Fantastic experience: Merci à Isabelle de Groupe voyages VP pour l’immense aide à quelques jours de mon vol et du temps des Fêtes. Je n’avais pas réservé de voyage avec eux, mais j’ai rencontré plusieurs embûches avec mon billet à destination de Bangkok que j’avais réservé moi même, ce qui m’a poussée à avoir recours à leur service. Elle a pris mon dossier en priorité et a fait des pieds et des mains pour faire modifier mes vols et m’éviter des problèmes potentiels. Je n’y serais pas arrivée sans elle, merci encore!

Fantastic experience: Je tiens absolument à souligner le service exceptionnel de Marie-France Doucet qui a réussi à remplir toutes nos multiples requêtes pour faire de notre très compliqué voyage une grande réussite. Elle a réussi à nous trouver une voiture alors qu’un ami qui visitait la même ville aux mêmes dates en a été incapable. Elle a réussi à nous booker tous les hôtels que nous voulions alors que Booking et autres sites indiquaient complet. Il faut dire que nous visitons 15 villes en un mois et demi. Sans oublier sa patience incroyable face à nos nombreux changements et caprices. Merci !!!

Fantastic experience: Une belle première à Londres grâce a GROUPE VOYAGE VP et à Nathalie Guilbert qui a bien saisi nos besoins. Le séjour comprenait le vol, le transport aller-retour aéroport-hôtel-aéroport ainsi que l’hôtel avec petite cuisinette. Nathalie est d’une grande efficacité et le service excellent. Fantastic experience: We just booked our first pandemic trip with VP to Mexico. Nathalie gave us an incredible service and answered all our pandemic questions diligently.
