has taken very good care of our travel needs over the years. I have to highlight something that Sara helped me with recently, even though I was unable to book through her because I redeemed travel points through our Bank. As I was processing some of the paperwork online, I needed to know the expiry date of my passport and was hoping she might have it on file which she did. Sara promptly responded to my email and gave me the expiry date of my passport even though I did not book this last trip through her due to the points we were redeeming. I would highly recommend Sara for your travel needs. My husband and I will continue to book our vacations through Sara as she has been so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, not to mention she has gone above and beyond. 5 STARS ***** Thank you Sara, Donna

Fantastic experience: Me and my family have always went here. We use to go on two vacations a year (before Covid) and they always have been nothing but helpful Recently me and my wife booked our vacation for four. This was our first time booking alone for a group and our agent was super friendly, helpful, caring and overall patient with us. I think she noticed that I was scared and uncomfortable making such a big and expensive decision for our family so she took extra time to go slow and take her time explaining everything. This is our first trip since the world shut down in 2020 but definitely not our last! We need to save the very few brick and mortar travel agencies! My undying gratitude goes to Mrs. Chamberlain

Negative experience: Horrible service. Erika booked the wrong resort and refuses to take accountability. Absolutely horrible when you use an agent “expert” to avoid this type of nightmare. Will be escalating the matter.

Fantastic experience: Sara is great at getting things arranged for us. We have used the services of Marlin travel many times and love there personal attention to the details. If your looking for a travel agency this is the place I would recommend. Tony and all of the staff have assisted us in the past and hopefully in the future. From booking our vacation hotels, air fare and also limo services.

Positive experience: Great gentleman on the phone but it made me very confused when he said $70 for their fee? I’ve never heard this before. I bought ticket elsewhere.

From the knowledge and experience of Sara who was with us every step of the way with insights into our resort and following up on how our trip was. From the booking to the return flight Transat out did our expectations! This is why we are now repeat customers! Thank you for setting the bar at AWESOME.

Negative experience: A waste of time. The fellow who attended to us did not even look at the flights we wanted, he gave us one flight, take it or leave it attitude. We just walked out. Went to another large travel agency next day, they booked the flights we wanted gladly, this fellow would not even entertain the flights we showed him. Terrible experience.

Negative experience: Very unhelpful and one of their agents didn’t even know anything about the visa required for Cuba! Not sure how they are booking anything for people when they don’t seem to know everything required.

Negative experience: Terrible service, to say I am extremely disappointed and displeased by the service I received at Marlin Travel would be an understatement. Sara Baiocco, The agent that we were unfortunate enough to have approach my fiance and I was very arrogant, did not offer any information about the resorts available during our short meeting with her. Watch out for this travel agency, Definitely do NOT recommend
