The organization was unsurprising and every requested contact received an immediate response with great kindness from guide Geminis. For my first experience with Voyages Intégration Montréal, I will gladly turn to them again to organize my next vacation!

Fantastic experience: It was a really pleasant day! Everything came together! The sun, the beauty of the park visited ‍♀️, the atmosphere with my travel companions, and the ultimate highlight... The visit to the kennel followed by the dog sledding hike! A big thank you to our guide Geminis!

Fantastic experience: Je recommande vivement Voyage Intégration Montréal! Toujours de bons souvenirs et beaucoup de fous rires avec eux! Mars: Carnaval de Québec Mai: 3 jours au Nouveau-Brunswick + 1 autre journée pour la croisière aux Mille-Îles en Ontario. En plus de découvrir des paysages incroyables, vous vous laissez "simplement" promener et ne devez penser à rien car votre guide se charge de tout! Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir Gemmini deux fois comme Guide et franchement, il est au top! Toujours de bonne humeur et a un don naturel pour animer les groupes, on l'adore! Le rapport qualité-prix vaut franchement la peine! Faites le calcul pour faire le voyage en organisant tout vous même et vous verrez que vous y gagnez! De plus, on leur fait totalement confiance: en février, notre sortie chiens de traîneaux a été annulée à cause de la météo défavorable et nous avons été remboursés très rapidement. Honnêtes, fiables, divertissants et créateurs de souvenirs mémorables, testez-les et vous serez très probablement satisfaits! Nous, en tout cas, on repartira encore à l'aventure avec eux! Negative experience: First travel experience in the western USA for us, but also for the tour guides, and it showed. There was a lack of preparation, organization, and professionalism: - Insufficient information and communication to explain the daily itinerary, which made us feel very pressed for time as we rushed from one activity to the next without being informed about what we should do afterward. - Very few explanations, if any, were provided about the history of the cities we visited, and the same goes for the questions we asked. - A landscape I couldn't see during an outing due to the lack of guidance and communication on their part, plus a feeling of insecurity (we didn't have any supply bags with us). - Despite the numerous discussions we had (and 'apologies'): No self-reflection, blaming the clients, not listening to the client's needs, the client has to ask for every document (invoice, itinerary, etc.), deception regarding the services offered ('hotels' that were actually 'motels'), lies (so disappointed!). - Discovery of the places only once we arrived on-site (trails, maps, motels and inns, parking spots, time taken for activities, restaurants, etc.) - Etc... Compared to an organized trip I had done before, all programs in detail (time, meeting point, other activities in case of unforeseen circumstances, well-prepared invoices, and very detailed, etc.) were given to us in advance with explanations and the possibility to make stops for those who wanted to do different activities and restaurants than the group. The price we paid was not commensurate with the expected service. Moreover, we had to pay an additional amount that was requested a few weeks after paying for the trip under the pretext of inflation, but this was already present before we had booked the trip. And this amount largely exceeded the inflation threshold. 'The guide's assistant' sometimes tried to make the trip less painful, but it was not enough and too late in the stay. Therefore, I do not recommend VIM for long trips being done for the first time; it will be my first and last trip with them. However, during this trip, I met wonderful people, and I thank them for being there and making those two weeks magical. And of course, breathtaking landscapes.

Notre guide, Geminis, a été à l'écoute tout le long du weekend afin de savoir si nous allions bien et d'ajuster selon nos envies. C'est le guide parfait pour ce genre de voyage : attentif à nos besoins, compréhensif, drôle, gentil et arrangeant ! Pour le prix que nous avons payé, le week-end était au dessus de nos attentes : nous avons vu des paysages magnifiques et inoubliables, le tout dans une bonne ambiance. Negative experience: Their slogan is "If you want to meet new people, it is the perfect place for you!" but it should be "If you have no friends, come here!". I have never seen an immigrant except one time. She never came back because it is not the place to be for us, everyday people. This place is ONLY FULL OF FRENCH NEWCOMERS. It seems like it is the place JUST meant for them. It is half a hundred dollars for most trips but if you calculate the fees, you will see that you would only need to pay less than $20 if you find someone that owns a car so it is absolutely not worth it. Don’t waste your precious time and money. The customer service could be better. We go very early in the morning and still come back when it is pitch dark outside. This company is a scam knowing that others will refund you full price at any time if you cancel but this one doesn’t refund you AT ALL. As an excuse to keep your money because they are greedy, they say that it is a last minute cancellation. They WON’T REFUND YOU even though you have an emergency. Poor those who couldn’t come. I was lucky enough to be able to go and to move on! MISE À JOUR: Je ne fais pas de discrimination & je ne dis pas de faussetés. Allez voir par vous-mêmes!

El medio ambiente latino coincidentemente está fin de semana en la excursión de Niagara fue muy pacífico, y amigable. El guía Géminis con Jorge están muy comprensible y gentiles. La elección del hotel cerca de las cascadas fue agradable. Géminis es una persona de aventura, que nos hemos mostrado muchas lugares turísticos que no estuvieron escrito en la descripción. Muchas gracias por sus generosidad. Nos vemos por una próxima actividad :)
