Fantastic experience: Trip from December 6 to 8, 2024, remarkable. It doesn't cost much to sleep in New Jersey, just be disciplined in the morning and take the tunnel early. No problems during the 3 days. Great time management. Excellent expedition! Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Very beautiful 4-day stay in Prestige mode with Tourika, with our children aged 9 and 12. Julien's knowledge of New York is truly impressive, allowing us to learn more during our visit and optimize our travel. The teamwork of Julien (guide) and Guy (driver) made the experience efficient and reassuring, great for a family trip! We stayed at the Holiday Inn Newark. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. The amenities are limited, but since we were only there to sleep, it was perfect! Coach 2024, very clean and comfortable, very nice driving from the driver, even in the city ;) 4 intense days for the children, but we leave with our heads full of memories :)

Negative experience: Summary of our trip to New York with Tourika; We were 2 families of 4 traveling. I won't write a long text, just pros and cons! Pros; - Quick response from the employees on the website - The 2nd driver Longueuil in New York (Ali) excellent driver very nice and does not waste time on the road he drives safely and takes his place on the road! - The guide has good knowledge of the city and explains well, she also made good recommendations for restaurants. Cons; - Impossible to sleep with the first driver whose name I do not know it was honestly a public danger, (jerking the wheel, driving on the rumble strips, sudden braking, and so on...) - Our departure was from Quebec and we had to make 3 stops in Montreal namely (Laval, Montreal and Longueuil) wasting about 1 hour instead of gathering people in the same place... I would have liked to know this in advance, it would probably have influenced my choice. - The rest stops are quite spaced out it’s really limited since it is practically forbidden to use the bus toilet the guide keeps repeating it even for children under 10... - No stop for the duty-free shop... - Upon our return to the hotel the 2nd night no room keys worked we had to go down to the reception to have them reprogrammed, at 11:30 PM. - It is forbidden to throw waste in the bin at the front of the bus (banana peel) on the grounds that 'it will smell'. - There is no stop for dinner on the way back so we have to buy something at 12:30 PM before departure to consume on the bus on the way back, until 11 PM. - No movie on the bus going and returning... In short, we loved New York the city but not the Tourika experience... This was our 2nd time in NYC. First and last time with Tourika!

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. 4-day trip canceled and replaced with a 3-day trip with only $60 in compensation.

Negative experience: Dissatisfied! They change the dates and shorten the trip just to offer us a small compensation that doesn't even cover 2 meals and offer us to change the dates otherwise 1 week before the trip in question.

Positive experience: Really a very beautiful weekend in New York, accompanied by an experienced team. What can I say about our driver Ali, always on top of things, punctual, courteous and who navigates the streets of New York with such ease, we really feel safe. Our guide Normand, who knows the history of the Big Apple like the back of his hand, proposed very interesting insights, sprinkled with questions to the group to make it all interactive and enjoyable. Several anecdotes related to the lives of stars and significant films. Everything was simple and easy. Hats off to both of you!

Negative experience: Incompetent driver and broken bus. The driver took a long time to fill up with gas in the middle of the road while he had 4 hours ahead of him to perform this task. Electricity overload, the bus smelled very burnt. VERY dirty and cramped seats. No ventilation despite the arid climate. Thank you very much, thanks to you I paid dearly for the worst trip of my life.

Negative experience: Back from a getaway to New York in prestige mode. I come back disappointed by the little information that our guide, Mikail, gave us. This was my 5th time in NY and it was the 1st time I left feeling unfulfilled in my learning. Yes, he was very friendly but a bit rushed. I felt like I was running the entire weekend and didn't have time to appreciate each discovery. Kudos to our driver Alain, very calm in his driving.

Positive experience: We took a trip to NY for 3 nights on our own. It must be understood that 2/3 of the group had a fully organized trip; therefore, there was a guide who spoke over the speaker for a good part of the trip (even with earplugs, if the speaker is above your ears, it’s loud). I believe my desire for my own space would have preferred a Greyhound. A downside (less impressive)... I had to walk (between my bus drop-off and the hotel) a good 15m each way with my heavy travel bag without wheels. A company from Quebec was dropped off in front of my hotel (so it wasn’t an access issue).

We were able to do what we wanted during the days, which was perfect for my family and me. The driver Ali drove like a pro. He was extremely kind and caring. I would do Tourika again.

Positive experience: Back from a 3-day trip to New York, we loved it! However... on our return to Canada by coach, the guide decided to play not 1, not 2, but 3 MOVIES!!!!! The sound was at maximum, impossible to sleep or rest. Even with my headphones and my music, I could still hear the AGGRESSIVE sound of the movies! I think it's a huge lack of respect to impose the listening of these movies on all the passengers of the coach. It would be interesting to install an audio system with connection for individual headphones. This would allow people who brought their OWN entertainment not to be forced to listen to boring and NOISY movies for 7 hours in a row!!!!! Just for that, I will not travel with Tourika again, it was a huge annoyance during the trip. Otherwise, the driver was great and the guide Michael too!

Fantastic experience: Went down for the Easter weekend with my son to New York City via Tourika tours. Gave a rating of 5 stars but if I could give more I would all due to our guide Denis. We couldn’t ask for better. Not only was he knowledgeable about the whole itinerary, he was very accommodating towards everyone’s needs and made sure we were all safe throughout the whole weekend. Great bank for our buck with all the excursions that were included. I wouldn’t hesitate booking another tour with them.

Fantastic experience: Très bon voyage à New York, rapport qualité prix excellent, notre guide Nicolas était vraiment super, il nous a fait découvrir la ville en nous donnant des faits historiques, des anecdotes. Le chauffeur René est un vrai as du volant et très courtois, l' hôtel et les déjeuners étaient très convenables. Je vous recommanderais .

Fantastic experience: Nous avons été agréablement surpris et ravi de notre expérience. Habituellement, nous voyageons par nos propres moyens et ne prenons pas de voyage organisé. Mais celui-ci a bien répondu à nos attentes. C’était très bien organisé. Nous avons pris le forfait « libre » donc cela incluait le transport de Montréal, l’hôtel avec petit déjeuner continental et la navette pour chaque jour. Notre guide (Julien) a toujours pris le temps de répondre à nos questions et nous pouvions le rejoindre sur son téléphone cellulaire en cas de besoin. L’hôtel était très propre et les déjeuners à la hauteur de ce que peut offrir les hôtels américaines ! Notre chauffeur (Guy) était très sympathique et avait une conduite sécuritaire. Pour le prix, nous sommes très satisfaits et nous le recommandons !
